A PILOT RELATIONSHIP OF BOILED WATER OF THE JACK FRUIT LEAF ON MILK FLOW IN POSTPARTUM MOTHERS AT BUDDHACHINARAJ HOSPITAL, PHITSANULOK PROVINCE, THAILAND
This research is a pilot relationship of boiled water of the jack fruit leaf on milk flow in postpartum mothers at Buddhachinaraj Hospital, Phitsanulok Province. Data collection is processed by using a questionnaire to ask general information of postpartum mothers, a questionnaire about palliative care of postpartum mothers 6 hours, and a record form of levels of breast milk flow. It was found that between the amount of drinking boiled water of the jack fruit leaf and the flow of breast milk in the 1st and the 3rd times had positive relationship with Kendall’s tau – b = 0.225 and 0.3777 respectively. The amount of drinking boiled water of the jack fruit leaf in the 3rd time was greater than the 1st time with a statistical significance level of 0.001; t = 7.481, p = 0.001. The level of breast milk flow in the 3rd time was higher than the 1st time with a statistical significance level of 0.001; t = 11.7, p = 0.001. Consequently, drinking boiled water of the jack fruit leaf is related to levels of breast milk flow in postpartum mothers. It is consistent with some studies (Sree Deepthi. G.N, et al., 2017) which stated that jackfruit leaf can be used as a stimulant to encourage breast milk in nursing mothers. Therefore, boiled water of the jack fruit leaf is probably another choice that helps encourage the flow of breast milk

RISK ANALYSIS OF THE SUPPLY CHAIN OF EUCALYPTUS WOOD FOR PULP AND PAPER INDUSTRY USING FMEA
Eucalyptus wood is a major raw material of pulp and paper industry in which the demand is dramatically increased not only in Thailand but also all over the world over the past decades. There are risks that occurred in the supply chain process of eucalyptus wood for pulp and paper industry. A study of the Eucalyptus supply chain and risks associated along the chain could help mitigating any future risks that may potentially harm stakeholders along the supply chain. In this research study, the supply chain of eucalyptus wood for pulp and paper industry was diagnosed and identified. Four main stakeholders in this chain were identified consisted of the eucalyptus seedling developers and sellers, the suppliers, the distribution centers, and the pulp and paper production plants. Potential risks related to each process were identified and classified while using the traditional Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. Then, the risks were prioritized using the Risk Priority Number (RPN). Finally, the study results showed that there were 51 potential risks and out of these, 7 risks were identified as high risks in this supply chain. Those included “Eucalyptus trees are cut too early”, “Farmers’ lack of understanding about how to grow eucalyptus properly”, “Stem size is too small”, “Eucalyptus wood price is highly fluctuated in the market”, “Stock quantity is too low”, “Contaminated soil”, and “Lack of knowledge about quality control.” By understanding these high risks, resources could be invested properly to help all stakeholders within this supply chain
PROGRESSION RATE FROM INTERMEDIATE HYPERGLYCEMIA TO DIABETES MELLITUS ACCORDING TO THE DIFFERENT CUT OFF LEVELS OF FASTING PLASMA GLUCOSE
We estimated the risk of type II diabetes mellitus (T2DM) from different cut-off thresholds of fasting plasma glucose (FPG) used to define prediabetic state. We conducted MEDLINE and Embase literature searches from inception to October 2019 and extracted frequency data on different cut-off levels of FPG for risk of progression to T2DM. Compared to FPG < 100 mg/dl, the relative risk (RR) of T2DM progression was 3.87 (95% CI: 3.74, 4.00) in people with 100 to 109 mg/dl and 13.14 (95% CI: 12.74, 13.56) in people with FPG 110 to 125 mg/dl. Compared to FPG 100 to 109 mg//dl, RR of T2DM progression was 3.39 (95% CI: 3.30, 3.48) in people with FPG 110 to 125 mg/dl. In conclusion, there is an increased risk of T2DM for all FPG cut-offs defining the prediabetic state
ANTIOXIDANT AND CYTOTOXIC ACTIVITY OF ETHANOL FRACTION OF ROSELLE CALYX (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) AGAINST WiDr COLON CANCER CELLS LINE BY IN VITRO AND IN SILICO ASSAY
The incidence of colon cancer in Indonesia is relatively high. Colon cancer treatment has many side effects. Therefore, it is needed to develop colon cancer drugs from natural ingredients such as roselle calyx (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) as chemopreventive to increase efficacy and reduce the side effects. This study aims to identify the potential of ethanol fraction of roselle calyx (FEBR) that contains flavonoid cyanidin-3-sambubioside as antioxidant, cytotoxic, and ability to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. The methods used were in vitro and in silico. Roselle calyx was macerated and fractionated by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) which was used to identify flavonoid in FEBR qualitatively. Antioxidant test of FEBR was measured by DPPH. Cytotoxicity test in WiDr cell line to find out cell viability was conducted by using MTT Assay method. The cell cycle of each cell was analyzed to find out the cell cycle phase by using flowcytometry method. Molecular docking of FEBR with an active compound of cyanidin 3-sambubioside in IKK and VEGF was analyzed by using Autodock Vina method. The TLC result for flavonoid in FEBR showed dark violet and violet spot in UV 366. Antioxidant and cytotoxic tests of FEBR had weak ability with IC50 428 µg/ml and 3127 µg/ml, respectively. Cell cycle inhibition on each cell occurred in the M1 phase. The result of molecular docking showed inhibitory activity of FEBR in IKK and VEGF with affinity energy of -9.6 kcal/mol and -6.7 kcal/mol
