Rechtsvacuum in the Capital Market Regulation in Indonesia, A Case: The Embezzlement of Customers Funds by PT. Sarijaya Permana Sekuritas.Tbk.
Get PDFThe activities in the capital market have given an important influence on economic conditions in Indonesia. The capital market is one of the rapidly growing business areas. This resulted in the various crimes in the capital market which come up with diverse strategies. This happened in the case of embezzlement committed by the company in Indonesia. One of which is the embezzlement committed by directors and commissioners of Sarijaya Permana Sekuritas Company. The offense is not spesific regulated in The Act Number. 8 of 1995 about the Capital Market. This condition causes the confusion in the settlement of the case, that there is a rechtsvacuum. The author wants to analyse about how is the juridical analysis of rechtsvacuum in the embezzlement case of customers funds by Sarijaya Permana Sekuritas Company, and how is the law that should be used in the settlement of the case. This research is conducted with the study of documentation, namely collecting and researching of legal materials through a search of legal literatures by analyzing a legal decision from the court about the crime in the capital market, based on the Act and the related rules. In addition, the authors conclude that there is a rechtsvacuum in the case. In the consideration of the judgement, the judges stated that the defendant is proved guilty based on the judgement of the criminal case, but this case is a specific offence in the capital market and should be applied the Act of Capital Market. In Fact, In the Act of Capital Market has not the article about the embezzlement, with the result that in this case should be used the Criminal Code. Depending on these conditions, the regulations of capital market need to be revisited because there are some offenses are unregulated. Furthermore, the supervision by authority is important and needs to be tightened.
Pengaruh Koleksi, Sarana dan Prasarana Serta Kualitas Layanan Perpustakaan Terhadap Kepuasan Pemustaka pada Perpustakaan Umum Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi
Get PDFPerpustakaan umum sebagai lembaga layanan publik harus senantiasa mampu memenuhi harapan masyarakat dan melaksanakan berbagai upaya untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada pemustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh koleksi perpustakaan, sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan, serta kualitas layanan perpustakaan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian, yaitu anggota aktif Perpustakaan Umum Cikarang Utara yang berjumlah 97 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan melalui analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa koleksi perpustakaan, sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan, serta kualitas layanan perpustakaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka, yang dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung masing-masing variabel lebih besar daripada ttabel dan nilai signifikansi masing-masing variabel kurang dari 0.05. Besarnya pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap kepuasan pemustaka, secara parsial maupun simultan, adalah 88.5%, 87.3%, 89.7% dan 94.1%. Hal ini menunjukkan apabila perpustakaan melakukan pengembangan koleksi sesuai harapan pemustaka, menjaga kenyamanan pemustaka melalui pengadaan dan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan, maka tingkat kepuasan pemustaka sebagai tujuan layanan perpustakaan dapat meningkat

Salah satunya adalah Kusuma Fitness Center Kusuma Agrowisata Hotel kota Batu yang menyediakan layanan jasa kesehatan dalam bentuk fitness center. Akan tetapi belum diketahui bagaimana bagaimana tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap layanan jasa yang disediakan oleh Kusuma Finess Center Kusuma Agrowisata Hotel kota Batu. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas jasa pelayanan di Kusuma Fitness Center Kusuma Agrowisata Batusehingga dapat dijadikan acuan oleh managemen dan pegawai Kusuma Fitness Center untuk membuat layanan jasa yang diberikan semakin baik. Rancangan penelitian berupa rancangan survei bentuk deskriptif, populasinya adalah konsumen aktif Kusuma Fitness Center, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling yaitu konsumen Kusuma Fitness Center yang dijumpai saat dilakukan pengumpulan data dan instrumen tes menggunakan angket, pengumplan data menggunakan teknik pengukuran non tes berupa angket, analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yang memperoleh data bahwa untuk sub variabel tangibles (berwujud) diperoleh hasil data 16,6% responden merasa “Sangat Puas”, 46,2% responden merasa “Puas”, 31% responden merasa “Tidak Puas” dan 6,3% responden merasa “Sangat Tidak Puas”. Reliability (keajegan) diperoleh 39,5% responden merasa “Sangat Puas”, 54,7% responden merasa “Puas”, 5,6% responden merasa “Tidak Puas” dan 0,2% responden yang merasa “Sangat Tidak Puas”.Responsiveness (tanggap) diperoleh 31,7% responden merasa “Sangat Puas”, 54,5% responden merasa “Puas”, 9,3% responden merasa “Tidak Puas dan 4,5% responden merasa “Sangat Tidak Puas”. Assurance (jaminan) hasil penelitian diperoleh 28,1% responden merasa sangat “Puas”, 56% responden merasa “Puas”, 11,4% responden merasa “Tidak Puas” dan 4% responden yang merasa “Sangat Tidak Puas”. Empathy (kemudahan) diperoleh 42,6% responden merasa “Sangat Puas”, 47,8% responden merasa “Puas”, 5,8 responden merasa “Tidak Puas” dan 3,8% responden merasa “Sangat Tidak Puas”. Abstrak: Meskipun penelitian tentang budaya dalam
Pendidikan Islam terus berkembang, masih terdapat
keterbatasan kajian sistematis yang menganalisis tren global
dan keterbaharuan dalam integrasi budaya Islam di sekolah
menengah atas. Dari banyaknya penelitian mengenai Budaya
dalam Pendidikan Islam, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menganalisis
perkembangan,
tren,
dan menemukan
keterbaharuan publikasi dan penelitian ilmiah mengenai
integrasi budaya Islam dalam Pendidikan Islam di sekolah
menengah atas di seluruh dunia dalam rentang waktu 2019
2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam karya ini
adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan teknik olah
data Analisis Bibliometrik, yang menghasilkan data inklusi
sebanyak 32 artikel dari 150 artikel yang terindeks di Scopus,
yang kemudian divisualisasikan menggunakan perangkat
berupa artikel ilmiah yang terindeks Scopus dan dipilih
menggunakan perangkat lunak Covidence. Teknik analisis

