    Synchonized DAMRI Public Tourist Transportation Route Design using Max-Plus Algebra

    The transportation system is a crucial infrastructure for supporting connectivity between each National Strategic Tourist Area (NSTA) tourist destination of Yogyakarta. Management of transportation network and scheduling departure of transportation services are not yet optimal. This study aims to design a synchronized DPTT route and schedule that covers the entire service area using max-plus algebra. This type of study is applied research. The scheduling problem will focus on determining the number of fleets serving all routes with departure periods below 60 minutes. This research was conducted through literature review, field observations and online maps using Google Maps, and computation using the Scilab program. The results show that time travel between 8 tourist destinations are organized into a strongly connected directed graph with 20 routes. Departures are modeled as a linear discrete-event system over max-plus algebra. Computation in Scilab produce a baseline departure period of 90 minutes. We evaluate by adding 2, 8, 10, or 12 of buses by reinforcing the longest route. The simulation shows that the addition of 10 and 12 buses in certain section can reduce the departure period to 56 and 48 minutes respectively. The results demonstrate that targeted fleet additions and network reconnection, guided by max-plus synchronization, can substantially improve service regularity and passenger connectivity

    Application of Kernel Nonparametric Biresponse Regression with the Nadaraya-Watson Estimator in Poverty Analysis in South Sulawesi

    Poverty is a complex social issue that requires in-depth analysis to identify its contributing factors. South Sulawesi, as one of the provinces in Indonesia, continues to face various challenges in poverty alleviation. This study is a quantitative research that aims to model the poverty rate and poverty severity index using a biresponse nonparametric kernel regression with the Nadaraya-Watson estimator and Gaussian kernel function. The analysis is based on 2024 data form the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), which includes poverty indicators as response variables and socio-economic factors, processed using R Studio 2025. The nonparametric biresponse kernel regression analysis yielded optimal bandwidths of h_1=0,188; h_2=0,083; h_3=0,159; and h_4=0,028. Model accuracy is demonstrated by a Generalized Cross-Validation (GCV) value of 5.515 and a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 0.585, indicating high stability and low prediction error. The model demonstrates adaptive accuracy in simultaneously modeling the two response variables and highlights the strength of kernel-based biresponse regression as an evidence-based tool for policymakers to design targeted, region-specific poverty alleviation strategies

    PENYULUHAN KESEHATAN PERAWATAN GIGI DAN MULUT MENGENAI EDUKASI CARA SIKAT GIGI YANG BAIK DAN BENAR PADA PASIEN DAN KELUARGA DI RSUD BALARAJA

    Abstrak: Kesehatan gigi dan mulut merupakan bagian integral dari kesehatan tubuh secara keseluruhan yang seringkali terabaikan selama masa perawatan di rumah sakit. Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai teknik menyikat gigi yang tepat dapat memicu penumpukan plak, karies, hingga infeksi sistemik. Penyuluhan kesehatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan keterampilan pasien serta keluarga dalam mempraktikkan teknik menyikat gigi yang baik dan benar selama berada di lingkungan rumah sakit maupun di rumah. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah interaktif, tanya jawab, serta demonstrasi langsung menggunakan media alat peraga (model gigi dan sikat gigi). Sasaran kegiatan adalah pasien poliklinik gigi beserta pendamping di RSUD Balaraja. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi teknik menyikat gigi oleh peserta dan pengisian kuesioner singkat pre-test dan post-test. Hasil yang di dapatkan pengetahuan pasien dan pendamping tentang perawatan gigi dan mulut mengenai cara sikat gigi yang baik menunjukan terdapat 80% dari 100% responden memiliki peningkatan pengetahuan setelah di lakukan penyuluhan kesehatan. Edukasi secara langsung terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pasien dan keluarga mengenai pentingnya kebersihan mulut. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi program rutin di RSUD Balaraja untuk menurunkan risiko komplikasi kesehatan akibat higiene oral yang buruk.Abstract:  Oral and dental health is an integral part of overall health that is often overlooked during hospital treatment. A lack of knowledge regarding proper toothbrushing techniques can trigger plaque buildup, caries, and even systemic infections. This health education aims to improve the knowledge, awareness, and skills of patients and their families in practicing proper and correct toothbrushing techniques both in the hospital environment and at home. The counseling was conducted using interactive lectures, Q&A sessions, and direct demonstrations using visual aids (dental models and toothbrushes). The target of this activity was dental polyclinic patients and their companions at RSUD Balaraja. Evaluation was carried out through observation of the participants' toothbrushing techniques and the completion of brief pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results showed that 80% of the 100% of respondents experienced an increase in knowledge regarding oral care and proper toothbrushing after the health education was conducted. Direct education has proven effective in improving the understanding of patients and families about the importance of oral hygiene. This activity is expected to become a routine program at RSUD Balaraja to reduce the risk of health complications caused by poor oral hygiene

