    Purpose – This research has the aim of knowing whether there is an influence of MSMEs on the use of social media marketing in the middle of the covid-19 crisis Design/methodology/approach – The approach used in this research is to use a quantity approach and a simple random sampling methodology. Data were collected through the distribution of online questionnaires, and the results of testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis were applied to 47 responses given by respondents. Findings – In this study, all hypotheses have a positive and significant effect on Perceived usefulness, Attitude towards usage, and Behavioral intention of social media. Of Social Media Marketing among MSMEs during the COVID-19 crisis. Originality/value – Surveys are done because the author wants to know the population\u27s trends, behaviour, or opinions by studying a sample of the target population, where the authors wish to find out the opinions of MSME actors related to use social media for marketing.     Analisis Financial Distress dengan Menggunakan Model Grover pada Perusahaan Sektor Property, Real Estate dan Kontruksi

    This study aims to determine the Grover model that can predict Financial Distress in the property, real estate and construction sector companies listed on the IDX, namely PT. Alam Sutera Realty Tbk, PT. Cowell Development Tbk, PT. Intiland Development Tbk. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques with a quantitative approach to systematically describe predictions of Financial Distress of a company. The results showed that the three companies had a score of more than or equal to 0.01 (G 1 0.01) within 3 years with details, in 2015 PT. Alam Sutera Realty Tbk obtained a score of 0.430, 2016 obtained a score of 0.405, and in 2017 obtained a score of 0.473. PT. Cowell Development Tbk in 2015 obtained a score of 0.198, in 2016 obtained a score of 0.345, and in 2017 obtained a score of 0.368. while PT. Intiland Development Tbk in 2015 obtained a score of 0.661, 2016 obtained a score of 0.610, and in 2017 obtained a score of 0.554. Conclusions based on the results of the study show that the three companies did not experience Financial Distress because all company scores exceeded the score limit determined by the Grover model, in the sense that the company is in a healthy state.     Abstrak Menurut data Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan (2017), Indonesia memiliki total potensi sumber daya air seluas 3.900.000.000.000 m3 dengan 691.300.000.000 m3 berhasil dikelola. Dengan wilayah sumber daya air (SDA) yang sangat luas dan penuh dengan potensi sumber daya sungai, tidak heran jika banyak sungai di Indonesia belum terkelola dengan baik karena kurangnya perhatian dari masyarakat sekitar. Berdasarkan uraian diatas, perlu adanya dukungan dan inovasi terkait tindakan preventif yang dapat mengurangi polusi pada sungai. Teknologi microcontroller atau komputer mikro yang penulis tawarkan, dapat dipasang dengan sensor dan pemancar sinyal, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk memonitor kondisi sungai secara real-time, nirkabel dan dapat diintegrasikan dengan internet dan smartphone yang disebut dengan teknologi IoT. Oleh karena itu, terkait fungsi microcontroller sebagai alat monitoring, penulis berencana membuat proyek inovasi alat pendeteksi lokasi pencemaran sungai yang diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang menjadi benang merah bagi permasalahan yang berdasar pada sungai saat ini. Kata Kunci – sungai, sensor, mikrokontroler, IoT, pemantauan Abstract According to data from Ministry of Public Works and Housing (2017), Indonesia has a total potential of water resources covering an area of 3.900.000.000.000 m3 with 691.300.000.000 m3 succesfully managed. With the water resources area (SDA) which is very broad and full of potential, it is not surprising that many rivers in indoenesia have not been well managed duet o lack of attention from the surrounding community. Based on description above, there is a need for support and innovation related to preventive measure that can reduce the damage to the river. Microcontroller or microcomputer technology that the author offers, can be installed with sensors and signal transmitters, so that it can be used to monitor river condition in real time, wireless and can be integrated with internet and smartphones. This is called IoT technology. Therefore, related to the function of the microcontroller as a monitoring device, the authors plan to make an innovative project to detect river damage locations that are expected to be a solution for problems based on the river at this time.
