No full text[[abstract]] 嘉義縣為傳統農業大縣，在地方政府多年努力下，空氣污染物的管制在固定污染源、移動污染源及逸散污染源等方面有相當顯著的效果。但是因部分空氣污染物屬看不見、摸不到的一項污染物，因此往往不易理解管制之成效為何。因此，本研究係針對嘉義縣空氣污染管制成效進行研究，並藉由對民眾問卷調查與嘉義縣空污管制工作相關執行人員之觀點，以蒐集實證資料進行分析，期望從中獲得影響嘉義縣空氣污染管制成效的相關因素，以對嘉義縣日後在空氣污染管制工作的執行上，能提供反思與改善的助益，讓該管制工作的執行成果能有更佳的效果。 研究結果與建議：1. 整體來說嘉義縣執行各項空污管制工作上是明顯有展現出管制績效，然而在環保局承辦人員與委辦顧問公司執行人員在所投入的資源方面（含經費、人力、設備與物料）的認知上是有落差，可針對此點進行更深入探討。2. 在分析結果中，發現海區在各項管制工作績效是最差的，可針對海區執行績效進一步探討是否有進步與改善空間。3.在執行人員的專業知能上，過半以上之受訪者都認為執行人員是具有解決問題能力。4. 分析結果顯示，有過半的受訪者認為空氣品質有較去年改善，而在環保局改善空氣品質之整體努力滿意度分析方面，調查結果顯示有42.8%的受訪者鄉鎮環保局在這一年改善空氣品質之整體努力滿意度給予正面評價。5. 因嘉義縣屬農業縣與都會型的城市環境條件不一樣，在管制執行上會有相當的難度，建議當地主管機關宜擬定因地制宜之措施，再報請中央了解並酌情補助與施政考量。6. 「交通工具」所產生的揚塵污染是住家附近空氣污染嚴重污染源之一，因此建議相關單位將「交通工具」列為加強污染管制的重點項目。7. 建議可加強在各項管制工作的宣導時，應平均於全縣各鄉鎮市村里，減少城鄉在認知上的差距的問題。[[abstract]] Chia-Yi County , as the traditional agriculture county , for the years under the local authority’s hard-working , it has outstanding performance on air-polluted controlling in fixed , motion and diverged source of pollution. It’s hard to see how the controlling effects for air-pollution is invisible and not easy to feel. Therefore , this study is focusing on researching the performance of Chia-Yi County’s air-pollution control also using questionnaire interview to get related enforcement agent’s view to analyze data so that it could see how the factories works on air-pollution in the county and hopes it could offer more consideration and improve suggestions for future’s execute job to gain better performance. Findings and Suggestions:1 Generally speaking, the Chia-Yi County has outstanding performance on controlling the air-pollution but it still has a difference of cognition between the Environmental Protection Bureau’s agent and outside committee consultant firm’s agent in their input resource(including budget , human resource ,equipment and material).It’s a good point to do more analyze in depth.2.The analyze shows out that the coast area has bad performance of all the controlling items so that it has the space to do more discussion and improvement.3.In execute agent’s professional ability aspect, more than half participants though that they have the ability to solve problem .4.By the satisfaction analysis result more than half participants though the quality of air had better improved than last year, and it has 42.8% of participants gave the positive value of the Department of Environmental Protection’s hard-working in the past year.5.It has some degree of difficulty in controlling for Chia-Yi County is a traditional agriculture county, it has different conditions to urban county. The suggestion is asking the local authority to adopt measures suiting local conditions and apply for subsidy from central government.6.Suggest related authority should appoint the priority item of “transportation “ in controlling the air-pollution for it is the worse source of pollution in the living area.7.In publicizing , suggest that all the resources should be shared with the whole villages in the county to avoid the difference of cognition

The introduction is Chapter one of the thesis, which is including researching motive and purpose, literature review of predecessors, researching version by existing information, raising questions, choosing research methods and arranging chapters. In chapter Two, I discuss the study of characters of Lin Ze-Xu, also makes a deep analysis of author\u27s purpose of writing him. In chapter Three, I analyze supporting actors and actress. Meanwhile, I illustrate author\u27s purpose of writing supporting actress because the author had different