    PENINGKATAN LITERASI DAN NUMERASI DALAM PROGRAM KAMPUS MENGAJAR DI SMP NEGERI 5 KUMAI MELALUI PENDEKATAN STUDENT-CENTERED LEARNING YANG KREATIF, INOVATIF, DAN MENYENANGKAN

    ABSTRAK                                                                            Kampus mengajar merupakan program yang memfasilitasi mahasiswa melakukan program MBKM yang terfokus untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi pada siswa SD atau SMP. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, khususnya siswa-siswi di SMP Negeri 5 Kumai dan menambah soft skill mahasiswa, menanamkan empati, dan mendorong pembangunan nasional dengan cara menambah motivasi pendidikan di lingkungan masyarakat. Metode pengabdian dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan, yaitu kegiatan pra-penugasan, penugasan, dan pasca penugasan. Kegiatan Rencana Aksi Kolaborasi (RAK) terdiri dari penguatan literasi, numerasi, mitigasi perubahan iklim, dan adaptasi teknologi. Kegiatan RAK terdiri dari revitalisasi perpustakaan dan mading, pojok baca, literasi lima belas menit, ultrasi games matematika, dan menghafal seru perkalian. Untuk topik transformasi digital juga dilakukan kegiatan emotional inbox, menulis cerita menggunakan komputer, movie education, dan Green School. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terjadi peningkatan sebesar 3% untuk literasi dan 27% untuk numerasi. Namun, hal ini tetap mengindikasikan adanya peningkatan terhadap kedua keterampilan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan kampus mengajar dapat menjadi kegiatan yang memiliki manfaat dan kontribusi yang nyata bagi pendidikan di Indonesia dengan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi, numerasi, dan adaptasi teknologi melalui pendekatan student center learning yang kreatif, inovatif, dan menyenangkan. Kata kunci: Kampus Mengajar; MBKM; Rencana Aksi Kolaborasi; Literasi; Numerasi. ABSTRACTCampus teaching is a program that facilitates students to conduct MBKM programs that focus on improving literacy and numeracy skills in elementary or junior high school students. The purpose of this activity is to provide community service, especially to students at SMP Negeri 5 Kumai, and to add to students' soft skills, instill empathy, and encourage national development by increasing educational motivation in the community. The service method is divided into several stages, namely pre-assignment, assignment, and post-assignment activities. Collaborative Action Plan (RAK) activities consist of strengthening literacy, numeracy, climate change mitigation, and technological adaptation. The RAK activities consisted of revitalizing the library and magazine, reading corners, fifteen-minute literacy, ultrasi games, and memorizing fun multiplication tables. For the topic of digital transformation, emotional inbox activities, writing stories using computers, movie education, and Green School were also carried out. The result of this service was an increase of 3% for literacy and 27% for numeracy. However, this still indicates an improvement in both skills. Therefore, teaching campus activities can be an activity that has real benefits and contributions to education in Indonesia by improving literacy, numeracy, and technology adaptation skills through a student-centered learning approach that is creative, innovative, and fun. Keywords: Teaching Campus; MBKM; Collaborative Action Plans; Literacy; Numeracy

    PENYULUHAN HUKUM TENTANG PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA TANAH DI DESA BERINDING KECAMATAN KOPANG KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH

    Penyuluhan hukum mengenai penyelesaian sengketa tanah di Desa Berinding, Kecamatan Jonggat, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, dilaksanakan sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman hukum masyarakat terhadap mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa pertanahan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan. Kegiatan ini memberikan pemaparan mengenai jenis-jenis sengketa tanah, dasar hukum pertanahan, serta langkah-langkah penyelesaian melalui jalur non-litigasi maupun litigasi. Melalui penyuluhan ini, masyarakat diperkenalkan pada pentingnya penyelesaian awal melalui musyawarah desa dan mediasi sebagai bentuk alternatif penyelesaian sengketa, sebelum melibatkan Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) atau lembaga peradilan. Selain itu, warga diberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya dokumen kepemilikan tanah yang sah sebagai alat bukti utama dalam mencegah munculnya konflik pertanahan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan meningkatnya kesadaran hukum warga serta pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai prosedur penyelesaian sengketa tanah, sehingga diharapkan dapat meminimalkan terjadinya perselisihan pertanahan di kemudian hari

