No full textPalestin menuntut kemerdekaan bermula pada tahun 1948. Apabila negara umat Islam ini diambil secara tidak bermaruah untuk ditempatkan pendatang Yahudi. Hal ini berlaku setelah kaun Yahudi ditolak oleh negara-negara lain. Walaupun bersilih ganti pimpinan HAMAS terkorban syahid, tidak pernah mematikan semangat juang umat Islam Palestin untuk memerdekakan tanah air mereka. Kesyahidan Pemimpin HAMAS Syeikh Ahmad Yaasin, Dr. Abdul Aziz al-Rantisi, Syeikh Ismail Haniyeh adalah antara tokoh pembangkit jiwa pejuang Palestin. Ismail Abdul Salam Haniyyeh adalah tokoh terkini yang terkorban syahid. Beliau terdedah kepada beberapa percubaan bunuh sebelum ini dan salah satunya ketika bersama Syeikh Ahmad Yaasin pada tahun 2003. Beliau dipilih menjadi anggota Majlis Perundangan Palestin pada tahun 2008 dan dipilih menjadi Perdana Menteri Palestin ke 11 dalam kerajaan yang dibentuk pada tahun 2007. Syeikh Ismail Haniyyeh ditahan buat kali pertama pada tahun 1987 dan diusir ke Marj al-Zuhur di Selatan Lubnan. Memimpin HAMAS selepas kesyahidan Dr. Abdul Aziz al-Rantisi pada tahun 2004. Beliau dipilih menjadi Ketua Biro Politik HAMAS pada Mei 2017. Syeikh Ismail Haniyyeh disahkan syahid pada 31 Julai 2024 di Tehran, Iran ketika usianya 62 tahun. This is not easy to motivate employee to give a high level of performance while do their work in an organization. This research has been conducted to investigate the dimension of motivation of employee which are rewards, job enrichment, training and team building. It is important to employee to give a high level of performance in work to help the organization achieve an objective goal’s successfully. The data collected through questionnaires among 113 respondents. The questionnaires were distributed to test the hypotheses proposed. The questionnaires designed based on four variables that are expected to be factors that motivate employee to better performance in work which are rewards, job enrichment, training and team building. From the results of the findings, it can be concluded that team building is most influence factor to employee performance

No full textOur main purpose of this project is to develop an alarm to help shop owner to protect their shops against burglar. It is named shutter guard. This sensitive vibration sensor is exclusively made for shops to protect against burglary. It will detect any mechanical or acoustic vibration in its vicinity when somebody tries to break the shutter and immediately switch on a lamp and sound a warning alarm.
Our project is design base from security alarm which is to protect the shop. It is designed to help people who left their shop alone for a few hour or days. It will also inform the neighbours or someone who is near the shop that the shop is entered by someone unknown by switching on the lamp and siren that we put on the circuit. The shop lamp and siren will turn on if someone is entered the shop, hence it will attract people nearby to take a look or notify that something has happen to the shop. This shutter guard is to make sure the shop is in protection when there is no one in it

No full textAs lighthouses have become less essential to navigation, many of their historic structures have faced demolition or neglect. So, this final project will enlighten with more detail regarding the maintenance works for lighthouse. This research of the study will involves marine department of Malaysia as a government organization that responsible to manage lighthouses. The aim of this final project is to investigate the implementation of marine department to maintain the lighthouse and suggest the best design maintenance for lighthouse. To support this research, four lighthouses have been taken as case studies. The data gathered from observation, condition survey and interview conducted at the site. It is hoped that the overall findings of the study will be beneficial for further research that can be developed in this particular area. Besides that, the analysis is made to achieve the objective of this study. Conclusion and recommendation also made in the last chapter to achieve the objective of the study. Ship is one of the most effective alternative transportation right now. At present, almost vessels use auxiliary boiler for various activities on board but a ship that is specifically not used it. Reducing steam on board will disrupt ship operations. Therefore need improvement performance. Boiler feed water pump is very importance that boiler can running or operating well.
Boiler can operating or running well therefore need good performance repair. Author talk about optimization feed water pump work using fishbone and fault tree analysis methods, using two combined methods can find causes of the problem what happens and know the root of the problem what happens.

