Children with dyslexia disorder are often considered ignorant, lazy, and do not want to learn by most people. Such a view is based on people's lack of understanding about what dyslexia is. Therefore, the authors do the creation of representational painting as a reference to cultivate mutual respect and respect among peers and as an effort to foster knowledge and concern for children with dyslexia disorder. Thus expected negative views about children with dyslexia disorder can be minimized; children with dyslexia are not just children with special needs who cannot do anything but dyslexic children also have the ability that is not inferior to other normal children. Based on the problem the creator makes it the source of ideas or ideas in the creation of representational painting. The creation method used is Alma Hawkins method that has three stages, namely exploration, in the form of observation activities on matters relating to the thematic elements to be lifted. Then next stage is experimentation, in the form of the formation of several designs that are selected to be realized and used as a reference in the creation of the work. And the last stage is formation, in the form of application of sketches on the field of canvas. This creation produced 6 representational paintings entitled Otakku Sakit Karena Huruf, Sulit Tuk Mengenal Tulisan, Tak Bisa Ku Membacanya, Sering Direndahkan, Tapi Aku Juga Anak Istimewa, dan Jiwa Seni Yang Kumiliki using aesthetic media such as dots, lines, shapes and spaces, colors, and textures as a symbol of the concept. The result of creating representational paintings can add experience to the creator in the artistic process. Through the display of painting can add insight to the public appreciation of parents, especially to understand and understand that the dyslexia in children is not something that should be underestimated and discriminated against. Regional competitivesness is originated from an internal forces that produce an added value. The internal forces is based on technological innovation and entrepreneurial abilities (Drabenstott, 2006). The innovation is illustrated as a fuel, while entrepreneurship is the engine. Both are a source of employment, income and welfare. An entrepreneurial ability of local people on ecotourism activities in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (BTS NP) has developed naturally (Nugroho, 2006; 2007; Nugroho and Negara, 2008). The people are often involved in ecotourism development programs held by the BTS NP. The author’s study (Nugroho, Negara and Purnomowati, 2010) proved that the ecotourism activities were economically viable than the horticultural farm. However, these experiences have not fully produced significant benefits in the development of ecotourism. Characteristic of the ecotourism activities is a cluster (Fodor and Sitanyi, 2008a, 2008b), which always put the local people in a less advantageous position. The ecotourism cluster is an ecotourism organization (Prieto, Gilmore and Osiri, 2009) that involve the local people, non-governmental organizations, private actors, the national parks and government to produce ecotourism entrepreneurship. The result of research the author (Nugroho, Negara and Nugroho, 2009) shows that the phenomenon of social entrepreneurship is an important component of conceptual framework of ecotourism entrepreneurship. This requires all parties to act to be a social entrepreneur in a framework of ecotourism organization.Iwan Nugroho, Purnawan D. Negara, and Wiwin Purnomowati. 2011. One of the prevention efforts of medical errors that occur in health services is by identifying the potential failure of the service before the failure occurs. FMEA is one way to identify the risks of failure. Therefore, the authors wanted to find out whether FMEA was effective for reducing medical error based on previous studies. This article was a literature review using references in an online database such as EBSCOhost. The author found 280 articles while searching by using the keyword “FMEA”. After filtered by publication period from 2012 to 2017, full text and language, finally got 7 articles. Finally, the author used the three most relevant literature. FMEA was proven to decrease the potential failure rate after follow-up to failure was done in service process, so medical error can be prevented. In the application of FMEA, bias can occur during the determination of potential failure and determination of scoring on RPN. Therefore, it is expected that the team involved in making FMEA experts in the process of service to be designed. FMEA could prevent medical errors by determining potential failures before failure occurs

Land is one of the natural resources in Indonesia that can be used as a means to achieve the welfare of the nation's life, so it needs state intervention to regulate it. In accordance with the constitutional mandate as stated in Article 33 Paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution, Act No. 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Regulations on Agrarian Principles or called the UUPA is stipulated. All kinds of land rights can be granted to all Indonesian people, both men and women, regardless of race, ethnicity and religion. From these provisions, Article 10 of the UUPA paragraph (1) stipulates that every person and legal entity that a right to agricultural land is in principle has to work or actively cultivate it himself, by preventing extortion. The article does not explicitly explain that it is prohibited to own agricultural land in an absentee manner, but this article can be intended to do so. The term absentee land will not be found in statutory regulations, but it can be understood that absentee land is land ownership located outside the area where the owner lives. Agricultural land should actually be used and worked on in an effort to meet productivity which will increase the national economy. However, the prohibition on land ownership does not apply to Civil Servants (PNS) who are equal with those who are carrying out state duties. Based on the above background, the formulation of the problem that the author wants to put forward in this study are: (1) How is the application of the principle of equality of land rights in absentee land ownership at the Karanganyar Regency Land Office. (2) Is absentee land ownership at the Karanganyar Regency Land Office in accordance with the application of the principle of equal rights to land. (3) How to obtain rights to Absentee land at the Karanganyar Regency Land Office. This study uses a normative juridical method, namely research that is fundamental in certain methods, systematics and thoughts which aims to examine one or several legal phenomena by analyzing them. From the research in the field, it can be concluded that the prohibition of absentee land ownership in Karanganyar Regency is not in accordance with the principle of equal rights between civil servants and the general public. The way to register land ownership (in this case land with the term absentee) for civil servants, as well as in Karanganyar district is (1) Applying for a permit to the local BPN office (2) Identity Card and appointment letter for PNS, TNI, POLRI (3) For retirees attach a statement letter that will manage the registered land itself. Ways to register land ownership for common citizens; (1) Identity Card, (2) Family Card, (3) Notice of Taxes Payable and (4) Land History