    IDENTIFYING THE CAUSES OF SCHOOL DROPOUT IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN SUMBER DISTRICT

    Abstract: The problem of dropping out of school is still a challenge in the world of education in Indonesia. This study aims to identify the factors that cause students to drop out of school in three primary schools in Sumber District, Probolinggo Regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to explore the social experiences and behaviors of students who dropped out of school. The research subjects included dropout students, parents, teachers, principals, and the surrounding community. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documents and then analyzed using coding techniques. The results showed two main factors causing students to drop out of school, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors include low awareness of the importance of education, low interest in learning, and students' views on non-formal education. External factors include lack of parental support, social and environmental conditions, limited accessibility, and limited school facilities and infrastructure. This study concludes that cooperation from the government, families and communities is needed to reduce the dropout rate in Sumber District

    GARITA Media: Students' Mathematical Communication in Solving Contextual Problems

    Based on observation results, the mathematical communication skills of 6th-grade elementary school students are still relatively low. This can be seen during classroom learning activities or when taking exams, when they are faced with contextual story problems they have difficulty understanding and solving them. The implementation of this research activity aims to see effect GARITA media and the mathematical communication skills of 6th-grade elementary school students, as shown through the results of contextual problem assignment scores. Apart from looking at the connection between GARITA media and mathematical abilities, this research was conducted to increase students' understanding in solving contextual problems. GARITA media is a media in the form of story images which have the role of helping to illustrate the problems in story problems, making it easier for students to understand the content of contextual problems and solve them. This research uses quantitative methods with quasi-experiments. The population of this study were students at SD Muhammadiyah 3 IKROM Wage Sidoarjo. This research activity took data from 29 Zahrawi 6th grade students as the control group and 30 Haitam 6th grade students as the experimental group. The result of this research data was obtained by carrying out a post-test in the form of a contextual question test and a student response questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this research are normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. This shows a significant difference in the mathematical communication skills of students who received treatment using GARITA assistance with students who did not receive treatment. The homogeneity test result shows that homogeneity data based on post-test data shows a figure < 0,05. Hypothesis testing shows a significant influence based on the result of the independent sample t-test < 0,05. So, the result of this research indicates that GARITA media can influence the improvement of students' mathematical communication skills in solving contextual problems.

    The GSTAR (1;1) Modelling with Three Combination of the Grid Sizes and Spatial Weight Matrix in Forest Fires Cases

    One of the models that is utilized in spatio-temporal analysis is known as the Generalized Space-Time Autoregressive (GSTAR). This model incorporates two dimensions, namely the geographical and temporal aspects of the situation. This approach assists in the identification of patterns and correlations between data by taking into account both spatial and temporal elements. From modeling the confidence level of forest fire hotspot cases in Kubu Raya and its surrounds using the GSTAR (1;1) model with three different combinations of grids and special weight matrices, the purpose of this study is to discover which combination of grids and spatial weight matrices is the most effective. The results of diagnostic tests and the degrees of MAPE accuracy are used to determine which model is the most suitable. The data was obtained from the FIRMS-NASA platform, ranging from January 2014 to August 2024. A grid with a dimension of 1.25 x 1.25 degrees and a rook contiguity weight matrix is a combination of grids and spatial weight matrices that meet the white noise assumption, according to the findings of the study. This conclusion is based on the diagnostic test. As a result, the combination of a grid with a size of 1.25 x 1.25 and a rook contiguity weight matrix is the best in this modeling. This combination has a MAPE of 11.797%, which indicates that this model has a good level of accuracy.