VOSviewer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tren penulisan
terbanyak pada tahun 2021 adanya penurunan sitasi pada
tahun 2022-2024. Dari total 10 negara yang berpartisipasi
Indonesia yang paling banyak berkontribusi dan dalam
publikasi terkait topik ini, 66% di antaranya menggunakan
pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan overlay visualization co
occurrence, penelitian dengan topik tambahan seperti

menjadi
keterbaharuan yang muncul hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini
berdampak pada penguatan dasar pengembangan kurikulum
berbasis budaya Islam yang relevan dengan kebutuhan global.
Berdasarkan analisis visualization co-occurrence dalam
penelitian ini, diperlukan studi lanjutan berupa penelitian
lapangan dan longitudinal tentang penerapan budaya Islam
dalam pendidikan yang disesuaikan dengan tantangan global
dan perkembangan pendidikan di era modern.

Abstract: Although research on culture in Islamic Education
continues to grow, there is still a lack of systematic studies
analyzing global trends and innovations in the integration of
Islamic culture in senior high school education. Among the
numerous studies on culture in Islamic Education, this
research aims to analyze the development, trends, and
innovations in publications and scientific research on the
integration of Islamic culture into Islamic Education in senior
high schools worldwide between 2019 and 2024. The research
method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review
(SLR) with bibliometric analysis techniques, resulting in the
inclusion of 32 articles from a total of 150 articles indexed in
Scopus, which were subsequently visualized using VOSviewer
version 1.6.20. The research instrument consists of scientific
articles indexed in Scopus, selected through Covidence
software. Data analysis involved mapping publication trends,
citations, author collaboration, and keyword analysis using
VOSviewer. The analysis shows that the highest number of
publications occurred in 2021, with a decline in citations from
2022 to 2024. Among the 10 countries involved, Indonesia
contributed the most, with 66% of the publications on this topic

