Full text linkDesa Ngadirojo Pacitan merupakan daerah yang sebagian penduduknya mempunyai kegiatansebagai seorang petani dan pemelihara hewan ternak seperti sapi maupun kambing. Berbicara kegiatanbeternak, dari kegiatan beternak tersebut maka setidaknya akan menghasilkan yang namanya sampahorganik. Adapun sampah organik yaitu(a) sampah yang mudah membusuk, salah satu contohnya adalahkotoran hewan ternak itu sendiri.Kotoran hewan merupakan limbah atau sampah yang seringkalimenjadi masalah lingkungan. Oleh karena itu solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebutadalah mengkonversi kotoran hewan tersebut untuk dijadikan pupuk. Berangkat dari hal tersebutmuncul program penyuluhan untuk penerapan teknik pembuatan pupuk organik dengan memanfaatkanlimbah/sampah organik. Tujuan pelaksanaan program tersebut adalah peningkatan keterampilandibidang 1) manajemen meliputi aspek penggunaan pupuk yang tepat, 2) teknologi meliputi teknikdalam pembuatan pupuk, dan teknik pengemasan pupuk. Metode yang digunakan adalah 1) penyuluhanatau penyampaian informasi, 2) pendampingan oleh pemateri untuk hasil yang maksimal Pelaksanaankegiatan ini selama sehari, dengan pemateri langsung oleh dosen UNTAG yaitu Bpk. Full text linkThe unpleasant smell of dung fly everywhere, dirt strewn everywhere be a factor for the emergence of social conflict surrounding of cow breeding. Biogas digester in the form of a closed tube can be used for cow dung that is no longer scattered and the scent is not pleasant been isolated. Not only that bio-gas produced can be used together with the communities around the farm, which in turn not only relieve social turmoil but rather strengthen the social fabric. Now they jointly maintain and care for the sake of expediency digester together. Bio-gas digester constructed is fixed dome models (fixed dome) with capacities of 10 m3 of manure. It means being able to accommodate dirt 10-15 cow. Analysis of Quality Defects in Plastic Seed Products Using Statistical Process Control (SPC) Method
No full textPlastic seed products are products made from recycled plastic materials such as raw materials for plastic bags and some screen printing plastics. UD. ABC is a company that produces PP (Polypropylene) plastic pellets. The existing problems include the discovery of instability in the production of plastic pellets which is in a negative direction for the company, namely there are product defects in plastic pellet products that exceed the standard defect tolerance limit of the company by 2%. Based on the Pareto diagram, it can show that the type of protrusion defect is 69.56% more dominant than the type of connecting defect, which is 30.44%. Based on the control chart based on the p-chart, it shows that some dates are outside the limits of the control chart, namely the sample lot number 3 (March) of 0.0352, 4 (April) 0.0273, 7 (July) 0, 0134, 8 (August) 0.271. The data that comes out of the control chart limits exceeds the upper control limit (BKA/UCL) of 0.02649 and the lower control limit (BKB/LCL) of 0.02395. So what must be done to repair the engine factor is to carry out periodic briefings on how the machine works starting from setting the temperature and changing the filter. Meanwhile, the human factors section, namely directing the replacement of machine filter workers with temperature operators so that workers do not get tired easily, conducting periodic supervision of each worker for the leader and providing guidance on knowledge about machine work systems, mixing raw materials and operating machine temperature controls regularly

M/M/S merupakan dua atau lebih jalur stasiun pelayanan yang tersedia untuk melayani customer yang datang, hal ini dapat diasumsikan yaitu pelanggan atau customer yang menunggu untuk dilayani akan membentuk suatu jalur pada stasiun pelayanan yang tersedia. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Full text linkHome Industry Achmad Rochman is a company engaged in the manufacture of skullcaps, in the production of skullcaps there are 3 types namely AC skullcaps, Standard skullcaps and stacking skullcaps, in the production process the company does not yet have a standard time as a reference for making skullcap products. The production process at Achmad Rochman is only based on targets so that workers must complete according to the company\u27s targets because they do not yet have a standard time reference for each skullcap and an order system within the company, namely Make to order and requests are always changing. The results of calculating the standard time using the working time measurement method with a stop clock yield a standard skull cap of 1099.33 seconds, an AC skullcap has a standard time of 1189.13 seconds and for stacking skullcaps a standard time of 1129.29 seconds. Optimizing the workforce using the Work load Analysis (WLA) method and producing a standard skull cap requires 20 workers, corporate stacking requires an optimal workforce of 20 workers and AC cap to meet demand requires an optimal workforce of 30 workers plus 2 workers in sewing operations sum

Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