    PEMBERDAYAAN MAHASISWA POLTEKKES KEMENKES GORONTALO MELALUI UNIT USAHA KECIL DENGAN MEMANFAATKAN KEARIFAN LOKAL GORONTALO

    Abstrak: Tingginya angka pengangguran lulusan perguruan tinggi menjadi tantangan di Indonesia. Poltekkes Gorontalo berkontribusi menurunkan pengangguran terdidik melalui Program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan (PPK) yang bertujuan meningkatkan soft skill dan hard skill mahasiswa dalam memulai usaha hingga memperoleh legalitas usaha. Sasaran kegiatan adalah empat mahasiswa calon lulusan Prodi DIII Farmasi yang terpilih melalui seleksi sebagai tenant. Metode pendampingan meliputi sosialisasi (motivasi berwirausaha), pelatihan (analisis pasar, Business Model Canvas, penentuan harga pokok produk, desain kemasan, pemasaran digital), pendampingan pembuatan produk, pengurusan legalitas usaha, dan hibah alat produksi. Program ini berkolaborasi dengan PT. Alfikroh sebagai Lembaga Pelatihan Inkubator Bisnis. Pendampingan dilakukan di Kampus Poltekkes Gorontalo dan PT. Alfikroh. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui wawancara, angket online, observasi, dan Pre Post Test terhadap minat, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tenant dalam beriwirausaha yang meliputi aspek produk usaha, legalitas, dan pemasaran tenant. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan minat, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan tenant dalam berwirausaha sebesar 82,5%. Seluruh tenant berhasil memiliki produk usaha, Nomor Induk Berusaha, izin edar produk (PIRT), Badan Usaha, platform penjualan online (instagram), dan mampu meluncurkan produk secara resmi.Abstract: The high unemployment rate of college graduates is a challenge in Indonesia. Gorontalo Poltekkes contributes to reducing educated unemployment through the Entrepreneurship Development Program (PPK) which aims to improve students' soft and hard skills in starting a business until they obtain business legality. The targets of the activity were four prospective graduates of the DIII Pharmacy Study Program who were selected through selection as tenants. The mentoring method includes socialization (entrepreneurial motivation), training (market analysis, Business Model Canvas, determining the cost of products, packaging design, digital marketing), product manufacturing assistance, business legality management, and production equipment grants. This program collaborates with PT Alfikroh as a business incubator training institution. Mentoring is carried out at the Gorontalo Poltekkes Campus and PT Alfikroh. Evaluation was carried out through interviews, online questionnaires, observations, and Pre Post Tests of tenants' interest, knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship which included aspects of business products, legality, and tenant marketing. The results showed an increase in tenants' interest, knowledge, and skills in entrepreneurship by 82.5%. All tenants successfully have a business product, Business Identification Number, product distribution permit (PIRT), Business Entity, online sales platform (Instagram), and are able to officially launch the product

    WORKSHOP BIMBINGAN KLASIKAL PADA GURU BIMBINGAN DAN KOSELING KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR

    Abstrak: Program pengabdian ini didasari oleh miminmya pemahaman dan kemampuan para guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap metode dan teknik dalam layanan bimbingan klasikal yang saat ini idealnya telah terintegrasi dengan teknologi informasi dan digital. Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatan kualitas layanan bimbingan klasikal yang diberikan oleh para guru bimbingan dan konseling kepada siswa disekolah. Pelaksanaan workshop dilaksanakan secara blended learning, selanjutnya dilakukan group assignments dan mentoring kepada para peserta yang terdiri dari para guru bimbingan dan konseling SMP Kabupaten Karanganyar sejumlah 30 orang. Instrumen angket yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini terdiri dari 10 butir pertanyaan dan berdsarkan hasil analisis capaian terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dan pemahaman guru bimbingan dan konseling SMP Kabupaten karanganyar dalam layanan bimbingan klasikal sebesar 73,33 %, Sedangkan kontribusi yang diberikan oleh kegiatan workshop terhadap arah perubahan dan perkembangan para peserta adalah 45,45%. Hal tersebut berdasarkan analisis hasil perhitungan nilai N Gain Score sebesar 0,4545.Abstract: This service program is based on the lack of understanding and ability of guidance and counseling teachers towards methods and techniques in classical guidance services which are now ideally integrated with information and digital technology. The purpose of this service program is to improve the quality of classical guidance services provided by guidance and counseling teachers to students at school. The implementation of the workshop was carried out by blended learning, then group assignments and mentoring were carried out to the participants consisting of 30 junior high school guidance and counseling teachers in Karanganyar Regency. The questionnaire instrument used in this activity consisted of 10 questions and based on the results of the analysis of the achievement of increasing the ability and understanding of junior high school guidance and counseling teachers in classical guidance services amounted to 73.33%, while the contribution made by workshop activities to the direction of change and development of the participants was 45.45%. This is based on the analysis of the results of the calculation of the N Gain Score value of 0.4545
