    PEMBERDAYAAN KELOMPOK WANITA TANI TERATAI MELALUI INOVASI PANGAN LOKAL BERGIZI UNTUK MENDUKUNG PROGRAM GIZI POSYANDU

    ABSTRAKDi Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, 32 kecamatan dan 159 desa memiliki angka stunting tinggi. Selain, itu, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya masih dalam kondisi rawan pangan.Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota KWT (Kelompok Wanita Tani) Teratai dan keterampilan mereka dalam melakukan pengolahan talas menjadi muffin, sebuah inovasi olahan dari bahan pangan lokal. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan 2 tahap yaitu : 1) Sosialisasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 Juli 2025 bertempat di sekretariat KWT Teratai. Dalam kegiatan ini telah disampaikan  tujuan, manfaat, dan rencana kegiatan pengabdian, 2) Pelatihan, 3) Monitoring dan evluasi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan dalam dua tahap yaitu pertama, edukasi kepada anggota KWT Teratai, melalui penyuluhan mengenai manfaat, zat gizi talas serta cara pengolahan talas yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Agustus 2025. Sebelum diberikan edukasi, peserta diminta mengisi pre-test mengenai pengetahuan, kemudian peserta diminta mengisi post-test. Setelah diberikan edukasi, terdapat peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan dari pre-test (54,453) ke post-test (91,087). Tahap kedua adalah praktik pengolahan talas menjadi muffin. Setelah diberikan pelatihan berupa praktik pengolahan talas menjadi muffin, anggota KWT Teratai memiliki keterampilan dalam mengolah talas menjadi muffin. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani Teratai melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengoahan talas menjadi muffin terbukti telah meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota KWT Teratai dan keterampilan mereka dalam melakukan pengolahan talas menjadi muffin. Kata kunci: Kelompok wanita tani; pangan; gizi. ABSTRACTIn Tasikmalaya Regency, 32 subdistricts and 159 villages had high stunting rates. In addition, Tasikmalaya Regency is still in a state of food insecurity. The purpose of this activity was to increase the knowledge of KWT Teratai members and their skills in processing taro into muffins, an innovative product made from local food ingredients. This activity was carried out in two stages, namely: 1) Socialization. This activity was held on July 17, 2025, at the KWT Teratai secretariat. During this activity, the objectives, benefits, and plans for the community service activity were presented. 2) Training. The training activity was carried out in two stages, namely, first, education for KWT Teratai members through counseling on the benefits and nutritional content of taro and how to process taro, which was held on August 7, 2025. Before receiving education, participants were asked to fill out a pre-test on their knowledge, then participants were asked to fill out a post-test. After the education session, there was an increase in the average knowledge score from the pre-test (54.453) to the post-test (91.087). The second stage was the practice of processing taro into muffins. After receiving training in the form of practical processing of taro into muffins, the members of KWT Teratai acquired the skills to process taro into muffins. The conclusion of the Teratai Women Farmers Group Empowerment program through socialization and training activities on processing taro into muffins has proven to have increased the knowledge of Teratai WFG members and their skills in processing taro into muffins. Keywords: Women farmers' groups; food; nutrition

    PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL TEST OF CHILI PEPPERS (Capsicum Frutescens L) DRIED AT VARIOUS TEMPERATURES USING A DEHYDRATOR

    Chili pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) is a high-value agricultural commodity rich in vitamin C and antioxidant compounds. However, drying processes may potentially reduce its physical and chemical quality. This study presents novelty by investigating the effect of low-temperature drying using a dehydrator at 45°C, 50°C, and 55°C for 10 hours on changes in the physical and chemical properties of chili pepper, aiming to determine optimal drying conditions to maintain product quality and functional value. The parameters analyzed included weight loss, moisture content, vitamin C content, and beta-carotene content. The experiment was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a single factor and three replications. The results showed that drying temperature had no significant effect on the physical and chemical characteristics of chili pepper. Drying at 55°C resulted in the highest weight loss (78.70%) and the lowest moisture content (15.9%). The highest vitamin C content was obtained at 45°C (76.58 mg/100  g), while the highest beta-carotene content was also recorded at 45°C (78.69 mg/100  g). Appropriate selection of dehydrator temperature can help maintain quality and extend the shelf life of dried chili pepper

