This study analyzes The Cooperation of Fight Against Terrorism of Indonesia and Asia Pacific Nations. The author also analyzes the factors of the international cooperation and the form and implementation of The Cooperation of Fight Against Terrorism of Indonesia and Asia Pacific Nations. This research employs the descriptive analyzes method, library research system to collect the books, script, articles, interviews another documents and other supportive documents before been analyzed. The data source is classified to the primary data and secondary data. The conclusions obtained after the research are First, factor behind the cooperation in the Megawati era with the Asia Pacific countries to fight against the terrorism is the dynamic of the foreign-politic and domestic-politic of Megawati. Second, the cooperation results a bilateral and multilateral cooperation. Third, the implementation of the bilateral cooperation has resulted the Detasemen Khusus 88, as the cooperation between POLRI and AFP (Australia Federal Police), the JCLEC. The multilateral cooperation has resulted the CTTF and CTAP under the monitor of APEC and of course some succeed in diminishing the terrorism. The non-block-and-active foreign politic of Megawati is aimed to have a closer relationship and to stimulate the national-welfare-orientation international cooperation

ABSTRACT Megawati Amang, 2023, "The Use of TikTok Application as a Learning Medium to Improve the Speaking Skills of the Eleventh-Grade Students of MAN PALOPO." A Thesis of the English Department of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty for the State Islamic Institut (IAIN) Palopo. Supervised by consultant (I) Dr. Rustan S., M. HUM., and Consultant (II) St. Hartina, S. Pd., M.Pd. This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of the TikTok Application in improving students' speaking skills in the eleventh grade of MAN Palopo. A pre- experimental study was used in this research. This research applied one group's pre- test and post-test design. The population of this study consisted of 240 students in eight classes for the eleventh grade of MAN Palopo. The sample consisted of 24 students and was taken using a random sampling technique. In contrast, the research instrument used was a speaking test. The data were analyzed using a Paired Sample T-test and calculated using SPSS 22. The data were analyzed by calculating the mean score and paired sample t-test. This research showed that the mean score on Post-Test (55.96) was higher than the Pre-Test (35.83). The data analysis value, tcount (22.176), while the Ttable. For the standard of significance level, 0,05 (5%) on df (degree of freedom ) value 23 was 1.713, which means the data stated that the value of tcount is higher than that of Ttable. On the other hand, the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. It can be concluded that using the TikTok Application is effective and can be recommended to improve students' speaking skills. The TikTok application is also interesting because it has various interesting features that can entertain users and allow everyone to become creators because of its simplicity and ease. Key Word: TikTok, Speaking Skill, Learning medium

Program Studi D3 Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar JL. Raya Pendidikan Makassar Email : [email protected] SUMMARY The purpose of this study is a review of the procedure for removing asphalt products from storage at PT. Bumi Sarana Utama. The type of research used by the author in this study is descriptive research or research that aims to determine how to implement the procedure for removing asphalt products from storage. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the research and discussion regarding the review of the procedure for releasing asphalt products at PT. Bumi Sarana Utama. The author concludes that the procedure for removing asphalt products from storage can be said to be ineffective. This can be seen from the three recording and request product release procedures. For releasing products from storage, it must be accompanied by documents so that the bias is accounted for, and employees have not fully analyzed these three procedures to achieve the expected production targets. This report serves to provide a summary of the theoretical knowledge and analytical skills gathered during the 2-semesters final year project (FYP) in NTU. As the author's topic of project focused mainly on seismic effects and building provisions, the study is a step up in relation to his field of study in civil engineering. It offered the author a chance to venture into a more specialized field of study. Therefore, it is a privilege to gain invaluable experience and knowledge about earthquake and structural engineering. The author is now familiar with the terminology and methodology used in the project, from the formation of earthquake to the seismic capacity of high-rise building. The author has also learnt the use of the software, ETABS, to do the modeling of the building. This has enhanced the author's insights into the seismic safety assessment in Singapore. Singapore has no local seismicity but is affected by seismic effects resulting from the Sumatra fault and Sumatra Subduction zone. The effect of the relative distance between Singapore and epicenter, the magnitude of seismic load and the influence of soil condition are 3 influential factors that determines the impact of earthquake. The response of tall buildings is also explained in the report. In chapter 3 of the report, topics covered includes an overview of the building plan, the finite element method, damping ratio, eigenvector analysis, Ritz-vector analysis and the fast Fourier transform (FFT) analysis. In the discussion and evaluation section of the report, it will describe the dynamic characteristics of the building which includes the time period & frequency, modal participating mass ratios and the modal shapes of the 12 modes. The peak ground acceleration (PGA) is a measure of earthquake acceleration on the ground, therefore the author will carry out a time history analysis of the seismic data (Bengkulu earthquake dated 12 Sep 07) used in the project. The author used the fast Fourier transform (FFT) method to determine the predominant frequency of the building by transforming the roof acceleration time history at sensor location of model into a frequency domain graph instead of a time domain graph. The maxima of the Fourier amplitude will be the predominant frequency of the building and correlating with the modal responses. Lastly, the height of the building is plotted against the inter-storey drift ratios so as to determine the elevation of building at which the maximum drift occurred. In conclusion, the seismic recordings used in the project are weak tremors and the first 4 modes of responses are dominant enough to predict the seismic response of the building.Bachelor of Engineering (Civil