Rumah Adat Gebong Memarong: Strategi Hukum dan Ekonomi Dalam Pemanfaatan Ekspresi Budaya Tradisional Sebagai Kekayaan Intelektual Komunal
No full textThis study analyzes the forms of legal protection and economic utilization strategies of Rumah Adat Gebong Memarong as a Traditional Cultural Expression (TCE) recognized as Communal Intellectual Property (CIP) in Bangka Belitung. Using a socio-legal research method, this study combines normative legal analysis with an examination of economic policy implementation. The results show that although Gebong Memarong has been officially registered as CIP, its legal protection still faces several obstacles, including limited legal awareness among the Mapur indigenous community, the absence of specific local regulations, and weak digital documentation. These legal and institutional gaps have resulted in the suboptimal economic use of the Gebong Memarong, particularly in developing cultural tourism and creative industries. Therefore, this study proposes integrative strategies that include strengthening community-based institutions, developing creative economy innovations, conducting human resource training, organizing cultural festivals, and promoting digitalization. The study emphasizes that effective legal protection serves as a prerequisite for equitable and sustainable economic development of TCEs. The main contribution of this research lies in formulating an integrative model that bridges legal protection and economic empowerment through a business law perspective. The study contributes theoretically by expanding the discourse on progressive law in protecting communal intellectual property and provides practical implications for local governments in drafting regional regulations (Perda) and designing community-based governance mechanisms for sustainable cultural heritage management.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk pelindungan hukum serta strategi pemanfaatan ekonomi terhadap Rumah Adat Gebong Memarong sebagai Ekspresi Budaya Tradisional (EBT) yang telah diakui sebagai Kekayaan Intelektual Komunal (KIK) di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode socio-legal research dengan memadukan pendekatan normatif-hukum dan analisis kebijakan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Rumah Adat Gebong Memarong telah tercatat secara resmi sebagai KIK, pelindungan hukumnya masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, antara lain rendahnya literasi hukum masyarakat adat Mapur, belum tersedianya peraturan daerah yang secara spesifik mengatur KIK, serta lemahnya dokumentasi dan digitalisasi data budaya. Kesenjangan hukum dan kelembagaan tersebut berdampak pada belum optimalnya pemanfaatan ekonomi Rumah Adat Gebong Memarong, terutama dalam pengembangan pariwisata budaya dan ekonomi kreatif berbasis masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi integratif melalui penguatan kelembagaan komunitas adat, pengembangan inovasi ekonomi kreatif, pelatihan sumber daya manusia, penyelenggaraan festival budaya, serta digitalisasi promosi untuk memperkuat posisi hukum dan ekonomi masyarakat adat. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini terletak pada perumusan model integratif yang menghubungkan pelindungan hukum dan pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui perspektif hukum bisnis. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperluas kajian mengenai penerapan Hukum Progresif dalam pelindungan Kekayaan Intelektual Komunal. No full textIndonesia merupakan negara yang kaya akan keragaman budaya, termasuk kuliner tradisional yang tidak hanya merepresentasikan identitas kultural, tetapi juga memiliki nilai ekonomi yang strategis bagi pengembangan daerah. Salah satu makanan tradisional khas Bangka Belitung adalah Kue Tompek Selong, yang selain menjadi warisan budaya, juga berpotensi besar sebagai aset ekonomi lokal. Namun, hingga kini belum terdapat perlindungan hukum yang memadai terhadap produk tersebut sebagai Kekayaan Intelektual Komunal (KIK), sehingga rawan terhadap eksploitasi dan klaim sepihak oleh pihak luar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji urgensi perlindungan hukum terhadap Kue Tompek Selong sebagai KIK dan menelusuri mekanisme pendaftaran serta skema perlindungan yang tersedia dalam kerangka hukum Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris, dengan pendekatan normatif dan pengumpulan data lapangan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan melalui skema Indikasi Asal sangat penting untuk memastikan legitimasi komunitas lokal atas produk ini, mendorong pengembangan ekonomi berbasis budaya, dan memperkuat daya saing daerah. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi ilmiah dan praktis dalam mendukung pelestarian kuliner tradisional serta penguatan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan dan berbasis hukum