employing a qualitative approach. Based on the overlay
visualization of co-occurrence, research topics such as
"Integrating Islamic Values into the Curriculum" and
"Culture-Based Character Education" have emerged as recent
innovations. This research contributes to strengthening the
foundation for developing an Islamic culture-based curriculum
that meets global needs. Based on the co-occurrence
visualization analysis, further research is necessary, including
field and longitudinal studies on the implementation of Islamic
culture in education, adapted to global challenges and the
development of education in the modern era
Contributions to the financial mathematics of energy markets
No full textThis thesis provides several contributions to quantitative finance for energy markets: electricity price modelling, implying oil price volatilities, pricing and hedging of exotic commodity options. Electricity spot prices are characterized by spikes (jumps) because electricity is non-storable. A widely used model for stochastic component of electricity spot prices, a mean-reversion jump-diffusion model, is only partially successful to capture spikes. We propose the so-called potential Lévy model, incorporating a potential function and a class of Lévy process, i.e. those with Α-stable distributions. In this model, after a jump, the potential function has higher mean-reversion rate than the 'normal' mean-reversion rate. Modelling stochastic price fluctuations using an Α-stable distribution has several advantages: disentangling stochastic price fluctuations as a part of stochastic dynamics and jump dynamics, and assumption that the jump inter-arrival times are exponentially distributed are not necessary. This distribution is also heavy-tailed enough to capture spikes. The implied volatility obtained from liquid option prices by inverting the Black-Scholes formula is often considered as the best volatility forecast. The Black-Scholes model assumes a constant volatility for options on the same underlying asset. In practice, the implied volatilities vary across the strike prices and the times to maturity. We develop the so-called semi-parametric model for fitting the implied volatility surface, incorporating the simplicity of a parametric method and the flexibility of a non-parametric method. Such a model can capture the smile, skew or smirk shape and can deal with limited amount of option price data. A basket option is a convenient market risk management tool for a company whose portfolio consists of several assets. The difficulty in valuing basket options is that the weighted sum of log-normal random variables is not log-normally distributed anymore, which is the key assumption in the famous Black-Scholes model. Moreover, a basket may have negative values (if some basket weights are negative). Hence, the Black-Scholes model cannot be applied. To solve this problem, we introduce a so-called GLN (Generalized log-normal) distribution which we can use to approximate a general basket distribution. We propose the so-called GLN approach to valuation and hedging a basket option. The main attractions of this approach are: it is easy to implement since it provides closed form expressions for the basket options price and the greeks, can deal with basket of several assets with negative weights. The GLN approach also allows to obtain the implied correlation between assets in the basket by inverting the closed formula of the basket option's price. Evaluation of the English Coursebook “Bahasa Inggris” for Vocational High School

Keywords: coursebook, content, quality, vocational high school The purpose of this study was to evaluate an English coursebook entitled Bahasa Inggris for Vocational High School XI Grade. This coursebook was choosen because of the coursebook has been used in SMKN 3 Malang for two years and needs to be evaluated. This study aims at evaluating the quality of the content of the coursebook,especially focusing on five aspects which are (1) aims and approaches, (2) language content, (3) language skills, (4) topics and socio-cultural values, and (5) design and organization. A descriptive-qualitative research method was used in this study. In this study, researcher was firstly collecting data from the content of the coursebook using evaluation checklist. Then, the data from the checklist were analysed using the formula that had been set to get the result of each factor score of the coursebook. After that, the data were compared to the experts’ related theory. Predicate on the coursebook fulfillment in a factor was decided through the following grading. Excellent (3.6-4.0), Good (3.0-3.5), Fair (2.0-2.9), Poor (1.0-1.9).The result shows that, based on 1-4 scales, in terms of (1) aims and approach, the coursebook was excellent for it reached 4, (2) language content scored 2.3 and was categorized as fair, (3) language skills was categorized as fair as it rated 2.8, (4) topics and socio-cultural values scored 3.4 and was categorized as good, and (5) design and organization was also good for reaching 3.4 of the level of the fulfillment. Overall, the coursebook was categorized as good for it reached 3.2 of the level of fulfillment. For the coursebook’s improvements, the coursebook’s author is suggested to (1) present more contextualized exercises for grammar, (2) add vocabulary building for students, (3) considering the level of difficulty especially in reading and writing, (4) enrich the contents with cultural awareness, and (5) complete the coursebook with coursebook packages such as material for listening. Finally, for future researchers who want to conduct similar study, it is suggested to evaluate other coursebooks for other grades by taking more specific issue with more detailed instruments. Students’ perspective would give stronger and more valid evaluation toward the level of difficulty of the coursebook’s materials and exercises

Dalam perkembangannya, munculah istilah konten kreator. Konten kreator merupakan orang yang berprofesi untuk membuat suatu konten, baik berupa tulisan, gambar, video, atau suara. Konten dengan menggunakan video merupakan salah satu yang paling popular saat ini. Banyak anak-anak dan remaja yang tertarik dengan aplikasi berkonten video. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berlokasi di RPTRA Alur Dahlia dengan target peserta anak-anak dan remaja RPTRA Alur Dahlia, yang berlokasi di RT 2 RW 7, Kelurahan Tegal Alur Jakarta Barat. Permasalahan yang bisaa terjadi pada anak-anak dan remaja disana adalah intensya atau seringnya anak-anak dan remaja membuka Youtube atau aplikasi yang berkonten video. Entah itu untuk sekedar melihat atau mereka membuat konten video untuk diupload. Oleh karena itu perlu bimbingan dan pelatihan kepada mereka bagaimana membuat konten video yang tidak hanya menarik, tetapi juga mendidik dan bermanfaat untuk sesama. Dari permasalahan tersebut, kami melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di RPTRA Alur Dahlia agar anak-anak disana bisa lebih terbuka wawasannya mengenai aturan pembuatan konten video dan mampu membuat video yang bermanfaat dan berguna untuk masyarakat