    Collaborative Learning in Higher Education: Bibliometrics Analysis

    The importance of collaborative learning in higher education cannot be overlooked, as it plays a crucial role in enhancing student engagement, academic achievement, and collaborative skills. Based on existing literature, collaborative learning has increasingly been recognized as an effective pedagogical approach in higher education contexts. This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to examine the development, structure, and research trends of collaborative learning in higher education over the period 2014–2023. The dataset was retrieved from the Scopus database and consists of peer-reviewed publications focusing on collaborative learning within higher education settings. The bibliometric analysis reveals several key findings, including a steady growth in publication output, with a significant increase observed after 2020 and the highest number of publications recorded in 2023. The results also indicate that research productivity is concentrated among a limited number of prolific authors and institutions, while the majority of authors contributed only a single publication. In addition, a small number of highly cited articles exert substantial influence on the field, particularly those published in high-impact educational technology journals. The dominance of Social Sciences and Computer Science as subject areas highlights the interdisciplinary nature of collaborative learning research, emphasizing both pedagogical and technological perspectives. Overall, this study provides a comprehensive overview of the scientific landscape of collaborative learning in higher education, maps its intellectual structure, and offers insights into future research directions in this field

    STRENGTHENING STUDENT RESEARCH LITERACY: RESEARCH METHODOLOGY TRAINING AT MAN INSAN CENDEKIA EAST LOMBOK

    Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi riset siswa MAN Insan Cendekia (IC) Lombok Timur melalui pelatihan metodologi penelitian. Rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap metodologi penelitian ilmiah menjadi latar belakang pentingnya kegiatan ini, terutama dalam mendukung program Kelompok Ilmiah Remaja (KIR) dan mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi kompetisi riset seperti Madrasah Young Researchers (MYRES). Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan pendampingan dengan evaluasi berbasis pretest-posttest menggunakan instrumen tes kognitif yang mengacu pada Taksonomi Bloom (C1-C4). Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 Oktober 2025 dengan melibatkan sekitar 110 siswa sebagai peserta. Hasil evaluasi posttest dari 72 responden menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor literasi metodologi penelitian siswa mencapai 64,11 dengan standar deviasi 24,33. Kategorisasi menunjukkan 22% siswa berada pada kategori Sangat Baik (≥85), 21% kategori Baik (75-84), 6% kategori Cukup (65-74), 18% kategori Kurang (55-64), dan 33% kategori Sangat Kurang (<55). Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam penguatan literasi riset siswa madrasah dan direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan dengan program pendampingan berkelanjutan.Abstract:  This community service activity aimed to enhance the research literacy of students at MAN Insan Cendekia (IC) East Lombok through research methodology training. The inadequate understanding of scientific research methodology among students served as the rationale for this initiative, particularly in supporting the Youth Scientific Group (Kelompok Ilmiah Remaja/KIR) program and preparing students for research competitions such as Madrasah Young Researchers (MYRES). The implementation method employed an interactive lecture approach, discussion, and mentoring with pretest-posttest evaluation using cognitive test instruments based on Bloom's Taxonomy (C1-C4). The activity was conducted on October 11, 2025, involving approximately 110 students as participants. The posttest evaluation results from 72 respondents indicated that the mean score for research methodology literacy reached 64.11 with a standard deviation of 24.33. The categorization revealed that 22% of students fell within the Excellent category (≥85), 21% in the Good category (75-84), 6% in the Fair category (65-74), 18% in the Poor category (55-64), and 33% in the Very Poor category (<55). This activity contributed positively to strengthening the research literacy of madrasah students and is recommended for continuation through sustainable mentoring programs

