Factors influencing strength and setting time of fly ash based-geopolymer paste
In general, fly ash is often used as a binder in geopolymer mixture. In this paper, seven samples of fly ash were collected from five Indonesian power plants. The variation of fly ash may depend upon many factors. However, there is no standardization of fly ash used for geopolymer binder. This experiment was conducted to study and categorize fly ashes both by assessing their physical and chemical characters. All fly ashes were activated with alkali activator to prepare geopolymer paste. Ratio of fly ash to the alkali activator was kept constant at 65 : 35. Compression test was conducted at three, seven, 14, 21, 28, and 56 days to identify the strength development of each sample. The result revealed that the content of CaO in fly ash affected the setting time and early strength development. In three days paste with CaO content more than 20% gain 54% of its 28-day strength. It is caused by both hydration and polymerization reactions. A range of Si to Al ratio contributed to the strength

Analysis of Information and Communication Sector Performance During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Central Java: University in Surakarta
Penyebaran wabah virus Covid-19 di Indonesia membawa risiko yang buruk bagi perekonomian negara termasuk ekonomi regional Jawa Tengah khususnya pada sektor informasi dan komunikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kinerja sektor informasi dan komunikasi selama pandemi Covid-19 di Jawa Tengah periode triwulan 1 tahun 2020 sampai dengan triwulan 2 tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis input-output. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa sektor informasi dan komunikasi selama pandemi tidak mengalami gejolak negatif terhadap perekonomian Jawa Tengah. Akan tetapi terdapat dampak negatif pada penurunan nilai perubahan pendapatan rumah tangga di sektor informasi dan komunikasi.The spread of Covid-19 virus outbreak in Indonesia brings bad risks to the country\u27s economy, including the regional economy, especially in the information and communication sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the information and communication sector during the Covid-19 pandemic in Central Java for the period of the first quarter of 2020 to the second quarter of 2021. The method used in this study is input output analysis. The type of data used in this research is secondary data and the data collection technique used is library technique. The results of the study explain that the information and communication sector during the pandemic did not experience negative fluctuations in the economy of Central Java. However, there is a negative impact on the decline in the value of changes in household income in the information and communication sector

Organizing medical records is one way to achieve administrative order to achieve the quality of a hospital's assessment. The results of interviews conducted by the author with informants are that the Madani RSU already has regulations on the use of diagnosis/action codes, symbols, abbreviations and their meanings inoutpatients in the form of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and manuals, but socialization has not been carried out in its entirety because there are still staff. health services who do not understand the rules for the use of diagnostic/action codes, symbols, abbreviations and their meanings. The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of the implementation of the MIRM 12 diagnostic code in outpatients in fulfilling the SNARS edition 1.1 quarter 1. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study were 4 medical record officers. The sampling technique used in this study waspurposive sampling, interviews and observation sheets. It is hoped that Madani General Hospital will carry out socialization as a whole so that it can carry out the rules for using symbols, abbreviations and meanings in outpatient care properly and conduct evaluations by involving all health care workers
Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Semen Tiga Roda
A B S T R A C TThe realization of cement procurement in Indonesia in the fourth quarter of 2020 decreased. This is in line with the declining domestic cement sales. However, three-wheel cement topped the first position in the top Brand index, this proves the strong position of the three-wheeled cement Brand in the community. This achievement certainly occurred because of the trust given by the community to Semen Tiga Roda in terms of quality dan service to the needs of the community. This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the effect of Product Quality (X) on Customer Loyalty (Y) for the three-wheel cement Brand. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative research methods dan verification through validity test, reliability test, normality test,multicollinearity test, simple regression test dan partial test (T test). This research was conducted by collecting primary data in the form of questionnaires from 100 respondents dan secondary data in the form of three-wheel cement annual reports, previous research journals, books, dan data obtained from the official website. Based on the data from the results of the tests conducted by the author through the partial regression test (T test) it shows that Product Quality (X) has a positive dan significant effect on the Customer Loyalty variable (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05.
