    Analisis Efektivitas Biaya Penggunaan Terapi Obat Antidiabetes Pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 Rawat Inap di RSD Gunung Jati Cirebon

    Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 di Jawa Barat mengalami peningkatan dari 20%  tahun 2020 menjadi 26,3% tahun 2022, dengan jumlah pasien di RSD Gunung Jati Cirebon mencapai 7.398 pasien. Biaya pengobatan menimbulkan beban signifikan bagi rumah sakit maupun pasien. Analisis efektivitas biaya diperlukan untuk menentukan terapi obat yang paling optimal dari segi manfaat dan pengeluaran. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui rata-rata biaya terapi obat dan perbandingan efektivitas biaya terapi  antidiabetes oral, kombinasi dan insulin pada pasien DMT2, serta persentase efektivitas biaya obat antidiabetes tipe 2 di RSD Gunung Jati Cirebon. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan metode retrospektif cross-sectional menggunakan data rekam medik, Sampel sebanyak 86 pasien dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi. Analisis efektivitas biaya dilakukan menggunakan parameter ACER dan ICER. Hasil menunjukan paling cost-effective pada Obat Diabetes Oral (ODO) metformin 500mg, glimiperide 2mg, acarbose 100mg sebesar Rp.1.822.898., kombinasi gliquidone 30mg, acarbose 100mg, sansulin rapid inj 100iu/ml sebasar Rp.2.930.568., insulin novopen needle 32G 4mm, sansuln rapid inj 100iu/ml, Levemir flexpen 100iu/ml sebesar Rp. 4.404.767. Biaya rata-rata tertinggi dan terendah pada ODO sebesar (Rp.6.775.537-Rp.1.822.898), kombinasi (Rp.7.332.286.-Rp.2.930.568), dan insulin (Rp.9.700.568.-Rp.4.404.767). Presentase efektivitas ODO 9,3%, efektivitas 75% acarbose dan gliquidone, kombinasi 15,1%, efektivitas 61% gliquidone, novorapid dan novopen, dan insulin 17,4%, efektivitas 60% novorapid dan novopen. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa obat yang paling cost-effective pada ODO (metformin 500mg, glimiperide 2mg dan acarbose 100mg sebesar Rp. 1.822.898.,), kombiasi (gliquidone 30mg, acarbose 100mg dan sansulin rapid inj 100IU/ml sebesar Rp. 2.930.568.,) dan insulin (novopen needle 32G 4mm, sansulin rapid inj 100ui/ml dan levemir flexpen 100IU/ml sebesar Rp. 4.404.767)

    Potensi Kombinasi Ekstrak Binahong (Anredera cordifolia) dan Jeruk Purut (Citrus hystrix) dalam Sediaan Lotion Tabir Surya: Kajian Aktivitas Antioksidan dan Nilai SPF

    Kulit rentan terhadap kerusakan akibat sinar ultraviolet (UV) yang memicu stres oksidatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan memformulasi dan mengevaluasi sediaan lotion kombinasi ekstrak etanol daun binahong (Anredera cordifolia) dan minyak kulit jeruk purut (Citrus hystrix ) sebagai tabir surya dengan menguji aktivitas antioksidan dan nilai Sun Protection Factor (SPF). Ekstrak daun binahong diperoleh dengan maserasi, sedangkan minyak jeruk purut dengan destilasi. Formulasi lotion dibuat dalam beberapa variasi konsentrasi kombinasi. Evaluasi sediaan meliputi uji organoleptis, pH, homogenitas, daya sebar, daya lekat, viskositas, tipe emulsi, iritasi, serta uji aktivitas antioksidan (IC50) dan nilai SPF secara in vitro menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Hasil evaluasi fisikokimia menunjukkan bahwa sediaan lotion yang diformulasikan umumnya memenuhi persyaratan, memiliki tipe emulsi minyak dalam air, dan tidak mengiritasi kulit, meskipun uji homogenitas pada satu penelitian menunjukkan hasil yang belum memenuhi syarat. Hasil utama penelitian mengungkap bahwa formula 2 menunjukkan potensi terbaik dengan nilai antioksidan IC50  sebesar 8,81 ppm (kategori sangat kuat) dan nilai SPF 4,4 (kategori moderate). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa kombinasi ekstrak daun binahong dan minyak jeruk purut berpotensi diformulasikan menjadi lotion tabir surya yang memiliki aktivitas antioksidan dan nilai SPF, dengan variasi konsentrasi mempengaruhi efektivitasnya

    Kajian Polifarmasi dan Potensi Interaksi Obat Pada Pasien HIV/AIDS di Puskesmas Seberang Padang Kota Padang