    Peranan Sungai Musi Dalam Pembangunan Ekonomi di Sumatera Selatan: Perspektif Sejarah dan Geografi

    Musi River has a strategic role in the regional economic development of South Sumatra since the Sriwijaya Kingdom until the modern era. In addition, the Musi River is the main transportation route in South Sumatra. The river also supports trade, distribution of goods, as well as the development of tourism and culture-based creative economy. This research aims to analyze the role of the Musi River from the perspective of history and geography in supporting the regional economy. This research uses a literature study method with a qualitative descriptive approach to examine various written sources related to the history, transportation, trade, and tourism of the Musi River. Data was collected from journal articles, books, and official photographs to obtain a comprehensive analysis. The results show that the Musi River contributes significantly to domestic and export trade, especially through the Boom Baru port. In addition, the potential for water tourism and cultural festivals supports the development of the creative economy. However, challenges such as sedimentation and infrastructure modernization still need to be addressed. Therefore, further research is needed to optimize the sustainable use of the Musi River for South Sumatra's economic growth

    Pelatihan professional English for educators untuk meningkatkan world-class teaching competences bagi guru SMPN 9 Payakumbuh

    AbstrakPerkembangan pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut guru memiliki kompetensi yang adaptif, termasuk penguasaan bahasa Inggris profesional untuk mengakses sumber belajar global dan mengadopsi inovasi pembelajaran internasional. Namun, guru di SMPN 9 Payakumbuh masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam menguasai bahasa Inggris pedagogik, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya pemanfaatan referensi global dan kurangnya adaptasi desain pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan generasi Z. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan world-class teaching competences guru melalui Pelatihan Professional English for Educators (PEE). Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25–26 Juli 2025 dengan 20 guru sebagai peserta pelatihan. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Pelatihan difokuskan pada dua aspek utama yaitu peningkatan kemampuan memahami teks akademik, menyusun instruksi pembelajaran dalam bahasa Inggris, serta pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) seperti Grammarly dan ChatGPT untuk mendukung pengembangan materi dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru dalam penggunaan bahasa Inggris profesional, kepercayaan diri dalam berkomunikasi di kelas, serta keterampilan memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mendukung pembelajaran. Meskipun masih terdapat kendala waktu praktik dan kelancaran berbicara, pelatihan ini telah memberikan fondasi awal yang kuat bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pengajaran berstandar global. Kegiatan ini disarankan untuk dilanjutkan melalui pendampingan berkelanjutan serta pengembangan komunitas belajar internal agar manfaatnya lebih luas dan berkesinambungan. Kata Kunci: AI; competence; educators; pembelajaran; professional english,. AbstractThe development of 21st-century education requires teachers to possess adaptive competencies, including professional English proficiency that enables them to access global learning resources and adopt international instructional innovations. However, teachers at SMPN 9 Payakumbuh still face limitations in mastering pedagogical English, which has resulted in the low utilization of global references and limited adaptation of instructional designs that align with the needs of Generation Z learners. This community service program aims to enhance teachers’ world-class teaching competences through the Professional English for Educators (PEE) Training. The program was implemented on 25–26 July 2025 and involved 20 teachers as participants. The implementation consisted of several stages, namely socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, and evaluation. The training focused on two main aspects: improving teachers’ ability to comprehend academic texts and develop instructional guidelines in English, as well as utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI)–based tools such as Grammarly and ChatGPT to support the development of teaching materials and learning assessments. The results indicate improvements in teachers’ understanding of professional English, confidence in classroom communication, and skills in using digital technologies to support teaching and learning. Although challenges remained—particularly limited practice time and fluency in speaking—the training provided a strong initial foundation for teachers to enhance their global-standard teaching competence. It is recommended that this program be continued through sustained mentoring and the establishment of internal learning communities to ensure broader and long-term benefits. Keywords: AI; competence; educators; learning; professional english

