The Role of Sharia Economic Literacy and Religiosity in Increasing Environmental Awareness and Behavior: A Theory of Planned Behavior Perspective
Get PDFAbstract: This study aims to explore the role of Islamic economic literacy and religiosity in increasing awareness and responsible environmental behavior through the perspective of the theory of planned behavior. The research method used is qualitative with a Library Research or Integrative Review approach. This approach involves a systematic review of relevant literature from various sources to develop a new understanding of the influence of Islamic economic literacy and religiosity on environmental behavior. Based on the literature analysis, it was found that Islamic economic literacy, with its principles emphasizing fairness, sustainability, and social responsibility, serves not only to improve individual economic knowledge, but also as a driver of environmental awareness. In addition, religiosity, through ethical teachings and social norms, strengthens individuals' intention to act more proactively in preserving nature. These two factors - Islamic economic literacy and religiosity - can play an important role in encouraging responsible and sustainable environmental behavior. The results of this study provide insights into how Islamic economic education and religious values can be applied in creating a society that is more concerned about environmental issues in the future.
Relationship between Self-Efficacy and Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) of Madrasah
Get PDFAbstract: This study reveals a significant relationship between self-efficacy and pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) among madrasah teachers. Teachers with high self-efficacy are generally more capable of implementing PCK effectively in the learning process, which in turn enhances the quality and outcomes of student learning. Therefore, simultaneous efforts to strengthen both self-efficacy and PCK through integrated training programs, professional development, and reflective teaching practices—are crucial strategies for improving the quality of education in madrasahs. Urgent Areas for Future Research Future studies should investigate the effectiveness of integrated training models that simultaneously develop teachers’ self-efficacy and PCK. In addition, longitudinal research evaluating the long-term impact of the self-efficacy–PCK relationship on student performance in madrasahs is essential to support evidence-based, quality-oriented education policy
Digital Literacy Integration in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Learning: Challenges and Implementation Strategies in the Era of Society 5.0
Get PDFAbstract: This study aims to examine the integration of digital literacy in learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) through a library research approach with an integrative review method. This study was conducted systematically and comprehensively on national and international scientific articles published between 2015-2024, with data sources coming from Google Scholar, Scispace, DOAJ, and Scopus. The research focuses on identifying challenges and implementing strategies for digital literacy in the context of Islamic basic education in the era of Society 5.0. The results of the study show that digital literacy plays an important role in supporting the strengthening of cognitive, character and spiritual competencies of MI students contextually and relevant to the times. However, its implementation still faces various obstacles, such as limited infrastructure, the readiness of educators, and the lack of policy support and collaboration between stakeholders. Therefore, effective implementation strategies include teacher training, integrated curriculum development, adaptive use of learning technology, and active involvement of parents. This research recommends strengthening collaboration and designing policies that support digital literacy-based learning ecosystems in madrasah. The findings are expected to be the basis for developing relevant and sustainable learning models in the digital era
PEMBERDAYAAN KELOMPOK WANITA TANI GREEN LEAF MENUJU SUSTAINABLE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
Get PDFAbstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan pada KWT Green Leaf di Padang Bintungan 3 yang merupakan kelompok ekonomi produkstif memiliki peran yang strategis dalam mengembangkan ekonomi lokal dan nasional. Meskipun memiliki potensi yang besar, KWT Green Leaf memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengakses informasi, teknologi serta manajerial. