PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN KETUNTASAN HASIL BELAJAR FISIKA MENGGUNAKAN STRATEGI ACTION LEARNING DENGAN METODE BELAJAR MANDIRI PADA SISWA KELAS X.2 DI SMA NEGERI DARUSSOLAH SINGOJURUH
No full textBerdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara awal dengan guru mata
pelajaran fisika di SMA Negeri Darussolah Singojuruh, diperoleh bahwa hasil
belajar siswa kelas X.2 masih rendah. Hal ini ditunjukkan berdasarkan data kelas
dari 42 siswa, hanya 19 orang atau hanya 45.23 % siswa yang mendapatkan nilai
diatas 70, sedangkan 23 orang atau hanya 54.76% siswa lainnya mendapatkan
nilai kurang dari 70. Selain hasil belajar yang masih rendah, ditemukan juga
bahwa aktivitas belajar fisika siswa kelas X.2 di SMA Negeri Darussolah
Singojuruh juga masih kurang, berdasarkan analisis data observasi awal diketahui
bahwa 52.38% siswa yang aktif memperhatikan penjelasan guru; 48.41% siswa
yang aktif mencatat; 34.12% siswa yang aktif bertanya; dan 41.27% siswa yang
aktif menjawab pertanyaan. Jadi skor rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa 44.04%.
Berdasarkan uraian di atas, maka diperlukan perbaikan melalui penerapan
strategi action learning dengan metode belajar mandiri dalam proses
pembelajaran. Action learning adalah strategi yang memberi kesempatan kepada
siswa untuk mengalami dari dekat suatu kehidupan nyata yang menyeting aplikasi
topik dan isi materi yang dipelajari atau didiskusikan di kelas. Penelitian ini
menempatkan siswa dalam cara penemuan dan memudahkannya menjadi kreatif
dalam bertukar pendapat tentang penemuan mereka dengan sesama siswa. Strategi
action learning ini nantinya akan dipadukan dengan metode belajar mandiri.
Belajar mandiri tidak berarti belajar sendiri, melainkan metode belajar gabungan
antara metode belajar individu, metode belajar kelompok dan metode pemberian
tugas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah belajar mandiri pada siswa kelas X.2 di SMA Negeri Darussholah Singojuruh.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas sehingga subyek penelitian
sudah ditetapkan di kelas X.2 SMA Negeri Darussholah Singojuruh tahun ajaran
2011/2012 yang dimulai tanggal 25 Oktober 2011 sampai dengan 10 November
2011. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi,
wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Data yang didapatkan adalah aktivitas guru dan
aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung, ketuntasan hasil belajar
selama proses pembelajaran yakni pada pra siklus, siklus I dan siklus II serta hasil
wawancara dengan guru bidang studi dan siswa.
Aktivitas belajar siswa yang diamati pada penelitian ini meliputi aktivitas
memperhatikan penjelasan guru, bertanya, berdiskusi dengan kelompok,
presentasi, menggunakan alat, mengerjakan LKS telah mengalami peningkatan
dari pra-siklus ke siklus I dan siklus II. Ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa juga
mengalami peningkatan. Pada pra-siklus ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa sebesar
48,78%. Pada siklus I ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan
menjadi 68,29% dan pada siklus II ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa menjadi
82,93%.
Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan
ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada pra siklus, siklus I, dan siklus II secara
keseluruhan dapat dikatakan telah mengalami peningkatan. Dari hasil di atas
menunjukkan strategi action learning dengan metode belajar mandiri dapat
digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran yang membuat siswa lebih aktif dan
lebih memehami konsep dalam pembelajaran fisika dalam rangka meningkatkan
aktivitas belajar dan ketuntasan hasil belajar fisika siswa

Based on the analysis by the author shows that the lack of routine maintenance on the office machine PT Sriwijaya Indah Lestari and found that the machines was not in good condition, so it can make the activities is inefficient condition, so the author suggest to PT Sriwijaya Indah Lestari to make maintenance schedule, a work order for maintenance, note card for maintenance, and the maintenance report, maintenance is not only repairs but rather the prevention also

The object of this research in the styles of song language by Bunga Citra Lestari. This research is a library research because the research object is in the form of library material, namely the song lyrics text from Bunga Citra Lestari entitled “Karena Kucinta Kau”, “Cinta Sejati”, And “Terpanah Asmara”. This research in focused on the elements of language style in song lyrics by Bunga Citra Lestari. The author tries to research and uncover the style of language that exists in the song lyrics perfomed by Bunga Citra Lestari by using stylistic theory. The research method used is data collection, data analysis, and prestation of analysis results.
Based on the results of the analysis of this study it was found that there was a style of language used to express the style of language in song lyrics with four groups of language styles. On the lyrics of the song “Karena Kucinta Kau” based on the analysis of comparative language styles, there are two language styles that exist in song lyrics, namely personification and anticipation or prolepsis. Furthermore, the conflicting language style did not reveal any hyperbole language style. Then interrelated linguistic style is metonymy style. Style found there are three repetition styles of language namely alliteration, assonance, and anaphorical repetition language style. Language style in song lyrics “Cinta Sejati” there is a comparative style of parables and personifications. Hyperbole opposing language is found. Furthermore, it was found that there were metonemical linkages, as well as alliteration, assonance, and anaphoric repetitive language styles. On the song lyrics “Terpanah Asmara” based on the analysis of language styles, there is a comparative language style in song lyrics, which is the syles parables. There is a hyperbole conflict language. Metonemical linkages are found, and it is found that iteration styles are alliterations, assonance, and anaphora.

Teachers must be able to make this difficult assumption disappear, because if at school students don't like mathematics, then at the next higher level students will be increasingly afraid of mathematics lessons. That's why creative learning can be fun for students, teachers will be able to build students' liking for mathematics if they are able to provide fun learning. Thepurpose of the research is: (1) to explain realization of expansion preparation to Tanjung Indah Lestari village, BukitIndah village, and Salimbatu Permai Village, based on the local rules of BUlungan regency number 4, 2011 aboutestablishment, abolition, annexation of a village and status change of a village becomes a political district, and (2) toexplain the factors which influence expansion realization to Tanjung Indah Lestari village, Bukit Indah village, andSalimbatu Permai Village. In this research, the writer applies qualitative approach. This research is done at Bulunganregency, especially in Tanjung Indah Lestari village, Bukit Indah village, and Salimbatu Permai Village. Data collecting isdone by interview, observation, and document analysis. The writer also applies qualitative descriptive analysis withdata reduction steps, data presentation, and data verification to the technique of data analysis. The result of thisresearch shows that the village chief and the society of Salimbatu Permai village have not understood concept of areaexpansion, purpose of expansion, and area expansion realization perfectly yet. If it is analyzed from the factors whichinfluence village expansion, so it may be conclude that Tanjung Indah Lestari village, Bukit Indah village, and SalimbatuPermai Village have been appropriate as a definitive village. If it is analyzed from the factors which influence villageexpansion, it may be concluded that Bukit Indah village is the most appropriate village to be expanded. On the otherhand, Tanjung Indah Lestari village is not still appropriate yet to be expanded. Community Initiation of The Kaba Indah Lestari Group In Forest Management
No full textThis research aims to see what contributions are obtained and given by the kaba indah lestari women's group both for their own group, the community and the forest area. This research used a qualitative approach, described descriptively. Data collection was done by non-participant observation, unstructured interviews. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques includes data collection, data reduction and data presentation. The theory used in analyzing the results of this research is Social Feminist theory. This research found several findings, namely the Kaba Indah Lestari Women Farmers Group gained access to manage the forest through a social forestry scheme with a conservation partnership, so that they could manage the land with several provisions. The activities carried out by the Kaba Indah Lestari Women Farmers Group are not only gardening, they also innovate by making processed food from their garden products such as coffee sticks, bags from plastic sachet drink packaging and bags from handicrafts. The Kaba Indah Lestari Women Farmers Group has made a good contribution in land management by growing vegetables organically so as to minimize soil and environmental pollution while caring for trees that have been planted by the forestry. The Kaba Indah Lestari Women Farmers Group has been independent and has an impact on the surrounding community through the program of sharing basic food and vegetables for the elderly and children who are prone to stunting.Keywords: Forest, Women Farmers Group, Contribution,s Managemen