    Sistem imun, dan khususnya sel darah putih, merupakan target dari Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)," merupakan sekumpulan gejala dan indikator penyakit yang terkait dengan melemahnya sistem imun yang disebabkan oleh infeksi HIV. Obat antiretroviral sangat penting untuk pengobatan HIV/AIDS. Namun demikian, interaksi obat dapat terjadi jika banyak obat dikonsumsi secara bersamaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki kemungkinan interaksi obat di antara pasien HIV/AIDS di Puskesmas Seberang Padang, Kota Padang, dan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara frekuensi penggunaan obat dan frekuensi interaksi obat di antara pasien tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional, pengumpulan data prospektif, dan strategi pengambilan sampel terbatas waktu, penelitian ini memberikan hasil analitis tanpa melakukan eksperimen. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, jenis interaksi yang paling umum adalah farmakokinetik, dan insiden interaksi tertinggi berada pada kategori sedang yaitu 96,92%. Dalam penelitian ini, 119 pasien HIV/AIDS memiliki 26,37% kejadian yang berpotensi menyebabkan interaksi obat. Di Puskesmas Seberang Padang, terdapat hubungan linier positif yang signifikan (r=0,618) antara jumlah interaksi obat dan jumlah penggunaan obat oleh pasien HIV/AIDS, menurut analisis statistik.     THE EFFECT OF TRADITIONAL TAPE YEAST (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae) PERCENTAGE ON THE PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL QUALITY OF VIRGIN COCONUT OIL (VCO)

    Coconut is a highly promising crop due to the wide variety of products that can be derived from it. One important form of coconut utilization is its processing into Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). VCO can be produced through a fermentation method using yeast. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of different percentages of traditional ragi tape (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) on the physical and chemical quality of VCO. The experiment was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design with a single factor consisting of four treatments: 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% ragi tape starter, each with three replications. Physical quality parameters included aroma, taste, and color, while chemical quality parameters comprised moisture content, free fatty acid (FFA) content, and peroxide value. The results showed that the percentage of ragi tape had no significant effect on the physical quality of VCO but significantly affected yield and chemical quality. The highest yield (23.3%) was obtained at the 15% treatment; however, the moisture content at 10% and 15% did not meet the SNI 7381:2022 standard. FFA levels in all treatments complied with the standard, whereas peroxide values in all treatments exceeded the SNI limit.     PENGUATAN LITERASI SEKSUALITAS SEHAT DAN KARAKTER REMAJA MELALUI SEMINAR EDUKATIF GERAKAN REMAJA ANTI SEKS PRA-NIKAH (GERA-SP)

    ABSTRAK                                                                                     Fenomena meningkatnya perilaku seks pranikah di kalangan remaja menjadi tantangan serius dalam pembentukan karakter dan kesehatan reproduksi generasi muda, terutama di era digital. Rendahnya literasi seksualitas yang sehat serta terbatasnya pendidikan berbasis nilai religius menyebabkan remaja rentan terhadap perilaku berisiko. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi seksualitas sehat dan kesadaran moral remaja melalui program Seminar Edukatif Gerakan Remaja Anti Seks Pra-Nikah (GERA-SP) di MA NW Senyiur, Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif melalui seminar interaktif, pemutaran film edukatif, diskusi reflektif, kampanye visual, serta pembentukan Ruang Konseling Remaja (KEREN). Subjek kegiatan berjumlah 65 siswa kelas X dan XI. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, observasi, serta wawancara dengan guru BK dan wali kelas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata pemahaman siswa sebesar 68,3% pada aspek literasi seksualitas, disertai perubahan sikap yang lebih bijak dalam pergaulan dan meningkatnya kesadaran terhadap nilai-nilai Islami. Program GERA-SP terbukti efektif sebagai strategi preventif dalam penguatan karakter dan kesehatan reproduksi remaja, serta berpotensi direplikasi pada satuan pendidikan dengan karakteristik serupa.Kata kunci: Seks Pranikah, Remaja, Literasi Seksual, Karakter Islami, Pendidikan Kesehatan. ABSTRACTThe increasing prevalence of premarital sexual behavior among adolescents poses a serious challenge to character development and reproductive health, particularly in the digital era. Limited healthy sexual literacy and insufficient value based education make adolescents vulnerable to risky behaviors. This community service activity aimed to enhance healthy sexual literacy and moral awareness among adolescents through the Educational Seminar of the Youth Movement Against Premarital Sex (GERA-SP) conducted at MA NW Senyiur, East Lombok Regency. A participatory–educative approach was employed through interactive seminars, educational film screenings, reflective discussions, visual campaigns, and the establishment of a Youth Counseling Space (KEREN). The participants consisted of 65 students from grades X and XI. Evaluation methods included pre-tests and post-tests, observations, and interviews with school counselors and homeroom teachers. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding of healthy sexuality, with an average increase of 68.3%, accompanied by more responsible attitudes toward social interaction and stronger awareness of Islamic moral values. The GERA-SP program proved to be an effective preventive strategy for strengthening adolescent character and reproductive health education and has the potential to be replicated in schools or madrasahs with similar socio-cultural characteristics. Keywords: Premarital Sex; Adolescents; Sexual Literacy; Islamic Character; Health Education