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Green Leaf di Padang Bintungan 3 melalui penguatan kapasitas produksi, manajemen usaha, dan pemasaran produk pertanian seperti menghasilkan produk lokal dendeng pucu ubi yang memiliki sumber bahan baku yang melimpah oleh mitra sehingga menhasilkan produk yang bernilai ekonomi. Metode kegiatan yang digunkan dengan pendekatan partisipatif, ceramah dan praktik pembuatan produk dendeng pucuk ubi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini di ikuti oleh seluruh anggota kelompok yang berjumlah 30 orang dengan menunjukkan hasil 68% peserta memahami dan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terkait pemasaran online, manajerial dan produksi. Meskipun 32% anggota peserta masih mengalami kesulitan, namun pemahaman yang lebih baik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan anggota KWT dalam mengelola usaha secara profesional dan berorientasi pasar, serta terbentuknya strategi keberlanjutan berbasis keunggulan kompetitif.Abstract: Community service activities carried out by KWT Green Leaf in Padang Bintungan 3, a productive economic group, have a strategic role in developing the local and national economy. Despite its great potential, KWT Green Leaf has limitations in accessing information, technology, and managerial skills. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to empower the Green Leaf Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Padang Bintungan 3 through strengthening production capacity, business management, and marketing of agricultural products such as producing local sweet potato jerky products that have abundant raw materials sources by partners, resulting in products with economic value. The activity method used is a participatory approach, lectures, and practice in making sweet potato jerky products. This community service activity was attended by all 30 group members, showing results of 68% of participants understanding and an increase in participant knowledge regarding online marketing, managerial, and production. Although 32% of participant members still experience difficulties, their understanding is better. The results of the activity show an increase in the ability of KWT members to manage their businesses professionally and market-oriented, as well as the formation of a sustainability strategy based on competitive advantages
PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN IBU BADUTA TENTANG KONSEP DASAR MPASI DENGAN MEDIA LEAFLET DI POSYANDU
Get PDFAbstrak: Pemberian Makanan Pendamping Air Susu Ibu (MPASI) yang tepat pada anak usia 6–24 bulan sangat penting untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang optimal serta mencegah masalah gizi seperti stunting, wasting, dan underweight. Namun, banyak ibu balita (baduta) yang belum memahami konsep dasar MPASI, termasuk jenis, tekstur, frekuensi pemberian, serta risiko MPASI yang tidak sesuai usia. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu baduta mengenai MPASI melalui edukasi berbasis leaflet di Posyandu Integrasi Layanan Primer (ILP) pada wilayah kerja duaPuskesmas di Kota Surakarta (Gajahan, dan Ngoresan). Kegiatan diikuti oleh 17 ibu balita dan dilaksanakan melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi, serta demonstrasi menu MPASI berdasarkan kelompok usia (6–8 bulan, 9–11 bulan, dan 12–23 bulan). Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test sebanyak 10 soal pilihan ganda, serta observasi partisipatif. Hasil tabulasi awal menunjukkan adanya kecenderungan peningkatan skor pengetahuan peserta pre dan post-test yaitu 7,85 menjadi 9. Edukasi MPASI dengan media leaflet dapat meningkatkan pemahaman ibu, sehingga pengabdian selanjutnya dapat fokus pada modul praktis MPASI berbasis bahan lokal dan pelatihan memasak.Abstract: Appropriate complementary feeding (MPASI) for children aged 6–24 months plays a critical role in supporting optimal growth and development, as well as preventing nutritional problems such as stunting, wasting, and underweight. However, many mothers of toddlers still lack adequate knowledge about the basic principles of MPASI, including appropriate types, textures, feeding frequency, and the risks of inappropriate timing. This community service program aimed to improve maternal knowledge about MPASI through leaflet-based education at Integrated Primary Service Posyandu (ILP) in the working areas of three Public Health Centers (Puskesmas) in Surakarta City: Gajahan and Ngoresan. A total of 17 mothers of toddlers participated in the program, which consisted of interactive lectures, group discussions, and demonstrations of age-appropriate MPASI menus (6–8 months, 9–11 months, and 12–23 months). Evaluation was conducted using a pre-test and post-test containing 10 multiple-choice questions, alongside direct observation during the sessions. Preliminary tabulation results indicated a positive trend in participants’ knowledge scores pre and post-test: from 7,85 to 9. MPASI education using leaflets can improve mothers understanding, so that in the future they can focus more on practical MPASI modules based on local ingredients and cooking training
MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN WAWANCARA MELALUI SIMULASI PROFESIONAL: PELATIHAN UNTUK SISWA TINGKAT SMA DAN MAHASISWA
