Questionnaire Survey to Insurance Pharmacy Pharmacists in Ishikawa and Numazu Area to Promote Pharmacy Pharmacists' Participation in Home Medical Care
Get PDFJapan has become a super-aging society and the medical system has been reformed with a
focus on hospitalization, home care and nursing care, in which pharmacists are expected to
play an active role. However, pharmacists working at pharmacies are still inadequately
involved in home medical care. In this study, we investigated the attitudes of pharmacists in
home medical care as part of a study that also serves as an awareness survey for the
promotion of participation in home care in Ishikawa Prefecture and Numazu Area, Shizuoka
Prefecture. The results showed that the work contents that pharmacists who have never been
involved in home medical care find challenging are not a major concern for pharmacists who
have actually been involved in home medical care. In the future, pharmacists should actively
participate in home medical care in order to promote home medical care. We believe it is
possible to promote the participation of pharmacists in home medical care by grasping the
current status of home medical care practice through lectures on the current status and
problems in home medical care experienced by pharmacists who work for home medical care
pharmacies sponsored by pharmacist associations. In addition, coordination between hospital
pharmacists and insurance pharmacy pharmacists will help to promote home medical care.在宅医療への薬局薬剤師の参画推進を目的として、石川県および静岡県沼津地域の保険薬局薬剤師に対するアンケート調査を行った。在宅医療への参画は高い割合でなく在宅医療に未参画の保険薬局薬剤師において参画への障壁と認識されていることであって、実際に在宅医療を行っている保険薬局薬剤師にとっては大きな障壁ではなかった可能性が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
Memorandum about “SEKEN-GAKU” written by Sazanami Iwaya and his view of education
Get PDFThis paper introduced “SEKEN-GAKU” (1908) written by Sazanami Iwaya, a wellknown writer and children’s literary writer, and its analysis, clarifies the material
value from a pedagogical point of view and his view of education. And the purpose is
to discuss the educational significance of modern times by considering.
Sazanami Iwaya has published two books on the subject of education- “MOMOTARO
SYUGI NO KYOIKU”(1917) and “MOMOTARO SYUGI KYOIKU SINRON(1931)”- and
“SEKEN-GAKU” is closely related to these two books. Then by analyzing “SEKENGAKU” and knowing his view of education, humanity, and sense of the times, the
modern significance of “SEKEN-GAKU” became clear.
In conclusion, “SEKEN-GAKU” discuss Sazanami Iwaya’s view of humanity in
relation to “SEKEN” and is characterized by the fact that it is discuss based on the
ideas of Western Europe and the position of Japan as an emerging country. Argues
that positiveness is necessary for the Japanese. This idea was the view of education
that Sazanami Iwaya had for the rest of his life, In addition, this book has something
in common with modern Japanese moral education and career education, and its
material value is recognized there.本稿は、児童文学者として有名な巌谷小波が著した『世間學』を紹介すると共に彼が記した一連の著作には『世間學』で示した考え方が根底にあり、特に『桃太郎主義の教育』とは密接な関わりがあることを明らかにした。そして、彼が主張した教育論は、現代の日本の教育や子育てにも示唆を与え、その点で『世間學』には教育的な観点における資料的価値があると論じた。departmental bulletin pape

described Japan as "Partner," but the 2020 version describes it as "Neighbor. This paper
analyzed the changes in the ROK's perception of Japan, comparing to China.
ROK entered into “Partnership” with each of Japan and China in 1998. Since then, ROK
has upgraded “Partnership” only once with Japan, but three times with China.
ROK’s description of China as "Partner" is ordinary case and ROK has continued to
upgrade the partnership with China. For ROK, China is what it would like to describe as
"Partner". On the other hand, ROK’s description of Japan as “Partner” is not ordinary case,
but special case. For ROK, Japan is what it cannot describe as “Partner” because ROK needs
to adopt countermeasures and does not have “common fundamental values”. Therefore, at
present, ROK can only describe Japan as “Neighbor”.本稿は、韓国の国防白書の分析を通じて、韓国の対日認識を対中認識と比較することで明らかにするものである。1998年、韓国は日本、中国とも「同伴者」と規定した。しかし、国防白書の記述では、中国に対しては毎年のように同伴者との表現を用いるにもかかわらず、日本に対しては滅多に用いない。それどころか「共通の価値」との表現も削除されている。こうしたことから、韓国にとって日本は「同伴者」との表現を用いることのできない存在になっているのである。departmental bulletin pape
Co-occurrence of “Kakari” particles seen in the classical Japanese － Focusing on its syntactic functions －
Get PDFThis paper aims to analyze sentences including co-occurrence of “Kakari” particles in the
classical Japanese.
Treating them as sentence patterns having their own meanings structure, we divided them
into two groups; chain forms (syntagmatic structure) and contrast forms (paradigmatic one).
Results show that on both groups, sentences having each and every combinations of particles
have its own syntactic structures, especially concerning chain forms, even in the same pair
of particles, its different order results in different sentence structures.
Further, from the perspective of the cognitive process, these types of sentences can be
divided into four categories. This suggests that patterns of co-occurrence of “Kakari” particles
reflects the cognitive schema in the classical Japanese.
Additionally, results show that some of these types of sentences, for example, “zo – ha”
chain forms and “koso ~ yaha” contrast forms, function as the sentence patterns to persuade
the hearer.本稿は古典日本語にみられる係助詞共起文について、共起係助詞間に構造上の連関を認めた上でその文形成上の機能について考察したものである。その結果、同じ共起係助詞の組み合わせであっても、出現順序が異なれば文全体の意味構造も異なることが見いだされた。このことは共起係助詞のふるまいが、文構造自体を規定していることを意味する。また、当該文における係助詞共起のパターンには、古典語における表現主体の事態認識のあり方が反映されていることも確認された。departmental bulletin pape
