THE CORRELATION BETWEEN PEER SOCIAL INTERACTION AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AMONG YOUNG CHILDREN
Dengan demikian, sebanyak 26% kecerdasan emosional dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel interaksi sosial, sementara 74% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak ditelitiThis study aims to analyze the relationship between peer social interaction and the emotional intelligence of children aged 5–6 years. The research employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional correlational design. The study involved 72 children from Ibnu Khaldun Islamic Kindergarten in Bengkong, with data collected through Likert-scale questionnaires completed by parents. Data analysis was carried out using Pearson’s product-moment correlation after the assumptions of normality and linearity were met. The findings reveal a significant relationship between peer social interaction and children’s emotional intelligence, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.51 and a significance level of p < 0.001. These results indicate that the quality of social interaction is meaningfully associated with the development of emotional intelligence in early childhood. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.26) suggests that peer social interaction contributes to the variation in children’s emotional intelligence, although other factors beyond the scope of this study also play a role. Practically, the findings emphasize the importance of providing learning environments that support positive social interactions—such as cooperative play activities and structured social habituation—as part of efforts to strengthen the social-emotional development of young childre
Dinamika Islamisasi di Indonesia pada Abad ke-15 dan ke-16 Masehi
The study of the dynamics of Islamization in Indonesia in the 15th-16th centuries is important and warrants further research. This is due to the nature of the study, which remains the subject of discussion and debate. This paper aims to understand three main aspects: first, the form or paradigm of the study; second, the internal and external factors that influenced it; and third, the positive and negative impacts or implications of the survey of Indonesian society. This research uses a literature review method, employing an article review or review paper approach based on Mestika Zed's theory. Data were collected through a literature review and analyzed using content analysis. The results found 3 things: First, there are 5 forms of the theme paradigm: (1) Trade; (2) Education; (3) Culture; (4) Marriage; and (5) Politics. Second, internally, 2 factors influence the theme: (1) Islamic kingdom support, and (2) the role of Indonesian Ulama. As for the external influences, there are 2 factors: (1) Da'wah of foreign Ulama, and (2) International trade interactions. Third, there are 4 positive implications: (1) Cultural diversity; (2) Socio-political stability; (3) Formation of Islamic identity; and (4) Rapid spread of Islam. Meanwhile, the negative implication is that the Da'wah of Islam creates social tension due to differences in religion and local culture. The conclusion of this paper shows that the dynamics of Islamization in Indonesia in the 15th-16th centuries AD were very complex, comprehensive, and complete.

Academic Perspectives on the Gayo-Language Translation of the Qur’an
This study examines the perspectives of academics on the Gayo-language translation of the Qur’an as an effort to preserve local wisdom, while also identifying the challenges surrounding its production and use. The translation of the Qur’an into regional languages, particularly Gayo, holds a strategic position in safeguarding linguistic and cultural heritage; however, such efforts have not yet received sufficient academic attention. This research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through document analysis and in-depth interviews. The data are analyzed using a sociolinguistic framework. The findings reveal three main points. First, academics view the Gayo Qur’anic translation as a form of tafsīr-based (interpretative) translation that reflects rational interpretation and is strongly influenced by Gayo cultural context, especially in diction and stylistic choices. Second, several challenges are identified, including achieving semantic accuracy in the target language, ensuring conformity with the intended meanings of Qur’anic verses, and addressing readers’ linguistic preferences and accessibility. Third, academics propose several solutions, such as maximizing reference to authoritative Qur’anic commentaries, considering the historical context of revelation (asbāb al-nuzūl), and adapting to ongoing developments in local linguistic usage
Tracing the Roles of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah in the Stability of Islamic Education in Indonesia
Islamic education plays an important role in shaping character, strengthening religious identity, and contributing to social development in Indonesia. The historical development of Islamic education has also been closely associated with Islamic mass organizations, particularly Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah, since the early twentieth century. This study traces the historical and institutional trajectories of Islamic education in Indonesia through the roles of NU and Muhammadiyah and discusses how their educational orientations are linked to the continuity of the Islamic education system amid social change and global challenges. This study uses a library research design. The sources include scholarly books, journal articles, selected writings of central NU and Muhammadiyah figures, and organizational documents. The materials are examined using content analysis through close reading and thematic grouping to identify recurrent ideas, institutional strategies, and educational orientations reflected in the literature. The analysis indicates that Muhammadiyah contributes to the renewal of Islamic education through the integration of religious knowledge and modern science within structured educational institutions. NU, meanwhile, maintains pesantren-based traditions and develops formal institutions grounded in moderate values, ethical formation, and classical scholarship. These orientations are discussed as complementary rather than contradictory and are associated with continuity and sustainability in Indonesia’s Islamic education landscape. Strengthening educational institutions under NU and Muhammadiyah and re-actualizing the educational ideas of their key figures remain important in responding to the challenges of Islamic education in the context of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0.

