Karolus Geleuk Sengadji, M.M. Untuk mendukung kelancaran transportasi angkutan laut dalam pelayanan kapal maupun terminal, maka dalam penulisan skripsi ini menguraikan tentang bagaimana, “Penerapan Port Operation Command Center (POCC) di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) III Semarang Terhadap Pelayanan Jasa Pelayaran”, dalam aktivitas kepelabuhanan di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) III Semarang pelayanan jasa yang maksimal akan sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan arus kegiatan yang terjadi di pelabuhan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran POCC sebagai penyedia layanan jasa berbasis internet yang mumpuni, mengetahui kendala yang dijumpai dalam pelayanan kepelabuhanan dan mengetahui upaya dalam mengatasi kendala pelayanan yang dijumpai POCC di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) III Semarang. Penulisan ini berlandaskan teori dan kenyataan dilapangan yang menjelaskan tentang judul yang diangkat berkaitan dengan pelayanan jasa sesui tugas pokok dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur tentang pelayanan jasa khususnya di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) III Semarang. Disertai pula kerangka berpikir yang mendasari penulisan skripsi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis di dalam menyampaikan masalah adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggambarkan dan menguraikan objek yang diteliti. Berdasarkan cara memperolehnya, data yang diperoleh selama penelitian sebagai pendukung tersusunya penulisan skripsi ini adalah menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Dari penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa pelayanan jasa dengan sistem POCC di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) III Semarang: 1) Pelaksanaan pelayanan jasa oleh POCC dengan menyediakan layanan kepada 2 kategori pemangku kepentingan, yaitu Eksternal a) Agen Pelayaran dan Cargo Owner. b) Terminal Untuk Kepentingan Sendiri (TUKS). c) Perusahaan Trucking. d) Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan. Internal a) Pelindo Marine Service. b) Terminal Pelindo III. 2) Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi POCC. 4) Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan jasa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini simpulan pada pelayanan jasa, yaitu: a) Pelaksanaan pelayanan jasa sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna jasa. b) Kendala-kendala yang terjadi secara umum dilakukan oleh pengguna jasa dan kerusakan unit tunda. c) dari kendala tersebut dapat diatasi dengan pelayanan yang maksimal perbaikan unit tunda untuk keperluan pelayanan. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) III Semarang For Shipping Services ", for maximum port activities and services at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) III Semarang will greatly affect the development of activities at the port. This aims to determine the role of POCC as a qualified internet-based service provider, know the obstacles to be encountered in port services and find out the efforts in overcoming service obstacles which will be encountered by POCC in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) III Semarang. This writing is based on theories and reality that explain the title that is raised relating to the services according to the main tasks and legislation governing services especially in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) III Semarang. It’s also accompanied by a framework of thinking that underlies the thesis writing. The research method which is used by the author in presenting the problem is descriptive qualitative to describe the following object. Based on how to obtain it, the data is obtained during the study and help the making of the thesis writing by using primary and secondary data. From the research, it was found out that service with POCC system in PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) III Semarang: 1) Implementation of services by POCC provides services divided into 2 categories of stakeholders, which are external: a) Shipping Agents and Cargo Owners. b) Private interest terminal. c) Trucking Company. d) Port and Harbor Master Authority, and internal a) Pelindo Marine Service. b) Pelindo III Terminal. 2) Constraints that’s faced by POCC. 3) The efforts to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of the services. Based on the results of this study conclusions on services, which are: a) The implementation of the services in accordance with the needs of the customers. b) Common constraints that’s happened are carried out by the customers and the damage of delay units. c) From these obstacles can be overcome by providing maximum service to repair the unit delay for services needs

    59 HalamanPerumusan masaluh dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kualitas kerja karyawan pada PT.Tumbaknas Niaga Sakti. Peneliti melakukan beberapa prosedur untuk mcnganalisis dan pembuktian hipotcsis. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan untuk melihat hubungan kompensasi terhadap kualitas kerja karyawan pada PT.Tumbaknas Niaga Sakti Medan adalah model korelasi. Penganalisaan data agar lebih terarah, pencliti menggunakan software Pcngolahan data statisk yang umum digunakan dalam penelitian, yaitu program SPSS Statistical Product And Service Solution) versi 12.0 dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji -- t (.signifikansi) dan koefisien determinan (r2). Hasil analisis data yang dilakukan dengan program SPSS versi 12.0, diketahui bahwa nilai (Thitung = 2,33 > Ttabel = 1,68) terhadap kualitas kerja pada a = 5%, oleh karena harga Thitung lebih besar dari harga Ttabel maka hipotesis Nol (Ho) yang diajukan ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya, variabel bebas yang berupa Kompensasi mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas Kerja pada PT.Tumbaknas Niaga Sakti Medan. Melalui identifikasi determinan (r2) variabel independent yaitu kompensasi mampu menjelaskan terhadap variabel kualitas kerja karyawan pada PT.Tumbaknas Niaga Sakti Medan sebesar 10,8% dan sisanya sebesar 89,2% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a relationship positive and significant relationship between compensation on the quality of employee work at PT. Tumbaknas Niaga Sakti. Researchers perform several procedures for analyzing and proving the hypothesis. The analytical method used to see the relationship of compensation to the quality of work of employees at PT.Tumbaknas Niaga Sakti Medan is a correlation model. Data analysis to be more focused, researchers use software Statistical data processing that is commonly used in research, namely programs SPSS Statistical Product And Service Solution) version 12.0 and testing the hypothesis is done by using the test -- t (.significance) and coefficients determinant (r2). The results of data analysis carried out with the SPSS version 12.0 program, it is known that the value (Tcount = 2.33 > Ttable = 1.68) on the quality of work on a = 5%, because the price of Tcount is greater than the price of Ttable, the null hypothesis (Ho) submitted was rejected and Ha was accepted. That is, the independent variable in the form Compensation has a positive and significant relationship to quality Work at PT. Tumbaknas Niaga Sakti Medan. Through the identification of the determinants (r2) of the independent variables namely compensation is able to explain the variable quality of employee work on PT.Tumbaknas Niaga Sakti Medan by 10.8% and the remaining 89.2% explained by other factors not included in this study