    Transformation of Junior High School Mathematics Learning: Integration of Interactive Student Worksheet and Virtual Reality Based on Deep Learning Approach

    Mathematics learning in junior high schools still faces challenges in building active student engagement, deep conceptual understanding, and the application of technology during the learning process. This study aims to describe the transformation of the implementation of mathematics learning in junior high schools through the integration of interactive Student Worksheets (LKPD) and Virtual Reality (VR) based on the Deep Learning approach. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through classroom observations and interviews involving four classes of grade VII students and interviews with four grade VII mathematics teachers from four different junior high schools. Before implementation, all research instruments including the interactive LKPD, VR media assisted by Artsteps, observation sheets, and interview guidelines were validated by three experts in mathematics education and educational technology, and the results were categorized as very valid. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, consisting of four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this study is that the application of the Deep Learning approach supported by interactive LKPD and VR media received a positive response from teachers and students. Interactive LKPD and VR Media effectively support the Deep Learning stages, namely (1) Introduction of material with context, (2) In-depth presentation of material, (3) Project-based assignments, (4) Discussion and collaboration, (5) In-depth reflection, (6) Provision of constructive feedback, (7) Competency-based assessment (8) Use of technology in learning, (9) Independent learning and self-regulation, (10) Evaluation and development on an ongoing basis. The implementation of learning is in line with the principles of Deep Learning, namely knowledge connectedness, active involvement, critical and reflective thinking, problem-based learning, collaboration, and intrinsic motivation; and also in line with the Deep Learning learning experience, namely understanding, applying and reflecting. These results show that the integration of interactive LKPD and VR media can be an effective strategy to transform mathematics learning at the junior high school level

    Learning Trajectory of Whole Numbers using the Context of Muara Enim Melemang Based on Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI)

    Learning whole numbers in the early grades of elementary school often poses challenges because students must understand abstract concepts and represent them symbolically. This study focuses on developing a Local Instructional Theory (LIT) for learning whole numbers using the Muara Enim melemang cultural context within the Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) framework. The research contributes both to the development of learning theory (LIT) and to improving the effectiveness of culturally based mathematics learning in Indonesian primary schools. The study employed design research (validation study) consisting of three stages: (1) the preliminary design formulated a Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) through curriculum analysis and contextual task design; (2) the teaching experiment tested the HLT in classroom practice to explore students’ strategies and interactions; and (3) the retrospective analysis compared the HLT and the Actual Learning Trajectory (ALT) to refine the emerging instructional theory. Findings reveal that the predicted HLT aligned with the ALT. Students successfully developed number sense counting, comparing, ordering, and performing simple operations through concrete representations of lemang. Difficulties mainly appeared in symbolic notation, such as using inequality signs and subtraction symbols. The study’s novelty lies in establishing a local culture-based LIT that bridges PMRI principles with ethnomathematics. Practically, it provides a contextual model teachers can adopt to enhance meaningful mathematics learning in early grades