Practicality and Effectiveness of the Edupark Fisika Batang Tabik Waterpark Enrichment Book in Improving Students’ Physics Conceptual Understanding at SMAN 1 Sarolangun, Jambi Province
Batang Tabik Waterpark in Lima Puluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra, is an educational tourism destination with great potential as a source for contextual physics learning. However, this potential has not been optimally utilized in the learning process. Many students still have difficulty understanding and relating physics concepts to phenomena found in the Waterpark’s attractions. As a solution, an enrichment book based on Problem-Based Learning was developed, presenting contextual problems related to physics phenomena at the Waterpark to help students better understand concepts in a real context. The book was validated by experts before testing its practicality and effectiveness in learning. This study aims to produce an enrichment book, Edupark Physics Batang Tabik Waterpark, based on PBL that meets practical and effective criteria. The quantitative research method used a one-group pretest-posttest design, with purposive sampling of class XI-2 from the XI Fase F population at SMAN 1 Sarolangun, as this class applies the Problem-Based Learning model. Instruments included questionnaires for practicality testing and multiple-choice C2 level tests to measure conceptual understanding. Data were analyzed using percentage and paired sample t-test. The results showed that the enrichment book is highly practical (average score 92.58%) and effectively improves students’ physics concept understanding significantly (p < 0.001)
An Indirect Measurement of the Speed of Light Using EMF Meter
This research aims to measure indirectly the speed of light using EMF meter. An EMF meter is a device to measure separately magnetic and electromagnetic field sources. In this research we use 44 different smartphones as the sources and calculate the speed of light using ratio of magnetic field to electromagnetic field (c=E/B). Standard deviation or relative error is also calculated to make sure the speed of light measured is within the range speed of light in vacuum which is 3 x 108 m/s. This method provides relatively straightforward method way to determine speed of light. In this measurement, we find the speed of light is 3.21 x 108 m/s. However, there is an anomaly with the data due to standard deviation higher than the speed of light. This anomaly caused by high variability of data, strong outlier and right skew distribution which has relation to uncalibarated device. By reducing the accepted speed of light data measurement between 2 x 108 m/s - 5 x 108 m/s we then obtain the speed of light 3.22 x108 m/s and the standard deviation is 0.85 x 108 m/s

Design and Development of a Non-Invasive Blood Glucose Level Measurement Device Based on Arduino Uno and Near-Infrared (NIR) Sensor
Diabetes Mellitus is one of the leading causes of death in the world. Therefore, regular monitoring of blood sugar levels is very important to prevent complications. However, monitoring blood sugar using conventional-invasive methods can cause discomfort and risk causing infection. This study aims to design a non-invasive blood sugar level measuring device based on Arduino Uno R3 using a BPW34 Near-Infrared (NIR) sensor reinforced with an LM358 operational amplifier. The measurement results are displayed on a 16x2 LCD and sent via Telegram Bot in real-time. This study focused on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and was tested on 10 participants aged 18-45 years with some patients in fasting and some not fasting conditions. The test results showed good accuracy with a Mean Absolute Error of 2.48%, minimal systematic bias (-0.08%), and a very strong correlation coefficient (r = 0.996436) against invasive methods. All measurement data meets the tolerance criteria of ISO 15197:2013 with an error range of -4.55% to +3.16%, indicating that this tool has the potential to be a more convenient and safer alternative for initial blood sugar level screenin
Sunni Islamic Thought and the Development of Religious Tolerance in North Maluku: Perspective of Sufism and Maslahah
Indonesia is home to the world’s largest Sunni Muslim population, where Islam historically developed within the framework of ahl al-sunnah wa al-jamā‘ah, grounded in the creeds of al-Ash‘ari and al-Maturidi, the four Sunni schools of jurisprudence, and classical Sufism. This study examines the role of the Sunni tradition in fostering interfaith tolerance in North Maluku. Employing a qualitative approach, the research draws on field observations, in-depth interviews, and literature analysis, and is analytically informed by Sufi perspectives in Islamic thought and the concept of maṣlaḥah (public welfare) in Islamic law. The findings reveal that the Sunni tradition, particularly through its Sufi teachings, promotes a balanced model of religious moderation that integrates firm theological commitment with social openness. In Indonesia, Sunni Islam has played a significant role in nurturing interfaith tolerance not only at the theological level but also across social, cultural, and political dimensions, both conceptually and in everyday practice. In North Maluku specifically, from the era of the sultanates to the present day, the Sunni tradition has consistently contributed to harmonious interreligious relations, positioning religion as a source of universal compassion. As the majority religious orientation, Sunni Islam advances moderate teachings that encourage peaceful coexistence, as reflected in Sufi ethics and Shafi‘i jurisprudence, which emphasizes the pursuit of social welfare. Consequently, the Aswaja tradition has profoundly shaped Indonesian Islam as an inclusive, humane, and socially responsive religious expression
