No full textThis is the program notes for Wan-Yu Chan\ue2s Clarinet Solo Recital on May 13, 2021. It includes renowned clarinet repertoire from the nineteenth to the twentieth century, requiring both demanding technique, and rich musical expression.
The Stimmungen eines Faus Op. 11 f\uc3\ubcr Klarinette solo by Ilse Fromm-Michaels is a three-movement work with one of the \ue2expression\ue2 which leaves the audiences space of imagination. An important work in the twentieth century, the Concerto Pour clarinette et Orchestre de chambre by Eug\uc3\ua8ne Bozza has challenges to the players with it\ue2s high-level techniques and the unique composition style. Claude Debussy\ue2s Premi\uc3\ua9re Rhapsodie pour clarinette en si b\uc3\ua9mol was commissioned by the Conservatoire national sup\uc3\ua9rieur de musique et de danse de Paris as an examination piece for graduating Clarinet students. The changes of the tempo and the timbre highlight the piece. Alamiro Giampiere\ue2s Il Carnevale di Venezia Capriccio Variato is a theme and variations depicting the happy scenes during the Carnival of Venice. Arthur Honnegger\ue2s Sonatine pour clarinette en la & piano is a three-movement piece. A special technique \ue2Glissando\ue2 is used in his third movement showing a different musical style. 고압 직류 배전 시스템에서의 서버용 전원 장치를 위한 벅-통합형 LLC 공진 컨버터

,[iv, 29 p. :]오늘날 지구 온난화 문제는 나날이 심각 해져 가고 있으며, 각종 자연 재해로 연결되어 큰 문제점으로 인식되고 있다. 이러한 지구 온난화의 원인 중 데이터 센터에서 소모 하는 전력 소모가 큰 비중을 차지 하며, 이러한 상황에서도 데이터 센터는 전세계적으로 증가 하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 데이터 센터의 전력 소모가 급증 하고 있으며, 데이터 센터의 고효율화를 위해 고전압 배전 방식에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행 되어, 이러한 배전 방식에 적합한 서버용 DC/DC 컨버터의 개발 또한 요구 되어 지고 있다.
하프 브리지 LLC 컨버터는 간단한 구조와 일차 측 스위치 들의 낮은 전압 스트레스, 영 전압 스위칭이 가능 하기 때문에 높은 효율을 가지는 토폴로지 이다. 하지만 서버용 전원 장치와 같이 큰 출력 전류를 가지는 어플리케이션에서는 큰 출력 필터 크기로 인하여 사용 할 수 없었다. 하지만 최근에는 출력 필터로 CLC 필터를 적용 함으로써 필터의 사이즈를 저감시켜 서버용 전원 장치에도 널리 사용 되고 있다. 하지만 하프 브리지 LLC 컨버터를 고전압 DC 배전 방식에 적용 시키게 될 경우, 넓은 입력 전압 범위로 인하여 LLC 컨버터는 작은 k값을 갖게 되고, 일차 측에 흐르는 RMS 전류와 턴-오프 전류가 증가 하여 효율이 저감 된다. 높은 효율을 가지기 위해서는 큰 k값을 가지는 LLC 컨버터를 설계하여 일차 측 RMS 전류와 턴-오프 전류를 줄여 주어야 한다. 하지만 큰 k값으로 LLC 컨버터를 설계하는 경우 경 부하 조건에서 입력 전압이 올라 가게 되면, 원하는 전압 이득을 얻을 수 없는 레귤레이션 문제가 발생 하게 된다.
이러한 레귤레이션 문제를 해결하기 위해 프리-레귤레이터인 부스트 컨버터를 이용 하는 방법이 연구되어 왔다. 부스트 컨버터를 이용하여 LLC 컨버터의 입력 전압 범위를 줄여 줌으로써, 높은 k값을 가지는 LLC 컨버터의 설계가 가능 해지고 이에 따라 높은 효율을 얻을 수 있다는 장점을 지닌다. 그러나 효율이 중요시 되는 정격 전압에서 부스트 컨버터가 동작 함에 따라 큰 추가적인 손실이 발생 하게 되고, 또한 추가 되는 부스트 컨버터의 필터 사이즈가 큰 부피를 차지 하기 때문에 낮은 전력 밀도를 초래 한다.
따라서 본 연구에서는 큰 k값으로 LLC 컨버터를 설계하고 이에 따라 발생 하는 레귤레이션 문제를 포스트-레귤레이터인 벅 컨버터를 이용 하여 해결한 컨버터를 제안 한다. 기존의 하프 브리지 LLC 컨버터의 CLC 필터와 벅 컨버터의 구조가 유사하여 간단하게 벅 컨버터를 구현 할 수 있으며, 벅 컨버터의 LC필터와 CLC필터의 통합으로 전력 밀도가 크게 증가 하지 않는다. 또한 효율이 중요시 되는 정격 전압에서 벅 컨버터의 동작 없이 스위치를 온-상태로 유지 시켜 추가 손실을 최소화 할 수 있기 때문에 높은 효율을 달성 할 수 있게 된다.
제안하는 컨버터는 기존의 LLC 컨버터보다 높은 k값으로 설계가 가능하며, 또한 효율이 중요한 정격 전압에서 추가 되는 손실이 크지 않기 때문에 높은 효율을 달성 할 수 있다. 또한 벅 컨버터와 기존의 CLC 필터를 통합 함으로써, 기존에 연구 되었던 부스트-LLC 컨버터 보다 높은 전력 밀도를 지닌다는 것을 알 수 있다. 제안하는 컨버터의 간단한 동작에 대한 분석 및 벅 컨버터의 설계 가이드 라인이 제시 되었으며, 제안하는 컨버터의 타당성을 실험을 통하여 검증 하였다. 제안하는 컨버터는 기존의 LLC 컨버터나 부스트-LLC 컨버터 보다 높은 효율을 보인다는 것을 실험을 통하여 검증하였다.한국과학기술원 :전기및전자공학과
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
