    Effect of Ultrasonic Bonding Parameters on the Contact Resistance and Bondability Performances of CIGS Thin Film Photovoltaic Solar Panel

    This article aims to investigate the optimal ultrasonic bonding parameter namely bonding pressure, bonding energy, and bonding amplitude that can minimize the contact resistance (R-c), maximize the peel strength, and identify the possible failure modes of ultrasonic Al bond on Mo back contact layer of copper indium gallium (de)selenide (CIGS) thin-film photovoltaic (TFPV) solar panel. The transmission line method was used to measure R-c and a peel test was carried out to measure the peel strength and the possible failure modes of ultrasonic Al bond on the Mo layer. Design of experiment using D-optimal method was utilized to evaluate the effect of the ultrasonic bonding parameter toward the R-c and peel strength of the Al bond on the Mo layer. Individual and combination of the ultrasonic bonding parameter have a significant effect on the quality of Al bonds on Mo back contact layer of CIGS TFPV solar panel. Possible failure modes could be identified through the application of the higher value of individual ultrasonic bonding parameter while keeping constant other bonding parameters and through the qualitative result of the load-displacement profile obtained from the peel test. However, sample 2 with bonding pressure of 3 bar, bonding energy of 20 Ws, and bonding amplitude of 7.7 mu m is the best-optimized bonding parameter window that can be applied to obtain ultrasonic Al bond with lower R-c and higher peel strength.     Report entitled wall construction is provided by me to explain about the construction of wall at construction sites that I have learned. I obtained all the information based on the observation and research done by me during the practical training for 5 months at construction sites. This report consists of the company background and the background of the project construction, the place where I go for practical training of a housing development company and Properties at Strata Merge (M) Sdn. Bhd. and projects that are being developed, namely 64 units of single storey terrace houses. Theory in this report will describe in detail the wall construction at sites. The observation and experience during monitoring of construction work performed by workers on site. Besides that, I provide observations about the work ethics wrong when working on site as well as suggestions to solve the problem. In conclusion, I hope this report provided greater convenience to the reader to learn and understand more about wall construction methods at construction sites and matters associated with it and I hope this report can be used as guides in the foreseeable come

    This research is conduct to carry out “Determinants of employee turnover intention in Samsung Corning Precision Materials (M) Sdn Bhd”. The main objective is to measure and identify the most factor that influencing employee’s intention to quit in the organization. It consists of three (3) factors which are work environment, job satisfaction and organization commitment. At this research nonprobability sampling techniques and simple random techniques were used to get the data required. Population of the research was employees of Samsung Corning Precision Materials (M) Sdn Bhd and the sampling frame is the employee of Samsung Corning Precision Materials (M) Sdn Bhd, Senawang. About 70 from 80 respondents were getting from the research to help for accomplish this research by answering the questionnaires that had been distributed to them. All the data collected through the questions were analyzed systematically by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The conclusion of this study was the outcomes from the data analysis and findings. Through the research, a clear finding and results are observed. The finding showed work environment is the most factors that contribute turnover in the organization

This research was conducted to identify the general condition of flooding problems in the city of Medan and its causes as well as flood prevention needs based on these general conditions.     A study on the acoustical absorption behavior of coir fiber using miki model

    Sound absorption capacity of natural coir fiber collected from coconut husk has been explored and predicted using Miki's empirical model. Experiments are conducted in impedance tube to validate the analytical outcomes for three samples having different thickness backed with and without air gap. Results show that the empirical model can estimate the absorption coefficient of coir fiber favourably well and shows higher accuracy than the Delany-Bazley model. Discrepancies between the predicted and measured absorption coefficient is very low although some inevitable irregularities is observed in the peak positions. However, presented Miki model can evaluate the overall acoustic behavior of coir fiber. This approach can be considered as a very simple and preliminary analytical solution for coir fiber acoustical characterization without considering several physical parameters of porous media. Paddere, M.Soc, SC, Ak dan Drd. M. Achyar Ibrahim, Ak)\ud Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara kerja anggaran fleksibel sebagai alat bantu pengendalian biaya produksi di PT. Semen Tonasa Pangkep, dengan menganalisis besarnya realisasi anggaran fleksibel sebagai alat bantu pengendalian biaya produksi di PT. Semen Tonasa Pangkep.\ud Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan membandingkan anggaran statis dan fleksibel serta melakukan perhitungan anggaran dan realisasi biaya produksi.\ud Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap menyusun anggaran biaya produksi pada PT. Semen Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep dengan menggunakan anggaran statisnya didasari pada tingkat aktivitas 3.826.600 ton tetapi yang terjadi (realisasi) sebesar 3.527.246 ton. Hal ini tidak menguntungkan karena realisasi tidak sesuai dengan target, yang disebabkan adanya keterlambatan teknis, kerusakan mesin, pembatasan suplai bahan baku sehingga mempengaruhi total biaya produksi.\ud Sedangkan dari hasil analisis varians biaya produksi untuk anggaran biaya bahan baku langsung terjadi selisih yang favorabel (menguntungkan) sebesar Rp.9.948.963.807,42, sedangkan varians biaya tenaga kerja langsung terjadi selisih yang unfavorable (merugikan) sebesar Rp.226.687.500, begitupula dengan varians biaya overhead pabrik yang unfavorabel sebesar Rp.18.741.716,- Oleh karena itulah perusahaan perlu memperbaiki pelaksanaan penyusunan anggaran biaya tenaga kerja langsung dan biaya overhead pabrik dalam pengendalian biaya produksi semen
