National education of a harmoniously developed personality of younger generation: practical experience of the teacher and politician Sabir Shayakhmetovich Ziganshin
In this article, the author reveals an urgent problem of modern society and state – the formation of a harmoniously developed personality of younger generation. The author focuses on national education, which at the regional level contributes to the formation of such a model of personality. She gives specific definitions of the concept of «national education» by projecting this category through the past and modern parallels. As an example, she reveals the concept of national education, developed and practically implemented by an outstanding teacher and politician of the Republic of Bashkortostan in the 70-ies of the XX century Sabir Shayakhmetovich Ziganshin. Puts the following ideas into the basis of the national education of a harmoniously developed student's personality: the formation of a personality based on the historical past and culture of his people, folk pedagogy, knowledge and ability to use his native language in the process of communication, labor education, and the construction of the educational process through the integration of regular and extracurricular activities. The model of national education became the main foundations in the formation of the national-regional education system of Bashkortostan, which is relevant to this day, and requires reassessment by modern scientists and pedagogical community. Studying the phenomenon of national education of a harmoniously developed personality and the introduction of S.Sh. Ziganshin's pedagogical ideas today would be an important step in achieving the strategic objectives set for school education and society
Smart Molecular Recognition: From Key-to-Lock Principle to Memory-Based Selectivity
© Copyright © 2020 Gatiatulin, Ziganshin and Gorbatchuk. The formation and decomposition of inclusion compounds with a solid-solid phase transition may be very selective to the guest molecular structure. This selectivity may function in essentially different ways than defined by the classical concept of molecular recognition, which implies the preferential binding of complementary molecules. Solid inclusion compounds may take part as an initial or/and final state in several processes of different types summarized in this review, which selectivity is boosted by cooperativity of participating molecular crystals. Some of these processes resemble switching electronic devices and can be called smart giving practically absolute molecular recognition
Pathogenic treatment of the inflammatory diseases of the urogenital tract in women of reproductive age

This paper discusses one of the important gynecological issues, inflammatory diseases of the urogenital tract caused by opportunistic microbes. The treatment and long-term control over these conditions are challenging and depend on their occurrence and high risk of complications. Impaired local anti-infectious protection is one of the risk factors of chronic inflammation. Since the disease may recur even after successful treatment, domestic and foreign authors increasingly focus on immunotherapy as a part of complex strategy and isolated entity. Local immunotherapy may prevent recurrences and activate host defense. This paper describes the management of two women with mixed infections. The first woman with chronic recurrent inflammation (cervicitis caused by U. urealyticum, vulvovaginal candidiasis, and aerobic vaginitis) in whom prior etiological therapy was ineffective received immunotherapy which resulted in long-term remission. The second woman with coexistent papillomavirus infection (genital warts) and bacterial vaginosis received immunotherapy and topical etiological treatment. As a result, clinical symptoms, the size and number of genital warts reduced which greatly facilitated their chemical destruction.
Keywords: genital tract, urogenital infections, papillomavirus infection, bacterial vaginosis, local immunity, biofilms.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Urogenital trichomoniasis in women: state-of-the-art and treatment issues

Currently, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and urogenital infections are an important clinical, epidemiological, and pharmacoeconomic issue of public health. Urogenital trichomoniasis is the most common STI caused by Trichomonas vaginalis, flagellar parasite which affects human urogenital tract. In 10% to 50% of patients with trichomoniasis infection is asymptomatic.
In women, major complications of trichomoniasis are pelvic inflammatory disease (i.e.m salpingoophoritis, endometritis, pelviperitonitis, cystitis, and pyelonephritis) and unfavorable effects on the pregnancy and its outcomes.
5-nitroimidazols are the only approved drug class for urogenital trichomoniasis.
Aim: To compare clinical microbiological efficacy of metronidazole and ornidazole for urogenital trichomoniasis in women.
Patients and Methods: 47 women aged 19–42 years with urogenital trichomoniasis were enrolled in this short-term open prospective randomized strudy. All patients were subdivided into two groups. 23 women (group I) received metronidazole 500 mg twice a day for 7 days. 24 women (group II) received ornidazole 500 mg twice a day for 5 days. Control group included 25 healthy women. Native smear microscopy, PCR, and ELISA were applied.
Results: Before treatment, all women reported on complaints of foul-smelling vaginal discharge, genital burning and itching. Clinical laboratory signs of inflammation, deep suppression of residential lactoflora, and significant increase in pro-inflammatory cytokine levels in vaginal discharge were revealed.
Conclusions: ornidazole 500 mg twice a day for 5 days has demonstrated high efficacy and safety for urogenital trichomoniasis in women of reproductive age. This medication provides more significant decrease in pro-inflammatory cytokine levels in vaginal discharge and do not suppress resident vaginal flora.
Keywords: Trichomonas vaginalis, urogenital trichomoniasis, proinflammatory cytokines, lactoflora, treatment, diagnosis, ornidazole, metronidazole.

Fluoroquinolones and Aortic Diseases: Is There a Connection
Fluoroquinolones (FQs) are one of the most commonly prescribed classes of anti- biotics. Their high tissue distribution and broad-spectrum antibacterial coverage make their use very attractive in numerous infectious diseases. Although generally well tolerated, FQs have been associated with different adverse effects including dysgly- cemia and arrhythmias. FQs have been also associated with a series of adverse effects related to collagen degradation, such as Achilles tendon rupture and retinal detach- ment. Recently, an association between consumption of FQs and increased risk of aortic aneurysm and dissection has been proposed. This article reviews the pathogen- esis of thoracic aortic diseases, the molecular mechanism of FQ-associated collagen toxicity, and the possible contribution of FQs to aortic diseases

Do coronary aneurysms cause symptoms? Can coronary aneur- ysms rupture? How do we treat coronary aneurysms
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
