No full textBu nyai sebagai salah satu komponen utama dalam pesantren, selain sebagai pendamping kyai, ibu rumah tangga, bu nyai juga menjadi wanita karir yang berprofesi di berbagai bidang. Tentu hal ini layak untuk dikaji dalam berbagai perspektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan Perspektif Dhaw?bith al-Maslahah Romadhan Al-Bûthi. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini, Pertama, Bagaimana standarisasi maslahat yang ajukan oleh al- buthi dalam Dhawabith al-Almaslahah Fi- al- Syariah al- Islamiya? Kedua, Bagaimana Maslahat al-Buthi menelaah terkait fenomena wanita karir dari kalangan Bu Nyai? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang pandangan Dhaw?bith al-Maslahah Romadhan Al-Bûthi terhadap peran Bu Nyai sebagai wanita karir. Dengan menggunakan analisis teks memungkinkan peneliti untuk menganalisis teks, pandangan, dan konteks budaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini: Pertama: dhawabith atau batasan-batasan maslahat tersebut masih dalam payung Maqasid Syariah, tidak bertentangan dengan Alquran, Hadis, qiyas, dan tidak menggugurkan maslahat yang lebih kuat atau setingkat dengannya. Kedua, terkait fenomena wanita karir dari kalangan Bu Nyai bila ditinjau dari standarisasi maslahah yang di ajukan oleh al-buthi, tidak ditemukan adanya pertentangan , justru sejalan, atau bahkan membawa misi dari maqashid syariah dalam hal ini teori maslahat yang standarisasinya sangat ketat dalam perspektif Al- Buthi
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Heirdom Through Being a Member of Dhaw al-Arham in Islamıc Law of Inheritance
No full textBu çalışmada, İslam miras hukuku içerisinde “zevi’l-erhâm” denilen akraba grubunun mirasa hak sahibi olup olmaması noktasındaki görüşler ve bu görüşleri destekleyen deliller ele alınmıştır. Zevi’l-erhâm konusunda Kur’an-ı Kerim’de hüküm niteliğinde bir ayet yoktur. Âlimlerin çoğu, akrabanın vefat edene diğer Müslümanlardan daha yakın olduğunu vurgulayan ayetleri ve Peygamberimizin uygulamalarını da delil kabul ederek bu grubun mirasa daha layık olduğu yönünde ittifak etmişlerdir. Buradan hareketle çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, miras hukukunun tanımı, terike üzerinde hak sahibi olan varisler, miras hukukunda meseleler ve ayet ve hadislerle sabit olan ashâb-ı ferâizin hisseleri ayrıntıya girmeden öz bir şekilde anlatılmıştır. Bu hisseler, örnek problemlerle açıklanma gereği duymaksızın sadece kimlerin hangi durumda ne oranda mirastan pay alabilecekleri belirtilmek maksadıyla açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise zevi’l-erhâmın sözlük ve terim anlamından başlayarak bu mirasçıların kimler olduklarından, Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.) zamanında böyle bir gruba miras verilip verilmediğinden, bu grubun mirasçılığını kimlerin kabul edip kimlerin etmediğinden gerekçeleriyle bahsedilmiştir. Çalışmada özel olarak zevi’l-erhâm’ın mirasçılığını kabul edenlerin görüşleri ele alınmış, kabul etmeyenler azınlıkta olduğu için bu grubun uygulamaları sadece bilgi amaçlı zikredilmiştir. Ehl-i karâbe ve ehl-i rahim arasındaki miras paylaşımının daha iyi anlaşılması için çalışmanın sonuna bir tablo eklenmiştir. Değerlendirmeler sonucunda da mirası almaya en layık olan grubun ehl-i karâbe (yakın akrabalar) olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. ?In this study, the views on whether the distant kindred called dhaw al-arham in the Islamiclaw of inheritance has the right to inheritance, and the evidence supporting these views are discussed. In the first chapter, the definitionof inheritance law andits terminology are introduced, and then the shares of ashab al-faraid(the quota-heirs), specified in the Qur’anic verses and the hadiths, are briefly explained. These allocated shares are elucidated only in order to indicate who is eligible for a share from the inheritance in which case and in what proportion, without speaking on the sample situations. In the second part, after presenting the lexical and terminological meaning of dhaw al-arham, the following are discussed: the members of dhaw al-arham, whether such a group was entitled to inheritance during the era of the Prophet, the scholars in favor of their entitlement and those against it, the justifications of the favorable and unfavorable scholars. In the study, the opinions of the scholars in favor of their eligibility of are dealt with, and since those against their heirdom are few, they are only mentioned without detail.

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
