    PELUANG KONSERVASI ENERGI DI FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNISMA BEKASI

    Konservasi energi dapat diciptakan dari berbagai penggunaan energi yang ada di fakultas teknik Unisma Bekasi. Data survei pemakaian energi yang diperoleh dari fakultas teknik adalah sebagai berikut: 48,23 % beban AC (Pendingin), 5,99 % untuk beban penerangan, 40,43% beban komputer, printer , scanner dan 5.36 % beban elektronika. Beberapa indikasi-indikasi adanya peluang konservasi energi di fakultas teknik Unisma Bekasi meliputi pemakaian AC dan penggunaan ballast konvensional. Total peluang konservasi energi untuk AC 36.000 watt atau 89,93% dan untuk pemakaian ballast konvensional sebesar 4.032 watt atau 10,07%. Sebagian besar peluang konservasi energi dari pesawat AC diperoleh dari AC dengan kapasitas 1 PK dengan jumlah 26 buah dan 2 PK 11 buah. Untuk ballast konvensional sebanyak 112 buah dengan spesifikasi untuk pemakaian lampu TL 36 watt. Dari indikasi peluang konservasi energi diatas diperoleh penghematan 1.967,08 kWh/empat bulan untuk penggunaan AC dan 2.355,54 kWh/4 bulan untuk penggantian ballast.     Penelitian ini mengukur intensitas konsumsi energi bangunan kampus ISTN Jakarta dan mencari solusi sebagai upaya konservasi energi.Diusulkan dua alternetif konservasi energi pada pemakaian air conditioning (AC) dan penerangan. Pada upaya konservasi energi pemakaian AC dapat menghemat pemakaian energi sebesar 36.747,46 kWh/tahun. Sedangkan pada penerangan konservasi dilakukan dengan penggantian ballast, pengurangan jam operasi dan penggantian lampu dengan lampu CFL dapat menghemat energi sebesar 145.572,90 kWh/tahun. lika keempat rekomendasi diimplementasikan dapat menurunkan besaran target intensitas konsumsi energi(IKE) doll 385,465 kWh/m2/tahun menjadi 271,539 kWh/m2/tahun atau turun 29,56 %

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    Rancang bangun antenna mikrostrip untuk aplikasi 5G dikembangkan untuk mendukung komunikasi data pada perangkat komunikasi wireless. Antena dirancang agar mampu beroperasi pada range frekuensi3 – 10 GHz. Pada penelitian ini penulis merancang suatu antenna mikrostrip patch slot. Konfigurasi dari sebuah rancangan antenna pada penelitian ini dengan cara teknik coupling proximity menggunakan dua lapisan substrat dari FR4 dengan ketebalan 0.16 cm dan konstanta dielektrik 2.2. Dimana lapisan substrat bagian atas untuk patch slot dan substrat bawah untuk catu saluran transmisi. Menggunakan teknik pencatuan yang mampu membuat matching impedance yang optimal.Untuk perancangan antenna mikrostrip dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua metode yaitu simulasi dan pengukuran. Metode simulasi merupakan aplikasi dari perancangan dan metode dengan aplikasi perangkat lunak HFSS versi 13.Dari hasil simulasi diperoleh parameter antenna seperti bandwidthdari return loss dibawah -10 dB diperoleh single band return loss, dan untuk VSWR 1 sampai 2 diperoleh hasil simulasi terendah adalah 1.1 dicapai pada frekuensi 9,8 GHz. Polaradiasi yang dihasilkan yaitu lobe. Dari hasil pengukuran diperoleh nilai –nilai pada grafik return loss dengan bandwidth operasi (return loss < -10 dB) yaitu band dengan karakteristik millimeter wave (> 1 GHz) pada band operasi 3,5 – 9.6 GHz (6.1 GHz). The antenna is designed to operate at a frequency range of 3 - 10 GHz. In this study the authors designed a microstrip patch slot antenna. Configuration of an antenna design in this study by means of coupling proximity technique using two substrate layer of FR4 with thickness 0.16 cm and dielectric constant 2.2. Where is the upper substrate layer to patch the slot and substrate down to the transmission linefeed. Using the technique of unification that can make optimal matching impedance. For design of microstripantenna is done by using two method that is simulation and measurement. The simulation method is an application of design and method with HFSS software version 13 application. From the simulation result obtained antenna parameters such as bandwidth of return loss below -10 dB obtained single band return loss, and for VSWR 1 to 2 obtained the lowest simulation result is 1.1 achieved at a frequency of 9.8 GHz. The resulting polarization is lobe. From the measurement results obtained values on the return loss graph with operating bandwidth (return loss <-10 dB) is a band with the characteristics of millimeters wave (> 1 GHz) on the band operating from 3.5 to 9.6 GHz (6.1 GHz).     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Pengontrol ini berupa serangkaian katup disertai piranti tambahan yang diharuskan mampu menjaga tekanan supplay gas dari Pertamina dalam batas yang diharapkan yaitu 25kg/cm2. .Jenis controller yang tersedia dipasaran kebanyakan bertype Proportional Integrator & Diagram (PID). Namun perkembangan saat ini muncul controller yang menggunakan neuro Fuzzy (ANFIS). Perancangan dilakukan dengan pengendali neuro-fuzzy,yang menggabungkan kemampuan belajar Neural Network dengan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan pada neuro-fuzzy. Dari hasil simulasi dengan Simulink pada Matlab versi7.7 didapat kinerja Neuro fuzzy menunjukkan settling time pada detik ke 8, respon sistem dijaga pada keluaran sekitar 25 kg/cm2 atau sesuai dengan nilai setpoint yang dikendalikan dan tidak terjadi overshoot. Pada uji noise/gangguan pengendali neuro-fuzzy menunjukkan performansi yang lebih baik dengan waktu penetan 17 detik .Dari segi safety, pengendali Neuro Fuzzy bisa dikatakan lebih aman, karena tingkat toleransi error yang lebih kecil bila dibandingkan dengan pengendali PID. Penelitian yang akan datang diharapkan membandingkan PID dengan Neuro dari segi ekonomis dengan cara merakitnya dalam bentuk komponen riil
