INFLUENCE of polyols on the skin of EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS L.V. Anischenko, V. L. Mykhaylenko, *R. A. Fedorchenko, **N. S. Badiuk Odessa National Medical University *Zaporozhye State Medical University **Ukrainian Scientific and Research Institute of Transport Medicine of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine Abstract In the article the results of experimental studies aimed at identifying of sensitizing and allergenic properties of polyols oral intake of warm-blooded animals. The task of the research stage to assess skin-resorptive action alternative was to obtain answers about the possibility substances penetrate intact skin and cause intoxication of the organism in multiple steps. Found that polyols do not have the skin-resorptive properties. Skin-resorptive effect inherent in all substances lesser degree. Visible symptoms of intoxication in the clinical picture when assessing the penetration of substances through the skin is not detected. Key words: experimental animals, polyols, skin-resorptive effect

Influence of orientation degree of freedom on fission dynamics of higly excited nuclei

Four-dimensional dynamical model was developed and employed for study fission characteristics in a wide range of fissility parameter. The three collective shape coordinates plus the K coordinate, which is the spin of the nucleus with respect to the symmetry (fission) axis, were considered dynamically from the ground state deformation till the scission into fission fragments. A modified one-body mechanism for nuclear dissipation with a reduction coefficient ks of the contribution from a “wall” formula have been used in the study. The four-dimensional calculations for heavy nuclei could describe the fission fragment mass-energy distribution (MED) parameters and prescission neutron multiplicity with almost single ks value, in contrast with 3D dynamical calculations, where a consistent description of all observables with the same ks is not possible for heavy nuclei. The estimation of a dissipation coefficient for the orientation degree of freedom γK = 0.077(MeV zs)−1/2 is good for heavy nuclei and lower value of γK = 0.05(MeV zs)−1/2 is needed for nuclei with mass A ≃ 200. The results of 4D and 3D Langevin dynamical calculations for light nuclei near the Businaro-Gallone point predict close results for the fission fragment MED parameters and prescission particles multiplicities

This article appeared in Chaos 29, 053105 (2019) and may be found at https://doi.org/10.1063/1.5092352.The paper describes the effects of mutual and external synchronization of spiral wave structures in two coupled two-dimensional lattices of coupled discrete-time oscillators. Each lattice is given by a 2D N×N network of nonlocally coupled Nekorkin maps which model neuronal activity. We show numerically that spiral wave structures, including spiral wave chimeras, can be synchronized and establish the mechanism of the synchronization scenario. Our numerical studies indicate that when the coupling strength between the lattices is sufficiently weak, only a certain part of oscillators of the interacting networks is imperfectly synchronized, while the other part demonstrates a partially synchronous behavior. If the spatiotemporal patterns in the lattices do not include incoherent cores, imperfect synchronization is realized for most oscillators above a certain value of the coupling strength. In the regime of spiral wave chimeras, the imperfect synchronization of all oscillators cannot be achieved even for sufficiently large values of the coupling strength.DFG, 163436311, SFB 910: Kontrolle selbstorganisierender nichtlinearer Systeme: Theoretische Methoden und Anwendungskonzept