A B S T R A KRealisasi pengadaan semen di Indonesia pada triwulan IV tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan. Hal ini seiring dengan penjualan domestic semen yang menurun. Namun, semen tiga roda memuncaki posisi pertama pada top Brand index, hal ini membuktikan kuatnya posisi Brand Semen Tiga Roda di tengah masyarakat. Prestasi ini tentu terjadi karena adanya kepercayaan yang diberikan masyarakat terhadap Semen Tiga Roda dari segi kualitas maupun pelayanannya terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Kualitas Produk (X) terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) Brand semen tiga roda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan verifikatif melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji regresi sederhana dan uji parsial (uji T). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data primer berupa hasil kuesioner dari 100 responden dan data sekunder berupa dari laporan tahunan semen tiga roda, jurnal penelitian terdahulu, buku, serta data yang didapatkan dari website resmi. Berdasarkan data dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan penulis melalui uji regresi parsial (Uji T) menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk (X) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas pelanggan (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05
PELAKSANAAN POS UPAYA KESEHATAN KERJA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PAAL MERAH I KOTA JAMBI
ABSTRACTBackground: The world organization, the International Labor Organization (ILO), says that 2.78 million workersdie every year due to work accidents and work-related diseases. In Indonesia, the number of cases of work-relateddiseases has increased. Given the high risk of occupational health and safety for workers and the mandate in thelaw to implement occupational health in the workplace, it is necessary to implement occupational health efforts inthe work area of the Puskesmas. One of the forms of work health efforts at the puskesmas is the establishment ofthe Occupational Health Efforts Post (UKK Post). In practice, the roles of cadres and program holders from thePuskesmas have not run properly. Based on data on the Performance Achievement of the 1st Quarter of the PaalMerah 1 Health Center in 2023 related to the low number of sick workers served by 18.26%.Method: The data collected by the author is to provide information regarding the description of the implementationof the UKK Post, which consists of two types, namely Primary Data and Secondary Data.Result and Conclusion The benefit of implementing the UKK Post for Respondents is that workers in theineffective category have the greatest frequency of 32 people with a percentage of 77.5%.Keywords: worker, occupational health post, Health Center, JambiABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Organisasi dunia International Labour Organization (ILO) manyampaikan bahwa 2,78 juta pekerjameninggal setiap tahun karena kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja.Di Indonesia jumlah kasus penyakitakibat kerja mengalami peningkatan. Bentuk upaya kesehatan kerjapuskesmas salah satunya dibentuknya Pos Upaya Kesehatan Kerja (Pos UKK). Pada pelaksanaannya, perankader maupun pemegang program dari Puskesmas belum berjalan semestinya. Berdasarkan data PencapaianKinerja Puskesmas Triwulan 1 Puskesmas Paal Merah 1 Tahun 2023 terkait rendahnya angka pekerja sakit yangdilayani sebesar 18,26%.Metode: Data yang dikumpulkan penulis untuk memberikan informasi mengenai gambaran pelaksanaan Pos UKK,yang terdiri dari dua jenis, yaitu Data Primer dan Data Sekunder. Peran Pemerintah Indonesia pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 (2019-2021) terhadap Sektor Produk Perusahaan Jasa
Pada akhir tahun 2019 dan awal tahun 2020 terjadi pandemi global yaitu wabah Covid-19 yang berasal dari China, dan untuk mencegah penyebarannya, Negara China melakukan pembatasan pada kegiatan ekspor dan impor ini termasuk ke Indonesia. Fasilitas kepabeanan merupakan suatu sarana yang di fasilitasi oleh pemerintah untuk mengurus kepentingan aktivitas ekspor dan impor yang berkontribusi dengan menyumbang keuntungan bagi ekonomi negara. Jika pemerintah meningkatkan pengeluaran maka jumlah uang yang beredar di masyarakat akan meningkat yang pada gilirannya akan mendorong masyarakat untuk melakukan aktivitas belanja dan dapat memberikan peningkatan pada permintaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengkajian studi kasus dengan mengambil pendekatan kualitatif. Selain itu, penulis juga menggunakan teori keynesian untuk melakukan pemahaman lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh kebijakan pemerintah terhadap aktivitas jasa di Indonesia khususnya kegiatan pekenomian ekspor dan impor pada perusahaan di sektor jasa di Indonesia. Secara umum kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah telah merujuk kepada literasi maupun referensi yang saat ini ada. Kombinasi antara kondisi pandemi yang relatif terkendali, tren pemulihan ekonomi global yang terus berlanjut, dan stimulus fiskal mendorong akselerasi pertumbuhan ekonomi selama Triwulan 4 tahun 2021.
