The Effect of Interactive-Read Aloud Strategy on the Extroverted and Introverted Students\u27 Reading Comprehension
This research investigated the most effective strategy of interactive reading aloud on the students\u27 personality types in reading comprehension. In this research, the researcher employed quantitative research by using factorial design. Population in this research were the forth semester students of English intensive program in middle level and the sample were 40 students from experimental and control classes. Try out was conducted to measure validity and reliability of instrument. Two ways ANOVA was conducted to test the hypotheses, two-way analysis of variance with F-test at the 5% (0.05) level of significance. The probability based on the personality was 0.043< 2.024, meaning that there was difference between personality types and the use of strategy. The probability based on strategy was 0.374< 2.024, meaning that there was difference result between extroverted and introverted learners. And the probability based on interaction was 0.001< 2.024, meaning that there was interaction between strategy and personality types. In conclusion, there was interaction among interactive reading aloud strategy, students\u27 personality types and reading comprehension. The used of interactive reading aloud significantly influenced to the extroverted students rather than introverted students

Pendekatan Resolusi Konflik Dalam Upaya Pencegahan Konflik Regional Pada Era Digitalisasi
Several decades ago, internal conflicts in ASEAN countries became the world's spotlight. Even the impact is very alarming because it causes humanitarian crises, trauma due to armed conflict, violent extremism, and losses to government. Then came the time of international trade tension which had an impact on the economic growth of ASEAN countries. The purpose of this study is to reveal the role of the conflict resolution approach in efforts to prevent regional conflicts in the era of digitalization. Not without reason, the still lack of mutual trust and a less proactive attitude in addressing the situation of conflict between countries made the conflicting ASEAN countries decide to resolve bilaterally or resolve cases to external parties outside ASEAN. The era of digitalization is a hot issue in the trade war and can trigger tension between ASEAN countries. Of course this is not expected, therefore prevention efforts must be made. The literature study method was chosen to examine various findings that support this research to build a strategic model of the importance of the conflict resolution approach in the digitalization era. The results of the study stated that the government must show its credibility and put forward a proactive attitude, ethics in doing business, and building mutual trust and good cooperation between ASEAN countries. A conflict resolution approach can be an alternative to preventing regional conflicts by means of non-violence

THE ANALYSIS OF PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) IN MICRO TEACHING COURSE TO FIT THE REQUIREMENT OF EFFECTIVE PRE-SERVICE TEACHERS
One of phenomena that occur in the educational world is the issue of discrepancies that occur between theory the pre-service teacher learned in college with implementation when they should teach in thereal fields (schools). Problem Based Learning (PBL) becomes one of the efforts to bridge the existing problems. This research is conducted to find out the extend of Problem Based Learning (PBL) in Micro Teaching course since the course must be accomplished by students before carrying out practical activities in the real field in the school at teaching training program. The writer uses descriptive qualitative method. And in this research the writer uses case study as a research design to find out the purpose of the research. The participants of the the research are 8 students from a class of micro teaching course in English Department of Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati. In this paper, The Students as the Pre Service Teacher(s) are coded PST(s). The writer uses observation as the instruments of the research. Theory of Miles and Huberman are used to collect data from observation. Regarding to the discussion above, the four aspects of competences of effective teacher are shown in the teaching practice done by the students of Micro teaching course that apply Problem Based Learning (PBL). The majority results of the observation explain that applying Problem Based Learning in Micro Teaching course develops pre-service teachers competence in their teaching in classroom. This research shows pre-service teachers can integrate their competences and create good performance in their teaching practice

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
