Pengaruh Penggunaan Sinbiotik Bakteri Asam Laktat dan Daun Cincau terhadap Performa Broiler
Symbiotics in this study consisted of probiotics lactic acid bacteria (BAL) and prebiotics grass jelly leaves. This study aims to examine the effect of various levels of symbiotics on drinking water on the broiler performance. One hundred birds of Day Old Chick (DOC) were divided into 5 groups of treatments. The treatments were R1: drinking water without antibiotics and natural symbiotics, R2: drinking water with AGP, R3: drinking water with natural symbiotics (2%), R4: drinking water with natural symbiotics (4%), R5: drinking water with natural symbiotics (6%). The variables observed were feed consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion. The use of 2% natural symbiotics gives a lower average value of feed consumption and feed conversion compared to the use of natural symbiotics 4% and 6%. The use of 2% natural symbiotics in drinking water also provides higher body weight gain compared to the use of natural symbiotics 4% and 6%. Pemanfaatan Onggok Fermentasi (Casapro) Terhadap Keempukan Daging Itik Pedaging
Duck meat has a fishy smell weakness, tough and a higher fat content, but it has the advantage of a high content of protein and low in calories. Factors that cause the meat is that it contains a lot of connective tissue protein, collagen has a structure that is very complex and overlap. Factors that cause the meat is that it contains a lot of connective tissue protein, collagen has a structure that is very complex and overlap. One of the efforts that can be used to degrade the connective tissue protein structures is to use agricultural waste products of fermentation results. One agricultural materials such as waste that is possible can be used as a source of carbohydrate is cassava (casapro)which is agro waste. This research result of industrial waste utilizing cassava starch by fermentation. Animals used were male duck and the treatment used is P0 without the addition of fermented cassava (casapro) in the ration and the addition of cassava fermentation treatment P1 (casapro) 5% in the ration. The results obtained during 1.5 months of maintenance are produced using fermentation of cassava in the ration effect on meat tenderness level based on the test panel and the use of meat tenderness. Keywords: duck meat, cassava (casapro), test panelists, meat tenderness

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Perbaikan Penampilan Produksi Ayam Pedaging dengan Penambahan Ekstraksi Temulawak Pelarut Ethanol
Broiler is been developed anymal as a source of animal protein needs. Various feed additif given to broiler to spur additional growth as well as feed and medicine. One of the diseases that are immunosuppressed chickens is coccidiosis. Chickens infected with coccidiosis will show symptoms of diarrhea, emaciation and intestinal damage simultaneously, thus reducing the rate of growth in chickens. With the ability of anti-diarrhea and anti-inflammatory turmeric is expected to be an alternative for the treatment and prevention of coccidiosis in particular and general gastrointestinal disease in chickens. The purpose of this study was to determine the activity of ginger are extracted with solvent water to the broiler performance infected by Eimeria maxima. The results showed that administration of turmeric extraction with ethanol can increase body weight gain, feed efficiency and lower feed conversion value is better than giving solvent extraction of turmeric with water. turmeric extraction with ethanol was not effect to blood diferentiation but decrease level of total cholesterol, trigliserida, HDL, dan LDL on serum Keywords: performance, broiler, Eimeria maxima, turmeric</jats:p
