No full textPengajaran apresiasi bahasa dan sastra Indonesia khususnya novel masih banyak menimbulkan kesulitan terutama para guru, karena apresiasi bahasa dan sastra Indonesia khususnya menganalisis novel merupakan hal baru dan alokasi waktu yang disediakan kurang, pengadaan buku-buku novel yang sedikit-sekali, sedang siswa sendiri jika diminta untuk membaca buku-buku novel kurang berminat, umumnya para siswa kalupun berminat membaca hanyalah memilih novel-novel hiburan belaka saja.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) penulis ingin mengetahui lebih jelas tentang struktur dalam ‘Impian Nyoman Sulastri dan Hanibal” karya Gerson Poyk. (2) Penulis ingin mengetahui lebih jelas nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terdapat pada novel “Impian Nyoman Sulastri dan Hanibal” karya Gerson Poyk.
Metode yang dipergunakan agar berhasil mencapai tujuan adalah metode deskriptip. Metode penelitian deskriptip adalah metode penelitian yang berupaya memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada masa sekarang dengan jalan mengumpulkan data, menyusun atau mengklasifikasi kannya, menganalisis data, dan menginterpretasikannya.
Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian skripsi ini dapat dilakukan sewaktu-waktu, meskipun penelitian ini dilakukan sewaktu-waktu, tetapi tentu saja sesuai dengan jadwal pembuatan skripsi yaitu bulan April sampai bulan Desember.

Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian dalam novel “Impian Nyoman Sulastri dan Hanibal” karya Gerson poyk adalah sebagai berikut : (1) tema, tema yang terdapat dalam novel“Impian Nyoman Sulastri dan Hanibal” adalah ketabahan dalam menghadapi kehidupan. (2) Alur, alur yang dipergunakan dalam novel “Impian Nyoman Sulastri dan Hanibal” adalah alur flash back atau alur inkonvensional. (3) Penokohan atau perwatakan, penokohan atau perwatakan yang digunakan pengarang adalah menggunakan metode dramatic atau the direck or dramatic method. (4) latar atau setting latar atau setting yang di ciptakan oleh pengarang adalah setting yang bersifat fisikal dan setting yang bersifat psikologis. (5) sudut pandang yang dipakai pengarang dalam novel “Impian Nyoman Sulastri dan Hanibal”adalah sudut pandang author ominiscient dan authorparticipant. PANGGABEAN.
The coconut milk extractor that had been designed previously was not
effective in its process, so the author suspected that the performance of the
machine will be better if pulley with right diameters were used. The research’s
purpose was to examine the effect of various pulley diameter on the effective
capacity, yield, and the percentage of left material of the coconut milk extractor.
This research was conducted in March 2017 to July 2017 in the Laboratory of
Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra,
using factorial randomized block design with one factor (R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5).
The parameters observed were effective capacity, yield and the percentage of left
material on The coconut milk extractor. From Duncan Multiple Range Tests it
was found that the pulley diameter had highly significant effect on the effective
capacity and had significant effect on percentage of material left behind and had
no effect on yield.
The result showed that the highest effective capacity was 34,75 kg/hour
at R5, the highest yield with treatment R5 was 77,75, and the percentage of

Recently, Peer-To-peer (P2P) lending credit scoring systems have gained more attention for advancing society; however, the role of governments in ensuring fair access to such a system is not known. This work aims to understand better the public values for trustworthy P2P lending systems. Public values should provide the basis to which a P2P lending system should adhere. Credit scoring in P2P lending is not merely about the technology in creating a profitable system for all participants. Several public values are of relevance. The Validity of Power of Attorney Burdens the Rights of Liability in the Auction of Dependants' Rights
No full textRight of Liability is a security right imposed on land rights as referred to in the Basic Agrarian Law. An authentic deed is an act done in the form required by law. One of these authentic deeds is the Power of Attorney to Impose Dependent Rights (SKMHT), if there is a forgery related to SKMHT in the dependent rights auction process that can cause the cancellation of the dependent rights auction, it needs to be questioned how strong SKMHT is before the law. This type of research is normative juridical research with the theory of legal certainty. Making SKMHT carried out by notaries is required to comply and obey legal provisions which are bound by making authentic deeds as stated and regulated in the Law on Rights of Dependents. The making of SKMHT is bound to certain requirements and forms that have been stipulated in laws and regulations. If certain requirements and forms are not fulfilled, then in accordance with the Explanation to Article 15 paragraph (1) of Law 4/1996, such a "power of attorney" is "null and void". In the case of the auction process, the execution of dependent rights must be complete, both materially and formally, to be able to carry out the auction execution process. No full textThis research examines the gender inequality experienced by Gloria in Mekar Karena Memar\u27s novel by Alex L. Tobing from Gerard Genette\u27s narratology theory. The author is interested in studying gender inequality because, in this novel, the main character named Gloria is fighting against the gender inequality that she experiences. This makes this issue attractive to the author because women generally only received improper treatment without daring to do anything in those days. The author of the novel uses the pure narrative method, where the pure author acts like someone who is outside the novel and does not participate in the role of a character from the novel. In this study, the authors used a qualitative study method. The author collects data through literature study (documentation) and performs analysis using the Genette theory which consists of five parts: order, duration, frequency, mood, and voice. After analyzing, the writer found that the author had described the gender inequality experienced by a character named Gloria in the novel, as well as the actions Gloria had taken to overcome the gender inequality she experienced
Implementation of XBRL Based Reporting System: Developing a framework for the process of XBRL adoption and implementation by using the case study in the Netherlands and in Indonesia
No full textNumerous studies on XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) have been conducted in the past two decades. However, the research on the dynamic issues during XBRL adoption and implementation stages are still left unaddressed. The aim of this study is to develop a framework of factors that influence the process of XBRL adoption and implementation by conducting case studies in Indonesia and in the Netherlands. The Netherlands' effort to implement XBRL based reporting system has been recognized as one of the first nation-wide implementation and has been awarded as the European best practice. On the other hand, XBRL implementations in Indonesia are conducted independently by different institutions to address reporting issues in their respective authorities. This study adopts the Technical, Organizational, and Environmental (TOE) model of IT adoption to classify the factors influencing XBRL adoption and implementation. The framework developed in this research is beneficial for further XBRL study as part of the socio-technical aspects of inter-organizational system implementation; it also can be used by XBRL practitioners as a guideline in designing XBRL implementation approach.