Get PDFAbstrak: Minimnya akses dan eksposur terhadap pelatihan wawancara berstandar internasional mengakibatkan rendahnya kesiapan siswa dan mahasiswa dalam bersaing di pasar global yang semakin kompetitif. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan berbasis simulasi profesional kepada siswa SMA dan mahasiswa dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan wawancara melalui praktik wawancara beasiswa dan lamaran kerja secara langsung, menyesuaikan standar internasional, bersama dengan Konsulat Jenederal AS (Konjen AS), Surabaya, sebagai mitra. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan total 23 peserta, 10 siswa SMA, dan 13 mahasiswa secara aktif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan interaktif, simulasi wawancara langsung, mentoring oleh profesional, serta monitoring dan evaluasi secara komprehensif untuk memastikan keberhasilan program dengan melakukan survei kepuasan peserta menggunakan instrumen skala Likert. Hasil dari praktik wawancara ini menunjukkan konsep “simulasi” menjadi pembekalan yang lebih efektif untuk membuat peserta merasakan pengalaman yang nyata. sebanyak 82% dari peserta setuju bahwa pertanyaan dan jawaban yang diberikan oleh pemateri sudah sesuai dengan topik, dan 95% peserta mengungkapkan pembicara menyampaikan studi kasus yang inspiratif.Abstract: The lack of access and exposure to international standard interview training results in low readiness among students and university students to compete in an increasingly competitive global market. This program aims to provide professional simulation-based training to high school and university students, aiming to improve their interview skills through direct scholarship and job application interviews, in line with international standards, in collaboration with the US Consulate General in Surabaya. The program adopts a participatory approach that actively involves 23 participants in total, 10 for high school students and 13 for university students. The methods used include interactive training, direct interview simulations, mentoring by professionals, as well as regular monitoring and evaluation comprehensively to ensure the program's success implementing participant satisfaction survey represented in Likert Scale Instrument. The results of the interview practice show that the “simulation” concept is a more effective preparation method, allowing participants to experience a different and realistic scenario. 82% of participants agreed that the questions and answers provided by the trainers were appropriate for the topic, and 95% of participants expressed that the speakers presented inspiring case studies

Public history is one of the instruments for developing public understanding of historical awareness, given that many events are difficult to predict these days. The public also needs to be given an understanding of the importance of historical awareness so that they can learn more about past events and be able to make decisions today and shape the future. Therefore, for an activist, educator, or community who has a concentration on history, it needs to be developed further so that the public can directly participate in these studies and discussions. For this reason, the development of history needs to be improved so that the community can access more services regarding matters related to history. Thus, if people's understanding of history is much more mature, then people's intelligence regarding past events will be a lesson in the future
Optimalisasi pembelajaran biologi dengan model-model pembelajaran inovatif: pelatihan guru-guru SMA di Kota Kupang
No full textAbstrak Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan beberapa guru biologi di Kota Kupang, termasuk guru biologi SMAN 9 Kota Kupang, diketahui bahwa guru telah mengenal banyak model pembelajaran inovatif dan telah mencantumkannya dalam perangkat pembelajaran yang mereka susun namun dalam pelaksanaan di kelas guru tidak melaksanakannya seperti apa yang tertulis karena guru belum memahami sintaks model-model pembelajaran inovatif dengan baik sehingga masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengimplementasikan model-model pembelajaran tersebut sesuai dengan karakteristik mata pelajaran yang diampu Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra, maka tim pelaksana melakukan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dengan tema pelatihan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran biologi berbasis model-model pembelajaran inovatif bagi guru-guru SMA di Kota Kupang. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan guru-guru biologi di Kota Kupang terkait penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran biologi berbasis model-model pembelajaran inovatif sehingga guru-guru biologi dapat menerapkannya model-model pembelajaran tersebut di dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah yaitu pelatihan, pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan April 2024, dihadiri oleh 34 peserta, dan dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 9 Kota Kupang. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran biologi berbasis model-model pembelajaran inovatif sebesar 22,83 dengan nilai N-gain 0,21 dan setelah dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan, pemantauan dan evaluasi diketahui bahwa guru-guru biologi dapat melaksanakan sintaks model pembelajaran discovery, inquiry dan problem based learning secara baik dan dapat melaksanakan sintaks model project base learning dengan sangat baik. Abstract Based on the results of interviews with several biology teachers in Kupang City, including biology teachers of SMAN 9 Kupang City, it is known that teachers are familiar with many innovative learning models and have included them in the learning tools they compile but in the implementation in the classroom teachers do not implement them as written because teachers do not understand the syntax of innovative learning models well so that they still have difficulty in implementing these learning models according to the characteristics of the subjects they teach Based on the problems faced by partners, the implementation team conducted community service activities with the theme of training in the preparation of biology learning tools based on innovative learning models for high school teachers in Kupang City. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding and knowledge of biology teachers in Kupang City related to the preparation of biology learning tools based on innovative learning models so that biology teachers can apply these learning models in learning. The methods used in this activity are training, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. This community service activity was carried out in April 2024, attended by 34 participants, and held at SMA Negeri 9 Kupang City. Pemasangan CCTV berbasis IoT pada minimarket Aisyiyah cabang Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember

Sebagai minimarket yang baru dibangun, minimarket PCA Kaliwates belum memiliki sistem keamanan yang memadai, terutama untuk mengantisipasi potensi pencurian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sistem keamanan minimarket melalui implementasi teknologi Closed Circuit Television (CCTV). Metode kegiatan meliputi survei lokasi, identifikasi kebutuhan perangkat CCTV, pemasangan perangkat CCTV, integrasi sistem dan pengujian, pelatihan pengoperasian CCTV, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh kamera CCTV yang terpasang di sekitar minimarket berhasil menampilkan dan merekam aktivitas di sekitar minimarket dengan jelas dan koneksi yang stabil ke cloud storage, sehingga data dapat disimpan dan diakses kapan saja. As a newly built minimarket, the PCA Kaliwates minimarket does not yet have an adequate security system, especially to anticipate potential theft. Based on this, this community service activity aims to improve the minimarket security system through the application of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) technology. Activity methods include site surveys, identifying CCTV device needs, CCTV device installation, system integration and testing, CCTV operation training, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results of the activity show that all CCTV cameras installed around the minimarket have succeeded in displaying and recording activities around the minimarket clearly and with a stable connection to cloud storage, so that data can be stored and accessed at any time. No full textAbstrak Perkembangan Information and Communication Technology (ICT) yang begitu pesat membuat masyarakat harus mengadopsi pemakaian media ICT sebagai akselerator khususnya pada ranah Pendidikan. Pada kesempatan ini, kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan sasaran siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA), bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dunia publikasi ilmiah sejak dini. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi: (1) pengenalan jurnal nasional dan internasional sebagai sumber informasi ilmiah terpercaya, (2) edukasi mengenai jurnal predator beserta cara mengenalinya agar siswa tidak terjebak di kemudian hari, serta (3) pelatihan langsung penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley yang terintegrasi dengan Microsoft Word sebagai alat bantu manajemen referensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah presentasi interaktif, diskusi, serta tutor langsung dengan pendekatan ramah pelajar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari peserta, serta peningkatan pemahaman mereka terhadap pentingnya literasi ilmiah dan keterampilan dasar penulisan karya ilmiah. Diharapkan kegiatan ini mampu membentuk fondasi awal budaya riset dan menulis ilmiah di kalangan siswa SMA.. Abstract The swift advancement of ICT has made it imperative for society to harness its potential as a catalyst for growth, especially in education. On this occasion, the activity was aimed at high school students, who wanted to introduce the world of scientific publications from an early age. The materials presented included: (1) an introduction to national and international journals as trusted sources of scientific information, (2) education on predatory journals and how to identify them to avoid future pitfalls, and (3) hands-on training in using the Mendeley application integrated with Microsoft Word as a reference management tool. The methods used were interactive presentations, discussions, and direct tutoring with a student-friendly approach. The results of the activity showed high enthusiasm from the participants, as well as an increase in their understanding of the importance of scientific literacy and basic scientific writing skills. It is hoped that this activity will serve as an initial foundation for a culture of research and scientific writing among high school students.
