Motorcycles are considered as one of the most popular mode of transportation in Malaysia. It is used by people of all ages and gender. However, there are some common problems faced by majority of the motorcyclist when using key based system. One of the problems faced is misplacing the keys or loss of the keys. Besides, the kick starter that exist in current motorcycles is not convenient to certain users particularly women and elderly people where it needs a high energy to start the motorcycles. In order to solve the problem a new product called Keyless Bike Starter (KBS) is designed and developed using the Internet of Things (IoT) and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. The KBS will replace the old method of starting the motorcycles with RFID scanner and smartphone. These technologies can help to overcome the above mention problems whereby the motorcycles will automatically start when the registered access card is being scanned through the scanner. The motorcycles can also be started by using an application on user smartphones whereby the button on the application need to be triggered to start up the motorcycle. Without the registered access card and the correct smartphone, the motorcycles cannot be started

Technology regards to Oil and Gas industries has developed very fast on par with the research and development activity. Back to 1930s, directional drilling is not a very common method for drilling, but not for nowadays especially on the offshore field, many operators prefer to use the directional drilling technology in order to save cost without having to build another drilling platform which is very expensive. Therefore, it is important to have a very accurate tool in determining a very good precise value of inclination and azimuth of the wellbore during drilling operation. By obtaining the precise inclination and azimuth, the driller will then use that particular data to calculate the wellbore trajectory and determine the exact position and location of the wellbore. Based on the available methods of survey calculation, the author will use the most simple and common methods in analyzing the well trajectory of Well X. The Author will also calculate the absolute error for each of the method in order to determine which method is the most suitable to be apply for Well X. The results indicate the minimum of curvature method have the smallest error follow by the average tangential method accordingl

The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number KM 65 of 2009 concerning the Standard of Non-Convention Vessels (Non Convention Vessel Standard) Flagged by Indonesia in a criminal act of shipping in Sorong Waters. The author uses a normative legal approach with a descriptive analysis method. The descriptive analysis method is an analysis method that focuses on case problems, then linked to existing legal principles and conclusions are drawn from the analysis. The data collection technique uses a secondary data collection method consisting of primary legal materials in the form of legal regulations or the results of judges' decisions that have been final and binding, and secondary legal materials in the form of scientific research journals compiled by legal experts. In this study, the author found that there had been a waiver of the KM 65 of 2009 regulation by the judge in a case of a criminal act of shipping violation with Decision number: 267 / Pid.B / 2023 / PN Son. In this mn case, the judge made a mistake by not conducting a thorough examination. The judge's mastery of shipping regulations is considered very weak. The judge has the authority to ask the public prosecutor to present an expert, namely the Harbor Master, to request expert information and also clarification on the Sailing Approval Letter that has been issued by him. There are quite a lot of shipping regulations so that the presence of an expert is needed to provide input to the judge on the technical regulations of the ship. Law enforcers in Indonesia are accustomed to focusing their views on a regulation at the level of the Law which already contains sanctions and types of violations. Therefore, the author is of the opinion that the regulation KM 65 of 2009 concerning the Indonesian-flagged Non-Convention Vessel Standard must be formed at the level of the Law and the presence of an expert in the legal field is needed to explain clear legal regulations so as to minimize the judge's error in a regulation. These two things must be done so that the case of ignoring the regulation KM 65 of 2009 does not happen again, and the economic activities of shipping are not disrupted due to incorrect law enforcement
