Skema Penyembunyian Data pada Gambar Berbasis Interpolasi Kubik B-Spline Menggunakan Metode Least Significant Bit (LSB)
Maraknya kasus pencurian data menyebabkan sistem keamanan pesan harus ditingkatkan. Salah satu cara untuk mengamankan pesan adalah dengan memasukkan pesan ke dalam gambar digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas gambar digital dalam sistem keamanan pesan tersembunyi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk keamanan pesan adalah steganografi. Cover image akan dikonversi menjadi bit piksel dalam domain spasial. Cover image digunakan dalam bentuk gambar digital dengan format .jpg. Teknik meningkatkan kualitas dan kapasitas gambar digital dilakukan dengan menambahkan dan meningkatkan bit piksel menggunakan metode interpolasi Cubik B-Spline. Cover image yang telah di interpolasi, kemudian disisipi pesan menggunakan metode least significant bit (LSB) untuk memperoleh stegoimage. Pesan yang diselipkan berbentuk file .doc, .docx, .pdf, .xls, .rar, .iso dan .zip dengan ukuran berbeda-beda kapasitasnya. Teknik uji dibuat dengan bantuan perangkat lunak MATLAB versi 2017a. Penelitian melakukan uji dengan mengukur nilai kualitas penyamaran dari stegoimage menggunakan Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) dengan rata-rata perolehan stegoimage terhadap Original image 29.06 dB dan stegoimage terhadap Image interpolation 64.34 dB dan uji mean squared error (MSE) dengan rata-rata perolehan 97.54 dB pada Image interpolation terhadap original image dan 97.55 dB pada stegoimage terhadap original image, 0.13 dB nilai MSE stegoimage terhadap Image interpolation. Hasil uji pada penelitian dengan proses interpolasi pada coverimage dengan Cubic B-Spline mempengaruhi terhadap nilai samar atau Nilai PSNR
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. ANALISIS SENTIMEN PERFORMA “VIDEO ASSISTANT REFEREE” MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA NAÏVE BAYES
Video Assistant Referee (VAR) adalah teknologi yang diterapkan dalam sepak bola untuk membantu wasit membuat keputusan yang lebih akurat. Meskipun bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keadilan dalam permainan, penerapan VAR sering kali memicu kontroversi dan perdebatan di kalangan penggemar serta pemain sepak bola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen publik terhadap VAR melalui data yang dikumpulkan dari Twitter. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah adanya perbedaan pandangan terhadap efektivitas dan dampak VAR, yang mempengaruhi persepsi publik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Naïve Bayes dengan fitur TF-IDF dan teknik oversampling SMOTE. Beberapa skenario pembagian data latih dan uji diterapkan, yaitu 90:10, 80:20, 70:30, dan 60:40. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan SMOTE menghasilkan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 77% pada skenario 80:20 dan 60:40. Sementara itu, nilai precision tertinggi dicapai pada skenario 90:10 dan 80:20 dengan 68%, recall tertinggi pada skenario 90:10 dengan 82%, dan F1-score tertinggi pada skenario 90:10 dengan 85%. Analisis word cloud dari tweet menunjukkan bahwa sentimen negatif terhadap VAR terkait dengan kata-kata seperti "abolish," "rugi," "lama," "kualitas wasit," "problem," dan "kontroversi." Sentimen netral berfokus pada kata-kata seperti "petition," "sign petition," "technology," "league," "football," dan "match official," sementara sentimen positif mencakup kata-kata seperti "langsung," "jelas," "guna," "adil," "bantu," dan "cepat."

Keamanan barang-barang yang tersimpan di dalam brankas menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Brankas bentuk manual masih banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat banyak yang banyak kekurangan yaitu mudah dibobol dan dapat dengan mudah diduplikat. Dengan canggihnya teknologi yang ada saat ini, dikembangkan pengamanan yang bersifat elekronik. Salah satu yang dapat digunakan yaitu radio frequency identification (RFID). Dilakukanlah perancangan dan pembangunan alat pengamanan brankas menggunakan teknologi radio frequency identification (RFID) untuk mengamankan sebuah brankas. Sistem pada radio frequency identification (RFID) terdiri dari tiga komponen utama yaitu transponder, reader, dan database. Alat ini dibangun menggunakan metode eksperimen. Proses pengamanan dilakukan dengan mendeteksi unique id pada tag RFID untuk membuka brankas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototype kunci otomatis menggunakan tag RFID untuk membuka pintu brankas dengan motor servo. Kemudian jarak maksimal terdeteksinya tag RFID oleh RFID reader yaitu sebesar 2,5 cm. Kemudian daya yang digunakan oleh alat tersebut sebesar 5 volt
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

The research is engaged in the design of an automatic room control system for saving electrical energy. A user of electrical equipment, room lighting that often neglects to turn off electricity after use, is a problem of wasting electricity use. So it needs to be done to overcome the waste of electricity for efficient use of power. Efficiency by making an Arduino-based control system with a PIR sensor as a motion detector and a relay module as an automatic switch. The results showed that the efficiency of wasting electricity was 22.65% from the comparison for 3 months of use with and without the control system.
