Kepemimpinan Partisipatif (Shared Leadership) Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di MI NU Imaduddin Hadiwarno Tahun 2019
No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: 1) Kepemimpinan Partisipatif (Shared Leadership) Kepala Madrasah di MI NU Imaduddin Hadiwarno tahun 2019, 2) Mutu Pendidikan di MI NU Imaduddin Hadiwarno tahun 2019, dan 3) Implementasi Kepemimpinan Partisipatif (Shared Leadership) dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di MI NU Imaduddin Hadiwarno tahun 2019.
Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dan studi kasus dengan teknik pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data primer bersumber dari informan kunci, yaitu: 1) Kepala Madrasah, 2) Wakil Kepala, 3) Guru Kelas. Sementara informan pendukung, yaitu: 1) Tenaga Kependidikan dan 2) Pengurus Yayasan. Teknik pengumpulan data: (1) wawancara; (2) observasi; dan (3) dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data melalui Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian kualitatif meliputi uji credibility (validitas internal), transferability (validitas eksternal), dependability (reliabilitas) dan confirmability (Objektifitas). Teknik análisis data yang meliputi: (1) Reduksi Data; (2) Penyajian Data, dan (3) Verifikasi. Uji kredibilitas data meliputi: perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, mengadakan pengecekan data dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Kepala MI NU Imaduddin Hadiwarno telah memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan dan kompetensi yang seharusnya dimiliki oleh seorang kepala madrasah, selalu memberikan saat penerimaan peserta didik baru, serta membimbing dan mengarahkan para guru untuk selalu lebih baik. 2) Mutu pendidikan di MI NU Imaduddin meliputi: memiliki prestasi yang lebih di banding sekolah atau madrasah sekitar, menjaga kualitas di bidang lulusan. 3) Kepemimpinan partisipatif kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di MI NU Imaduddin Hadiwarno meliputi: Pertama, kepala madrasah menyusun program dan kegiatan, merumuskan rencana angggaran sekolah, serta merumuskan rencana kerja tahunan sekolah. Kedua, Pengarahan dilaksanakan dengan mengedepankan sikap ramah dan penuh perhatian, sabar dan membantu, memperlihatkan simpati, dan pemberian motivasi. Ketiga, Pengawasan dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah melalui kegiatan monitoring atau sepervisi akademik dengan menggunakan teknik supervisi individual dengan pendekatan secara langsung melalui kunjungan kelas sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang telah dibuat secara berkelanjutan

Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan metode In The News terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal siswa.
1. Metode In 111eNews dalam kategori baik dalam membawa artikel (siswa), menggunakan berita utama sebagai studi kasus (guru), mendiskusikan artikel (siswa), mengambil poin penting (siswa) dan menggunakan informasi untuk mengembangkan diskusi (siswa). Hal ini terlihat dari rata rata metode in the news sebesar 64,55 termasuk dalam interval 53 - 68 dengan kategori baik
2. Kecerdasan interpersonal dalam kategori baik dalam kemampuan menangani perselisihan, bekerjasama, memimpin diskusi, memotivasi orang lain dan percaya diri. Hal ini terlihat dari rata-rata kecerdasan interpersonal sebesar 69,20 termasuk dalam interval 56 - 72 dengan kategori baik
3. Metode in the news berpengaruh terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal. Terlihat dari nilai F hitung sebesar 66,478 yang lebih besar dari F table 3,972 sehingga hipotesis yang menyatakan Ada pengaruh anatara metode In the news terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal siswa pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak kelas VIII di MTs N 2 Kudus diterima dengan besaran pengaruh 47,7
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
