No full textQuesto saggio vuole affrontare il tema dell’autorità legittima analizzando alcuni temi essenziali per comprendere sul piano filosofico-politico la visione del pensiero cristiano sull’autorità politica. In particolare, si esamineranno alcuni fondamenti teorici e le giustificazioni etiche dell’autorità legittima, mettendo in evidenza le linee filosofiche che sottostanno alle dinamiche del potere ed evidenziando in una breve ricostruzione storico-filosofica il dialogo continuo tra la tensione teologica del pensiero cattolico e La giustificazione dell’autorità politica.This essay aims to address the theme of legitimate authority by ana lyzing some essential themes to understand the vision of Christian thought on political authority on a political philosophical level. In particular, some theoretical founda tions and ethical justifications of legitimate authority will be examined, highlighting the philosophical lines underlying the dynamics of power and highlighting in a brief historical-philosophical reconstruction the continuous dialogue between the theo logical tension of Catholic thought and the justification of political authority

General color creamy yellow, with patchy yellow pattern and irregular hypodermal ivory markings on crown and pronotum. Crown with castaneous brown hypodermal spots at lateral sides of midline; coronal suture distinct to total medial length of crown. Face shiny, whitish yellow in tint, without any prominent streaks or spots. Pronotum with irregular hypodermal ivory markings on anterior margin and near on lateral margins; posterior margin grayish brown. Basal stripe of scutellum, base of forewing and posterior margin of pronotum castaneous brown. Leg and body venter whitish yellow. Forewing with castaneous brown band at middle; apical cells with smoky pattern, without any dark brown spot. Hindwing hyaline. Second sternal apodeme in male with posterior lobes well developed, divergent to each other, exceeding 4th sternite. Male genitalia. Pygofer lobe broad basally; dorsal margin gradually narrowed apically; posterior margin roundly produced apically, not slanting downward at posterior angle, bearing numerous setae on posterior surface. Subgenital plate with long macrosetae on upper margin distally. Style long, widened and truncate apically, with preapical lobe prominent. Connective Y-shaped, broadened with strong divergent branches. Aedeagal shaft tubular, without any basal process, gradually narrowed to bi-lobed fan-like boarding in apical part; gonopore apical. Length. Male 3.4−3.6 mm, female 3.4−3.6 mm. Material examined. Korea, Gangwon Province: 1 male, Balgyosan, on Quercus sp., 23.IX.2016, Y.J. No full textThe solidarity pact constitutes one of the main justifications of the social pact and establishes the relationship of sharing in public costs between the state and the citizen, for this reason its philosophical and legal origins will be examined. In particular, the theories that justify this social contract are analysed, starting from Rawl's neo-contractualism and his theory of social justice, highlighting some limits of rawlsian rationalist realism, to identify a further justification, beyond the formalism of the veil of ignorance

No full textIl contributo intende riflettere sul tema dell'esperienza e su come rendere l’esperienza educativa e come apprendere da essa. Educare implica essere inseriti e implicati in esperienze con un alto tasso di problematicità, in quanto l’agire educativo ha spesso a che fare con esperienze uniche, differenti le une dalle altre e per le quali non ci sono predefinite linee di azione. L’educatore e il formatore, pertanto, sono chiamati a rileggere le proprie esperienze, le proprie pratiche, al fine di coglierne il significato. Essi, inoltre, sono chiamati a favorire, con intenzionalità, esperienze che siano educative per l’educando e la persona in formazione.
A tale riguardo, si propone per il professionista dell’educazione un processo a più fasi: riflettere sull’esperienza, ricercandone il senso; narrare l’esperienza, renderla comunicabile; trasformare l’esperienza, attivando cambiamenti e modificazioni nelle pratiche; condividere l’e- sperienza, favorendo un confronto con altri. Oltre a ciò, risulta importante riconoscere come poter agire sull’esperienza critica, giungendo al potenziamento delle risorse, in un’ottica di empowerment