Implementasi pembelajaran tematik merupakan suatu penerapan atau pelaksanaan pembelajaran dari rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang telah disusun sebelumnya berdasarkan pemaduan beberapa materi pembelajaran dari berbagai standar kompetensi dan kompetensi dasar dari satu atau beberapa mata pelajaran pada suatu proses interaksi peserta didik dengan pendidik dan sumber belajar pada suatu lingkungan belajar.
Berdasarkan pada latar belakang diatas maka permasalahan yang timbul adalah: (1) Bagaimana perencanaan pembelajaran tematik di kelas III Sekolah Dasar (SD) Al Fithrah Malang.? (2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik di kelas III Sekolah Dasar (SD) Al Fithrah Malang.? (3) Bagaimana evaluasi hasil pembelajran tematik di kelas III Sekolah Dasar (SD) Al Fithrah Malang.?
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan tentang implementasi pembelajaran tematik yang mencangkup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran kelas III SD Al Fithrah Malang, untuk mengetahui apa saja kendala atau problematika pembelajaran tematik yang mencangkup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran tematik kelas III Sekolah Dasar (SD) Al Fithrah Malang.
Penelitian yang penulis lakukan ini termasuk kedalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Dalam perjalanan pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisisnya, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu berupa gambaran dengan kata-kata atau kalimat yang di pisah-pisahkan menurut kategori data penelitian guna mendapatkan suatu kesimpulan, gambaran dengan kata-kata atau kalimat dengan cara induktif.
Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dapat disampaikan disini, bahwasannya implementasi pembelajaran tematik kelas III Sekolah Dasar (SD) Al Fithrah Malang ini belum menerapkan pembelajaran tematik secara menyeluruh. Hal ini dapat di lihat terutama pada evaluasi pembelajarannya yang masih menggunakan per mata pelajaran, bukan secara holistik dan di intergrasikan.

Implementation of thematic learning is an application or implementation of learning from the learning implementation plan that has been prepared previously based on the integration of several learning materials from various competency standards and basic competencies from one or several subjects in a process of interaction of students with educators and learning resources in a learning environment.
Based on the above background, the problems that arise are: (1) How is thematic learning planning in grade III Al Fithrah Elementary School Malang? (2) How is the implementation of thematic learning in grade III Elementary School (SD) Al Fithrah Malang.? (3) How is the evaluation of thematic learning outcomes in grade III Al Fithrah Elementary School Malang?
The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of thematic learning which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of class III learning at SD Al Fithrah Malang, to find out what are the obstacles or problems of thematic learning which includes planning, implementing, and evaluating thematic learning for class III Elementary School. (SD) Al Fitrah Malang.
The research that the author did was included in a qualitative descriptive study using a case study approach. In the course of data collection, the authors used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the analysis, the author uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique in the form of a picture with words or sentences that are separated according to the category of research data in order to get a conclusion, a picture with words or sentences in an inductive way.
The results of the research conducted by the author can be conveyed here, that the implementation of thematic learning for grade III Elementary School (SD) Al Fithrah Malang has not implemented thematic learning as a whole. This can be seen especially in the evaluation of learning which is still using per subject, not holistically and integrated

تنفيذ التعلم الموضوعي هو تطبيق أو تنفيذ للتعلم من خطة تنفيذ التعلم التي تم إعدادها مسبقًا بناءً على تكامل العديد من المواد التعليمية من معايير الكفاءة المختلفة والكفاءات الأساسية من مادة واحدة أو عدة مواد في عملية تفاعل الطلاب مع المعلمين ومصادر التعلم في بيئة التعلم.
بناءً على الخلفية المذكورة أعلاه ، فإن المشكلات التي تنشأ هي: (1) كيف يتم تخطيط التعلم الموضوعي في الصف الثالث بمدرسة الفطرة الإبتدائية مالانج ؟ (2) كيف يتم تنفيذ التعلم الموضوعي في الصف الثالث الابتدائي الفطرة الإبتدائية مالانج.؟ (3) كيف يتم تقييم نتائج التعلم الموضوعي في الصف الثالث بمدرسة الفيثرة الابتدائية مالانج؟
الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو وصف تنفيذ التعلم الموضوعي الذي يشمل التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقييم لتعلم الصف الثالث في الفطرة الإبتدائية مالانج ، لمعرفة ما هي عقبات أو مشاكل التعلم الموضوعي والتي تشمل التخطيط والتنفيذ و تقييم التعلم الموضوعي للصف الثالث الابتدائي. الفطرة مالانج.
تم تضمين البحث الذي قام به المؤلف في دراسة وصفية نوعية باستخدام منهج دراسة الحالة. في سياق جمع البيانات ، استخدم المؤلفون طرق المراقبة والمقابلات والتوثيق. أما بالنسبة للتحليل ، فقد استخدم المؤلف أسلوب التحليل الوصفي النوعي على شكل صورة مع كلمات أو جمل مفصولة حسب فئة بيانات البحث من أجل الحصول على خاتمة ، صورة بها كلمات أو جمل بطريقة استقرائية. .