manner to describe supporting actress. Moving to the Chapter Four, I mainly focus on the plots of Judge Lin, and organize cases of Lin Ze-Xu and his subordinates to understand features of cases. In Chapter Five, I represent the causes of Opium War. China and England had difference of opinions of opium. Therefore, it is easier to comprehend what the author\u27s purpose is. No full text[[abstract]] 本研究旨在探討雲嘉地區的殯葬消費知覺價值對殯葬消費行為意向之影響研究，採用問卷調查法，以「殯葬服務消費的知覺價值對行為意向的研究問卷」為研究工具，研究對象為雲嘉地區三年內的喪親家屬，正式樣本採便利取樣，共發出350份，收回315份，有效問卷267份，有效樣本占回收樣本84.8%，問卷資料以SPSS for 18.0套裝軟體進行描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、卡方檢定及多元迴歸分析等統計方法分析資料，研究結論如下：一、雲嘉地區殯葬服務消費者的知覺價值與再購意願的行為意向有相關存在。二、雲嘉地區殯葬服務消費者的知覺價值與消費滿意度有相關存在。三、雲嘉地區殯葬服務消費者的知覺價值與所採行儀式型態有相關存在。四、雲嘉地區殯葬服務消費者的知覺價值對再購意願的行為意向有預測力。五、雲嘉地區殯葬服務消費者的知覺價值對消費滿意度的行為意向有預測力。六、不同背景因素的雲嘉地區殯葬服務消費者的知覺價值有顯著差異。七、不同背景因素的雲嘉地區殯葬服務消費者的行為意向有顯著差異。 根據本研究發現與結論，提出殯葬消費服務業者作為之具體建議，以作為後續研究之參考 。[[abstract]] The study is to investigate the influence of consumer perceived value of funeral services on intentions of comsumer bebavior of Yun-Lin and Chia-Yi districts. The questionnaire survey method is adopted, and ＂Questionnaire of Consumer Perceived Value of funeral serviceas on Intentions of Consumer Behavior＂ is used as research tool. The questionnaires were issued to bereaved family members within three years of Yun-Lin and Chia-Yi districrs in a total of 350. And 267 out of 315 received back questionnairs were valid. The valid response rate was 84.8%. The valid samples were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, Chi-square, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The findings were listed as follows: 1.Yun-Lin and Chia-Yi districts' consumers perceived value of funeral services is related to the intention of repurchasing will.2.Yun-Lin and Chia-Yi districts' consumers perceived value of funeral services is related to the customer satisfaction.3.Yun-Lin and Chia-Yi districts' consumers perceived value of funeral services is related to the funeral ceremony type.4.Yun-Lin and Chia-Yi districts' consumers perceived value of funeral services has a predictive power on the intention of repurchasing will.5.Yun-Lin and Chia-Yi districts' consumers perceived value of funeral services has a predictive power on the intention of customer satisfaction.6.There were statistically significant differences in funeral services consumers' perceived value for varied personal background variables.7.There were statistically significant differences in funeral services consumers' behavior intension for varied personal background variables. Teen Smoking and Birth Outcomes
No full textIn the U.S. teen mothers are more likely to give birth to low birth weight babies than non-teen mothers. There is also substantial evidence that smoking is a risk factor correlated with low birth weight. Low birth weight is a costly outcome in both the short and long term for parents, children, and society at large. This paper examines the causal link between teen age smoking behavior and low birth weight. We use a variety of empirical techniques including fixed effects and a matching estimator to identify the impact of smoking on babies of teen and non-teen mothers. We find that both OLS and matching estimator results yield large impacts of smoking on birth weight for teens and adults. However, when we control for unobservables through a fixed effects model, the impact of smoking on birth weight is diminished and there are relatively small differences in the impact of smoking on birth weight between teens and non-teens.
