ABSTRAK
Notaris dalam menjalankan jabatannya wajib merahasiakan segala sesuatu mengenai Akta yang dibuatnya dan segala keterangan yang diperoleh guna pembuatan Akta sesuai dengan sumpah/janji jabatan, kecuali undang-undang menentukan lain”. Hal ini berarti bahwa seorang Notaris harus mampu memegang dan menjamin rahasia jabatan yang berkaitan erat dengan ketentuan dalam Pasal 54 UUJN Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 Jabatan Notaris “Notaris hanya dapat memberikan, memperlihatkan, atau memberitahukan isi Akta, Grosse Akta, Salinan Akta, atau Kutipan Akta, kepada orang yang berkepentingan langsung pada Akta, ahli waris, atau orang yang memperoleh hak, kecuali ditentukan lain oleh peraturan perundang- undangan.Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam tesis ini (1)pengaturan hak ingkar notaris dalamperkara nomor 1003K/PID/2015? (2)Bagaimana pertimbangan hakim sehubungan dengan hak ingkar notaris dalam putusan perkara nomor 1003K/PID/2015?(3)Bagaimana akibat hukum penggunaan hak ingkar notaris dalam perkara nomor 1003/K/PID/2015 ?Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian normatif, hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah(1) pengaturanpembatasan penggunaan hak ingkar Notaris memiliki kewajiban merahasiakan isi akta yang dibuatnya serta segala keterangan yang diberikan para penghadap sehingga Notaris wajib merahasiakannya. Namun apabila akta yang diperbuat Notaris memiliki indikasi tindak pidana maka Notaris harus melepaskan atau mengabaikan kewajiban menyimpan rahasia terkait isi akta dikarenakan demi kepentingan umum atau Negara serta membantu proses hukum, (2) pertimbangan hakim berdasarkan keterangan Ahli menerangkan bahwaapabila perubahan setelah penandatanganan akta tidak sah, dan hal ini dapatdituntut ganti rugi kepada Notaris. (3)akibat hukum dijatuhkan sanksi administrative kepada notaris dan tanggung jawab pidana karena Notaris terbukti melakukan pemalsuansurat autentik.

ABSTRACT
Notary in carrying out his office is obliged to keep everything about the deed he made and all information obtained for the making of the deed in accordance with the oath/promise of office, unless the law stipulates otherwise. This means that a Notary must be able to hold and guarantee a secret position that is closely related to the provisions in Article 54 UUJN Number 2 of 2014 Notary Position "Notaries can only provide, show, or notify the contents of the Deed, Grosse Deed, Copies of Deeds, or Deed Quotes. , to people who have a direct interest in the Deed, heirs, or people who have rights, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. The problems discussed in this thesis (1) How is the regulation on the use of notary rights in case number 1003K/PID/2015? (2) What is the judge's consideration in relation to the notary's right to deny in the case decision number 1003K/PID/2015? (3)What are the legal consequences? the use of a notary right of denial in case number 1003/K/PID/2015 ?The method used in this research is normative research, the research results obtained are (1) restrictions on the use of the right of denial Notary has the obligation to keep the contents of the deed he made and all information given by the appearers secret so that the Notary is obliged to keep it secret. However, if the deed made by the Notary has indications of a criminal act, the Notary must relinquish or ignore the obligation to keep secrets related to the contents of the deed because it is in the public interest or the State and assists the legal process, (2) the judge's consideration based on the expert's statement explains that if the change after signing the deed is invalid , and this can be sued for compensation to the Notary. (3)because of law administrative sanctions are imposed on the notary and criminal responsibility because the notary is proven to have falsified an authentic letter.

AKUMULASI KROMIUM (Cr) DALAM DAUN PADA TIGA VARIETAS KACANG HIJAU (Vigna radiata (L.) Wilczek)
Get PDFTelah dilakukan penelitian tentang akumulasi kromium (Cr) dalam daun pada tiga varietas kacang hijau (Vigna radiata (L.) Wilczek). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui akumulasi Cr dalam semua daun kacang hijau yang berumur 30 hari perlakuan. Parameter yang diukur yaitu berat kering, kadar kromium, dan akumulasi kromium dalam daun. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara menanam kacang hijau pada media tanam yang disiram menggunakan larutan Cr dengan konsentrasi 0 ppm (kontrol), 26,4 ppm, 40 ppm, 80 ppm, 120 ppm, dan 160 ppm. Perlakuan dilakukan selama 30 hari setelah perkecambahan (±15 hari). Kadar dan akumulasi Cr dalam daun berbanding lurus dengan naiknya konsentrasi kromium yang diberikan. Akumulasi Cr terkecil dalam daun varietas Walet (105,649±52,2 mg/kg), Kenari (0,144±0,13 mg/kg), dan Bhakti (2,250±0,61 mg/kg) terdapat pada pemberian konsentrasi Cr 26,4 ppm, sedangkan akumulasi Cr terbesar dalam daun varietas Walet (1700,375±156,17 mg/kg), Kenari (26,524±10,45 mg/kg), dan Bhakti (9,825±0,30 mg/kg) terdapat pada konsentrasi Cr 160 ppm. Selama perlakuan, tanaman kacang hijau memperlihatkan gejala fitotoksik akibat pemaparan kromium dan rata-rata berat kering daun pada semua varietas kacang hijau berbanding terbalik dengan meningkatnya konsentrasi kromium yang digunakan
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
