Kendala Bank Syariah dalam Mendukung Pengembangan UMKM Pasca Lahirnya Qanun LKS 11 Tahun 2018
The implementation of the Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) Qanun Number 11 of 2018 in Aceh positions Islamic banks as strategic actors in supporting the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, the implementation of this regulation has not yet fully and optimally impacted the strengthening of MSMEs, particularly in Banda Aceh City. This study aims to analyze in depth the obstacles faced by Bank Aceh Syariah and Bank Syariah Indonesia in supporting MSME development following the issuance of the LKS Qanun. The methodology used was a descriptive qualitative approach with field research. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with bank representatives, and documentation studies, then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results of the study indicate that although MSME financing has increased, Islamic banks still face various obstacles, particularly in the aspects of human resource development and marketing. These obstacles include the lack of an integrated MSME Center, weak mapping and clustering of MSMEs, limited business mentoring, minimal cross-institutional collaboration, and limited MSME involvement in promotional events. These findings indicate that the role of Islamic banks is still predominantly in financial intermediation, not fully implementing its MSME empowerment function comprehensively. Therefore, strengthening institutional and collaborative strategies is key to optimizing the implementation of the Qanun LKS and promoting MSMEs as a main pillar of the Acehnese economy

A Motorcycle Security System Based on Rfid Technology Using the Indonesian Electronic Identity Card (E-KTP) as an Ignition Key
Motorcycle theft is one of the most frequent criminal acts in Indonesia and is closely related to the limitations of conventional vehicle security systems in preventing unauthorized access. This study proposes the design and implementation of a motorcycle security system based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology that utilizes the Indonesian electronic identity card (e‑KTP) as an ignition key. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—to ensure a systematic and iterative development process. The proposed system consists of an RFID RC522 module, Arduino Uno microcontroller, relay‑based ignition switching, and an LM2596 step‑down DC–DC power regulator. Experimental testing shows a 100% authentication success rate for registered e‑KTP cards, with an effective reading distance of up to 2 cm. Non‑metallic enclosure materials have negligible impact on reading performance, whereas metallic materials significantly attenuate the RFID signal. These results indicate that the proposed design is effective and feasible as a low‑cost embedded security enhancement that integrates the national ID infrastructure into motorcycle access contro

Construction of New Norms for the Implementation of Fines in Narcotics Cases in Indonesia
Narcotics abuse constitutes a violation of statutory regulations, particularly Article 7 of Law No. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics, which restricts the use of narcotics to health services and the advancement of science and technology. Narcotics abuse may result in serious consequences not only for individuals but also for society, especially the younger generation. In Indonesia, narcotics misuse has spread across all levels of society, from lower to upper classes. Apart from causing dependency, narcotics consumption frequently leads to death. This circumstance poses a significant threat to the sustainability of society, the nation, and the state, placing Indonesia in a state of narcotics emergency. Accordingly, the Narcotics Law prescribes stringent sanctions, including the death penalty, imprisonment, and fines as additional or substitute penalties for convicted offenders. This study examines the imposition of fines as a substitute for imprisonment and explores judicial considerations in delivering such decisions. The study employs a normative legal method. Findings reveal that convicted persons tend to prefer imprisonment to paying fines, mainly because the fines imposed are excessively high and beyond their financial capacity. As a result, the potential state revenue from fines is not realized, while the state must instead bear substantial expenses to maintain prisoners during their incarceration. Therefore, a reconstruction of legal norms is necessary to achieve a more proportional and effective regulation of fines and imprisonment
An Analysis of Portable Fluxion Usage for Testing WPA/WPA2-Secured Wi-Fi Networks
With the convenience offered by Wi-Fi networks, cybercrimes targeting Wi-Fi passwords have become increasingly prevalent. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using fluxion portable as a tool for testing the security of WPA/WPA2-protected Wi-Fi networks. The research was conducted on a ZTE-F609 router using an action research approach to gain deeper insights into the method’s effectiveness. Fluxion portable operates by leveraging social engineering techniques, wherein attackers create a rogue access point that mimics the legitimate network. Through this social engineering method, unsuspecting users may enter their passwords on the rogue network. The findings indicate that fluxion portable is indeed effective in obtaining Wi-Fi passwords via psychological manipulation, which often goes unnoticed by users. These results highlight significant risks faced by Wi-Fi users, especially in environments lacking additional protections. To mitigate the potential threat of fluxion portable attacks, users are advised to hide their Wi-Fi network from public view or to use routers with enhanced security features, such as whitelist options. These recommendations are expected to improve Wi-Fi security and raise user awareness of existing potential threats.