    PENDAMPINGAN GURU SD MENGENAI INOVASI PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN PENDEKATAN DEEP LEARNING

    Abstrak: Fondasi utama pembangunan suatu bangsa adalah pendidikan, karena melalui pendidikanlah kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat ditingkatkan secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan. Upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan menjadi prioritas strategis, khususnya melalui penguatan peran calon guru penggerak sebagai agen transformasi di satuan pendidikan. Pendampingan bagi calon guru penggerak menjadi langkah penting dalam menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran yang inovatif dan adaptif, khususnya di jenjang sekolah dasar. Untuk saat ini, tantangan pendidikan hadir dalam berbagai bentuk, seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap sumber daya pendidikan, kurangnya pelatihan berkualitas bagi guru, serta kesenjangan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan yang dimiliki oleh guru-guru sekolah. Oleh karena itu, program pendampingan yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan diarahkan untuk membekali calon guru SD dengan kompetensi yang mumpuni. Kegiatan ini berfokus untuk meningkatan kreativitas dalam merancang pembelajaran yang kontekstual, menyenangkan, serta relevan dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa.Selain itu, pendampingan ini juga diharapkan mampu menjawab tantangan implementasi kurikulum merdeka, khususnya dalam hal penyesuaian konten dengan kebutuhan lokal, pemanfaatan teknologi digital secara efektif, serta pemenuhan kebutuhan belajar siswa dengan latar belakang yang beragam. Melalui pendampingan pembelajaran inovatif dan pendekatan komprehensif, diharapkan memberikan perubahan positif dalam dunia pendidikan bagi calon guru SD. Perubahan ini tidak hanya akan memperkuat kapasitas guru sebagai pendidik profesional, tetapi juga memberikan dampak berkelanjutan bagi peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan pembangunan karakter generasi muda sebagai pilar masa depan bangsa.Abstract: One of the main foundations of a nation's development is education, as it is through it that the quality of human resources can be systematically and sustainably improved. In the Indonesian context, efforts to improve the quality of education are a strategic priority, particularly through strengthening the role of prospective teacher leaders as agents of transformation in educational institutions. Mentoring prospective teacher leaders is a crucial step in creating an innovative and adaptive learning ecosystem, particularly at the elementary and secondary school levels. Currently, educational challenges present themselves in various forms, such as limited access to educational resources, a lack of quality teacher training, and gaps in the utilization of educational technology by school teachers. Therefore, a structured and ongoing mentoring program is aimed at equipping prospective elementary school teachers with adequate pedagogical, technological, and social-emotional competencies. This activity focuses on enhancing creativity in designing contextual, enjoyable, and relevant learning that addresses students' needs and characteristics. Furthermore, this mentoring is also expected to address the challenges of implementing the independent curriculum, particularly in adapting content to local needs, effectively utilizing digital technology, and meeting the learning needs of students from diverse backgrounds. Through this innovative learning assistance and comprehensive approach, it is hoped that positive changes will be made in the world of education for prospective elementary school teachers. These changes will not only strengthen teachers' capacity as professional educators but also have a lasting impact on improving the quality of learning and developing the character of the younger generation, the pillars of the nation's future

    Representasi Nilai dalam Tradisi Tiorana Masyarakat Etnik Donggo (Kajian Linguistik Antropologi)

    Tradisi tiorana merupakan praktik budaya pascaperkawinan masyarakat etnik Donggo yang secara harfiah bermakna mengunjungi mertua. Tradisi ini diwujudkan melalui kunjungan keluarga mempelai perempuan ke rumah keluarga mempelai laki-laki dengan membawa sarung tenun serta jajan tradisional berupa kalempe atau timbu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis representasi nilai yang terkandung dalam tradisi tiorana berdasarkan praktik budaya dan persepsi masyarakat dengan perspektif linguistik antropologi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi persepsi masyarakat. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi terhadap dua pelaksanaan tradisi tiorana di Desa Wadukopa serta angket daring menggunakan Google Form yang diisi oleh 25 responden dari masyarakat etnik Donggo. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif-interpretatif melalui pengategorian nilai-nilai yang terepresentasi dalam praktik kebahasaan, simbol budaya, dan interaksi sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi tiorana merepresentasikan nilai hormat kepada mertua, kesantunan berbahasa, kebersamaan keluarga, tanggung jawab sosial, dan penguatan identitas budaya Donggo. Nilai hormat kepada mertua dan kesantunan berbahasa muncul sebagai representasi nilai yang paling dominan, baik dalam observasi maupun persepsi responden. Simbol budaya seperti sarung tenun dan kalempe/timbu dipersepsikan sebagai penanda ketulusan, penghormatan, dan penerimaan kekerabatan. Meskipun terdapat persepsi perubahan dalam pelaksanaan tradisi, nilai-nilai inti tiorana dinilai tetap bertahan dan relevan dalam kehidupan masyarakat Donggo di tengah dinamika sosial

    CHARACTERISTIC TESTING OF EDIBLE FILM FROM CASSAVA PEEL STARCH (Manihot esculenta) BASED ON THE EFFECT OF GLYCEROL VARIATION CHARACTERIZATION

    Edible film is a thin layer that functions as a coating for food products, made from natural and consumable materials. One of the materials used in this study is cassava peel starch, which is suspended with glycerol and agar as plasticizers. This study aims to determine the characteristics of Edible film made from cassava peel starch and agar with the addition of different glycerol concentrations. The research was conducted using an experimental method and designed with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with glycerol treatments of 1,5 ml (P1), 2 ml (P2), and 2,5 ml (P3). The results showed that variations in glycerol concentration affected the biodegradation rate but did not significantly influence thickness, solubility, and absorption capacity of the Edible film. The best absorption capacity was observed at 1,5 ml of glycerol, while the best results for thickness, solubility, and biodegradability were found at 2.5 ml of glycerol. The use of 2,5 ml of glycerol is recommended as the optimal treatment in terms of both physical and microbiological properties, with the following characteristics: thickness of 0,19 mm, solubility of 40,8%, film absorption capacity of 29,7%, and film biodegradability of 79,3%, with a degradation rate of 10,9 mg/day
