Get PDFThis study is aimed to understand if there is a connection between leadership style, compensation and organizational culture towards the loyalty of private junior high school teachers in Batam Island. The research is a quantitative research in which author gathers information by spreading questionnaires to the private high school teachers in Batu Aji, Batam Island. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. Through the research and the analysis, we can finally conclude that it is indeed true that there is a connection in leadership style and teacher’s loyalty. Aside from that, there are also a connections between compensation and teacher’s loyalty, organizational culture to teacher’s loyalty and a connection in the three variables to the teacher’s loyalty. The highest impact in ascending order is received from leadership style, organizational culture and at the least the compensation in where the teacher is working

Inovatif penyusunan bahan ajar berbasis blended learning menjadikan bahan bagi mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran blended learning berlangsung. Adapun, maksud dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pada buku ajar Kalkulus Diferensial berbasis blended learning. Pendekatan penelitian berupa deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket, tes dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini berupa deskriptif kuantitatif berupa persentase dan analisis deskripsi kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Efektivitas pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis blended learning ini dikatakan efektif dari kacamata dosen pengampu dan mahasiswa yang dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar, motivasi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa pendidikan matematika. THE ROLE OF DIGITAL FORENSICS IN THE PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION
Get PDFIn this era, technological developments have a significant influence in business. However, many taxpayers abuse the use of technology to commit fraud. Therefore, there needs to be a system that can filter and detect data of taxpayers who commit fraud. This research is conducted to analyze digital forensics' role in dealing with fraud and to determine the critical success factors that support the digital forensics in detecting fraud. This study uses qualitative reasearch where the author wanted to find out the role of Digital Forensics in the Preliminary Evidence Examination by interviewing the digital forensic officer in one of Tax Offices in Indonesia. The result proves that the role of digital forensics in the preliminary Investigation is crucial. The management and development of digital data can be carried out effectively with valid evidence through Digital Forensic activities (UU ITE). The skill of Digital Forensics officer in using programs to process data is essential in getting evidence. Taxpayer participation is also important in gathering evidence. The amount of digital evidence collected will be used through analysis and development by using chain of custody method, where this method can ensure the integrity of the data processed to convince the court in making decisions.

spread of Islam in Mandailing Natal. Sheikh Abdul Halim Khatib is a major
scholar figure who is quite well known in Mandailing Natal and its
surroundings. However, the role of Sheikh Abdul Halim Khatib in developing
the religion of Islam, especially in Purbabaru, the people there participated in
many recitations, and the people there were more active in religion. The
researcher aims to find out the historical process of the entry and
development of Islam in Mandailing Natal, the life of Sheikh Abdul Halim
Khatib and his role in the development of Islam in Mandailing Natal and the
writings of Sheikh Abdul Halim Khatib in spreading Islam in Mandailing. The
research that the author is doing is field research using historical research
methods, and this research was conducted in Purbabaru Village, Lembah Sorik
Marapi District, Mandailing Natal Regency, and the informants in this study
were Musthafawiyah alums who were considered more knowledgeable about
the role of Sheikh Abdul Halim Preacher. Sheikh Abdul Halim Khatib's
relationship with the community is different from that of his teacher, Sheikh
Musthafa Husein because he teaches more in the classroom, such as giving
recitations at home to the community and his students on a scheduled basis,

A review of empirical evidence on gender differences in nonland agricultural inputs, technology, and services in developing countries
Get PDFThis paper reviews existing microeconomic empirical literature on gender differences in use, access, and adoption of nonland agricultural inputs in developing countries. This review focuses on four key areas: (1) technological resources, (2) natural resources, (3) human resources, and (4) social and political capital. In general, there has been more empirical research on inorganic fertilizer, seed varieties, extension services, and group membership than on tools and mechanization, life-cycle effects, and political participation. Across input areas, generally men have higher input measures than women; however, this finding is often sensitive to the use of models that control for other background factors, as well as the type of gender indicator implemented in the analysis. We find few studies that meet our inclusion criteria outside Sub-Saharan Africa.