    FLASH Technology: Full-Scale Hospital Waste Water Treatments Adopted in Aceh

    A Hospital waste water contains a complex mixture of hazardous chemicals and harmful microbes, which can pose a threat to the environment and public health. Some efforts have been carried out in Nangroe Aceh Darussalam (Aceh), Indonesia with the objective of treating hospital waste water effluents on-site before its discharge. Flash technology uses physical and biological pre-treatment, followed by advanced oxidation process based on catalytic ozonation and followed by GAC and PAC filtration. Flash Full-Scale Hospital waste water Treatments in Aceh from different district have been adopted and investigated. Referring to the removal efficiency of macro-pollutants, the collected data demonstrate good removal efficiency of macro-pollutants using Flash technologies. In general, Flash technologies could be considered a solution to the problem of managing hospital waste water.</jats:p

This is due to optimal results in many ways, several indicators that can be given as a benchmark for the results of the ability of the cylinder gas product are indeed higher than conventional products such as fuel oil, including: the ability to burn faster, save time, be economical and clean. for the environment. For this reason, PT. Trihatras Nusantara Medan tries its best so that these products can be marketed and in demand by consumers. In this case the company makes plans in the marketing sector. Smooth distribution in the marketing sector requires the right way of distributing products so that products can be delivered in the hands of consumers easily. In marketing these products, companies use short or direct distribution. Seeing the importance of this distribution, the author only focuses on the writing of this thesis in the distribution sector, because the distribution is the distributor in the company. Errors in distribution can result in not getting the product to the hands of consumers in the right amount and time, resulting in huge losses for the company. Pemakaian gas tabung pada perusahaan kecil dan masyarakat umum sebagai bahan bakar industri dan untuk memasak dan terus meningkat permintaannya di sumatera utara khususnya daerah perkotaan, dewasa ini menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat penting. Hal ini dikarenakan hasil yang optimal dalam banyak hal, beberapa indikator yang bisa diberikan sebagai patokan hasil kemampuan dari produk gas tabung tersebut memang lebih tinggi dari pada produk konvensional seperti bahan bakar minyak, antara lain : kemampuan membakar lebih cepat, hemat waktu, ekonomis dan bersih untuk Iingkungan. Untuk itu PT. Trihatras Nusantara Medan berusaha semaksimal mungkin agar produk tersebut dapat dipasarkan dan diminati oleh konsumen. Dalam hal ini perusahaan membuat perencanaan dibidang pemasaran. Kelancaran distribusi dibidang pemasaran memerlukan cara yang benar dalam penyaluran produk agar produk dapat disampaikan ketangan konsumen dengan mudah. Dalam memasarkan produk tersebut, perusahaan memakai distribusi pendek atau langsung. Melihat begitu pentingnya distribusi ini maka penulis hanya menitik beratkan penulisan skripsi ini pada bidang distribusi, karena distribusi yang merupakan penyalur dalam perusahaan.     Money and It’s Function According to Al-Ghazali’s and Ibn Khaldun’s Thought (Comparative Study)

    This research is motivated by problems that arise around us, even in the world in general. The author has the hypothesis that the function of money was not in line when money was first created, which causes money to have shifted from its original function. This paper aims to describe and reconstruct the thoughts of Al-Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun about money and its functions. The method used in this research is qualitative by using literary review and comparative studies are taken from several books, journals, and some relevant reading sources. The results of this study state that money according to them is of no intrinsic value, cannot be traded, and only as a medium of exchange. The function of money according to them is to be a unit of calculation and a medium of exchange for non-commodity activities and others as they already have in dinars and dirhams. So in Islam, the activity of hoarding money and misusing the function of money is not justified and is contrary to the main function of money itself. While there are some differences between the two of them, such as Al-Ghazali permitting the use of paper money without any guarantee of gold or silver provided the government states that paper money is an official payment instrument, the government must maintain its value and ensure there is no money trading. While Ibn Khaldun permits the use of paper money on the condition that there are gold reserves or collateral in the bank