    Analisis Drug Related Problem (DRPs) Pada Pasien Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit X Kota Bandar Lampung

    Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) merupakan kondisi ketidakmampuan jantung untuk mempertahankan curah jantung yang cukup guna memenuhi kebutuhan oksigen dan metabolik jaringan meskipun aliran balik vena memadai. Drug Related Problems (DRPs) adalah kejadian atau keadaan yang melibatkan terapi obat yang dapat berpotensi mengganggu hasil kesehatan yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya kejadian DRPs pada pasien CHF dan mengidentifikasi persentase tertinggi kejadian DRPs pada pasien CHF di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit X Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif yaitu data diperoleh dari bulan Januari-Desember 2024. Lima puluh satu sampel dari penelitian ini diambil menggunakan purposive sampling. Pasien CHF pada penlitian ini sejumlah 51 pasien dengan 38 (74,51%) laki-laki dan 13 (25,49%) pasien perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kejadian DRPs pada pasien CHF cukup tinggi, yaitu sebesar 87,93%. Jenis kejadian dengan persentase tertinggi terdapat pada kategori pemilihan obat, sebanyak 165 kejadian (59,36%). Pada kategori efektivitas pengobatan ditemukan 54 (19,43%) kejadian, keamanan terapi 51 (18,35%), pemilihan obat 165 (59,36%), dan pemilihan dosis 8 (2,88%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat subkategori dengan presentase tertinggi penggunaan obat yang tidak sesuai dengan pedoman atau formularium dengan jumlah 50 (17,99%) kejadian

    Geostatistical Co-Kriging Approach for Estimating Total Coliform Bacteria in the Rivers of DKI Jakarta

    Spatial statistics and geostatistics are essential for analyzing spatially distributed data, particularly in environmental studies where data gaps are prevalent. However, limited studies have applied multivariate geostatistical approaches, particularly Co-Kriging (CK), to assess microbial contamination in tropical urban river systems, where pollution patterns are highly variable and data gaps are frequent. This study employs CK, a multivariate geostatistical interpolation technique, to estimate Total Coliform Bacteria concentrations in the rivers of DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. Total Coliform Bacteria served as the primary variable, with Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) incorporated as secondary variables. A total of 120 sampling points were analyzed, with data collected by Dinas Lingkungan Hidup DKI Jakarta during the second monitoring period in June 2022. Semivariogram modelling identified the Gaussian model as the best fit, yielding the lowest root mean square error (RMSE) of 11.468, which performed better than both the Spherical and Exponential models. Model performance was further evaluated through Leave-One-Out Cross-Validation (LOOCV), in which one data point was systematically removed and re-estimated in multiple iterations to calculate the residuals and assess model accuracy. The CK analysis was performed using RStudio software. CK predictions closely matched observed concentrations, demonstrating strong model performance. At unsampled locations, the estimated mean Total Coliform Bacteria concentration was 7.711 × 10⁶ MPN/100 ml with a standard deviation of 4.406 × 10⁶ MPN/100 ml. The high variance indicates substantial spatial heterogeneity, likely driven by data outliers, weak spatial autocorrelation in COD, and low correlations between Total Coliform–COD and BOD–COD pairs. These findings highlight the potential of geostatistical CK to provide reliable spatial predictions of microbial contamination in urban river systems, thereby supporting evidence-based water quality monitoring and management in densely populated regions. The insights generated in this study can help environmental authorities in DKI Jakarta optimize monitoring strategies, prioritize pollution hotspot interventions, and strengthen urban river health management to protect public health and guide sustainable urban water governance

    PENDAMPINGAN PENDIDIK TK ANUGERAH DALAM IMPLEMENTASI LABORATORIUM EDUKASI BERBASIS BKEARIFAN LOKAL MADURA

    Abstrak: Pendampingan pendidik TK Anugerah dalam implementasi laboratorium edukasi berkerarifan lokal Madura dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk upaya pengabdian untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Pendidik PAUD dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual, bermakna, berkualitas dan terintegrasi pada kearifan lokal Madura. Sesuai kondisi lapangan, pendidik di TK Anugerah masih cenderung menggunakan pembelajaran dengan model konvensional seperti teacher-centered learning (pembelajaran berpusat pada guru) dan masih kurangnya inovasi pendidik dalam pemanfaatkan kearifan lokal dalam implementasi pembelajaran. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini pendidik diberi pelatihan, arahan, dan contoh praktik langsung tentang bagaimana mengelola pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan laboratorium edukasi melalui pendekatan saintifik learning dan muatan materi potensi lokal Madura. Materi utama yang diberikan di laboratorium edukasi adalah pembuatan sabun dari ektrak daun siri dan sereh, handsanitazer dari daun pandan, dan aroma terapi dengan kombinasi kopi mimba. Dari pendampingan ini, pendidik mampu menyusun modul pembelajaran dengan materi inti pembuatan sabun, handsanitazer, dan aroma terapi. Kedua pendidik dapan menyusun kegiatan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik learning mulai dari mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, menalar dan mengkomunikasikan. Dampak kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi pendidik untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna, berkualitas menyenangkan, dan mendukung program dinas pendidikan Bangkalan dalam mewujudkan satu sekolah satu inovasi di PAUD Bangkalan.Abstract:. The mentoring program for educators at TK Anugerah in implementing a local wisdom based educational laboratory rooted in Madurese culture was conducted as a form of community service aimed at enhancing the competencies of early childhood educators in creating learning experiences that are more contextual, meaningful, high-quality, and integrated with Madurese local wisdom. Based on field conditions, educators at TK Anugerah still tend to apply conventional learning models such as teacher-centered learning, with limited innovation in utilizing local cultural potential in instructional practices. Through this community service activity, educators were provided with training, guidance, and hands-on practice on managing learning activities by utilizing an educational laboratory through a scientific learning approach and incorporating learning content derived from Madurese local resources. The main materials implemented in the educational laboratory included the production of soap made from betel leaf and lemongrass extracts, hand sanitizer derived from pandan leaves, and aromatherapy products using a combination of coffee and neem. As a result of this mentoring program, educators were able to develop learning modules with core materials focused on the production of soap, hand sanitizer, and aromatherapy. Both educators were also able to design learning activities using the scientific learning approach, encompassing stages of observing, questioning, collecting information, reasoning, and communicating. The impact of this program benefits educators in realizing learning that is more meaningful, high-quality, and enjoyable, while also supporting the Bangkalan Education Office program in achieving the “one school, one innovation” initiative for early childhood education institutions in Bangkalan

    Comparing MARS and Binary Logistic Regression to Modelling Hepatitis C Cases using the SMOTE Balancing Method

    Hepatitis is an inflammatory liver disease caused by viral infection and remains a major global public health concern, responsible for approximately 1.4 million deaths annually. Egypt is among the countries with the highest prevalence of Hepatitis C. To address this issue and support Goal 3 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this study applies a quantitative approach using secondary data to analyze factors influencing Hepatitis C infection in Egypt. Two statistical models Binary Logistic Regression and Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines (MARS) were compared, with the SMOTE method implemented to correct class imbalance. The dataset consisted of 608 patient observations, initially imbalanced at a ratio of 86.5:13.5, and were balanced to 52.6:47.4 after SMOTE application. The results revealed that the MARS model demonstrated superior predictive performance compared to binary logistic regression. All independent variables were found statistically significant (p < 0.05), except sex. Additionally, all odds ratios were less than 1, indicating a lower probability of Hepatitis C infection relative to non-infection. These findings highlight the relevance of statistical modeling and data-driven strategies in supporting preventive health measures.
