Dengan adanya cyber crime, para pengguna semakin tidak aman dan menjadi sasaran para penjahat setiap kali melakukan aktifitas internet. Keberadaan jaringan di internet merupakan sarana yang memungkinkan seorang hacker menemukan informasi yang penting, sehingga dibutuhkannya keamanan jaringan dari serangan tersebut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah VPN (Virtual Privat Network). VPN memanfaatkan jaringan internet sebagai media internet sehingga daerah jangkauannya menjadi luas. VPN menghadirkan teknologi yang mengamankan semua lalu lintas jaringan virtual dalam internet, sehingga memberikan rasa aman bagi semua pemakai jaringan privat. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) dan Transport Layer Security (TLS), menyediakan komunikasi yang aman di internet. Protokol ini menyediakan authentikasi akhir dan privasi komunikasi di internet menggunakan cryptography. Dalam penggunaan umumnya, hanya server yang diauthentikasi (dalam hal ini, memiliki identitas yang jelas) selama dari sisi client tetap tidak terauthentikasi. Authentikasi dari kedua sisi (mutual authentikasi) memerlukan penyebaran Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) pada client-nya. Perancangan sebuah jaringan komputer berbasis virtual privat network (VPN) yang digunakan pada jaringa internet agar lebih aman dalam komunikasi data. Implementasi jaringan Virtual Private Network (VPN) di lakukan di laboratorium komputer jaringan Teknik Elektro dan menggunakan aplikasi OpenVPN sebagai keamanan jaringan. Menguji jaringan Virtual Private Network (VPN) dengan aplikasi openVPN pada client/server dan melakukan komunikasi atau pengiriman data. Hasil yang didapat dari sebuah teknologi jaringan Virtual Private Network (VPN) dengan SSL/TLS adalah keamanan data pada sebuah jaringan internet (IP publik) dikarenakan data sudah terenkripsi dan melalui jaringan private yang lebih aman. Banyak kemudahan dan keuntungan dalam penggunaan VPN ini terutama keamanan data dibandingkan dengan melewatkan langsung pada sebuah jaringan internet

    This research is motivated by the use of social media which is used only as a vehicle forentertainment. The speaking ability of junior high school students is still low. Students arestill embarrassed when expressing opinions or during presentations. Students take turnspointing and it isn\u27t easy to appear in front. Advanced students\u27 speaking skills are still low,judging from the slow and hurried voices. So the effort made by the author is to assign aproject to make a description video. The video is uploaded to social media whose purposeis to increase students\u27 confidence. This study uses a literature study method and datacollection techniques using a documentation study. The results of the study show that theuse of social media in improving speaking skills in Indonesian lessons at the junior highschool level is effectively used. The social media used are YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram

    A Buffer Stocks Model for Stabilizing Price of Commodity under Limited Time of Supply and Continuous Consumption

    Staple foods, in developing countries especially in Indonesia, have extremely volatile among harvest and planting season caused by inelastic of supply-demand and price disparity. When a staple food is shortage in market, it will trigger crisis of economics, political and social because it concerns with food security. This paper develops a buffer stock model for stabilizing price of commodity under limited time of supply and continuous consumption. The performance criterion of model will consider financial loss of producer, consumer and government side when market is interfered by price-stabilization program and price-support program simultaneously. The price fluctuation will be stabilized by market operation where buffer stocks are bought from domestic and import supply point. This paper provides a price band policy that attempts to bound domestic price variation between a set of upper and lower bounds on the level of domestic prices. We consider three sets of problems reflecting different three prices elasticity from 4 period of supply and demand. Numerical examples are found to be consistent with empirical estimates regarding the relationship price elasticity with price band and with government budget for the agenda of assisting household to assure availability a staple food with enough amounts at rational prices.     Design of Ventilator with Gas Mixing, Tidal Volume, and Humidifier Parameters

    On the ventilator, there are several important parameters, including gas mixing, which functions to mix oxygen with free air, the tidal volume serves to supply mixed air to the patient, respiratory rate is the frequency of breath given to the patient, and the humidifier functions to regulate the temperature of the air given to the patient. In this research, the author intends to design a ventilator device which uses a working system to open and close the valve to distribute air to the patient. This tool uses several sensors: oxygen sensor KE-25F3, flow sensor yf-s201, pressure sensor MPX 5700, and temperature sensor DS 12B20. The tidal volume (VT) has 3 setting values: 700 ml, 500 ml, and 300 ml. The test is carried out by opening and closing the valve. The respiratory rate has 2 settings of 15 and 20 breaths/minute. In addition, the humidifier has 3 setting modes 32, 35, and 40o C. From the test results, the highest error was obtained in the 300 ml tidal volume test, which was 7.20% and in the respiratory rate test, the highest error value was 0%. The test results with the oxygen concentration parameter obtained the largest error value of 0.1% at 100% oxygen concentration. In testing the temperature and humidity parameters, the largest average error was 2.40% at 40o C setting. So, it can be concluded that the tool is feasible to use because of the level of small error and still within the standard calibration tolerance of 15%.</jats:p
