This study proposes to examine whether there is a significant difference
toward students’ speaking skill before and after using Youtube videos at the
eleventh grade of Islamic Senior High School Yasmi Duri. In this research, the
researcher used pre-experimental research design, which were selected into one
group pre-test and post-test as the sample that consisted of 15 students. The
technique of collecting the data was test, which were given pre-test and post-test
before and after the treatment. The test used in order to find out the students’
speaking skill at the eleventh grade of Islamic Senior High School Yasmi Duri.
The technique of data analysis was Paired sample T-Test by using SPSS 22.
Based on the data analysis, the researcher concludes that there is a significant
difference between students’ speaking skill before and after using Youtube videos
at the Eleventh Grade of Islamic Senior High School Yasmi Duri. From this data
analysis, if the value of sig. (2- tailed) is less than .05 so Ha will be accepted. The
result of the data, if the value of sig. (2-tailed) is .000, it means that Ha is accepted
and Ho is rejected

No full textPenelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui
efektivitas penggunaan metode sam’iyah syafawiyah dengan teknik tari bambu untuk
meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa pada mata pelajaran bahasa arab di Madrasah
Aliyah Yasmi kota Duri Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau. Rumusan permasalahan dalam
penelitian ini adalah “Apakah penggunaan metode sam’iyah syafawiyah dengan teknik tari
bambu efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa pada mata pelajaran bahasa
arab di Madrasah Aliyah Yasmi kota Duri Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau ?”. Penelitian
ini dimulai dari merancang langkah pembelajaran, pelaksanaan, observasi, kemudian test.
Populasi penelitian adalah siswa Madrasah Aliyah Yasmi Kota Duri, dengan sampel siswa
kelas X A dan X B Madrasah Aliyah Yasmi Kota Duri. Subjek penelitian adalah guru Bahasa
Arab. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari
observasi dan test. Dari analisis data yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan
metode syam’iyah syafawiyah dengan teknik tari bambu efektif untuk meningkatkan
keterampilan berbicara siswa pada mata pelajaran bahasa arab di MA Yasmi kota Duri
Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau. Karena nilai To = 4.2 lebih besar dari Tt pada taraf
signifikansi 1% = 2.72 dan taraf signifikansi 5% = 2.02. ini berarti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha
diterima. Dengan kata lain penggunaan metode sam’iyah syafawiyah dengan teknik tari
bambu efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa pada mata pelajaran bahasa
arab di MA Yasmi kota Duri Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau.

PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN BERORIENTASI AKTIVITAS SISWA MENGGUNAKAN KEPALA BERNOMOR STRUKTUR TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS IX MTs YASMI DURI
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh
penggunaan kepala bernomor struktur (KBS) terhadap motivasi belajar
matematika, mengetahui besar pengaruh penggunaan KBS terhadap motivasi
belajar matematika, dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi
belajar matematika tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini rumusan masalahnya adalah
“Apakah penggunaan KBS berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar matematika
siswa kelas IX MTs Yasmi Duri Kabupaten Bengkalis? Berapakah besar pengaruh
penggunaan KBS terhadap motivasi belajar matematika siswa kelas IX MTS
Yasmi Duri Kabupaten Bengkalis? Dan Faktor-faktor apa saja yang
mempengaruhi motivasi belajar dalam proses pembelajaran matematika?”.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen, yaitu peneliti
berperan sebagai observer. Subjek dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa
kelas IX MTs Yasmi Duri yang berjumlah 94 orang, sebagai sampel kelas
eksperimen dan kelas kontrol masing-masing berjumlah 24 orang dan objek
penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar matematika siswa.
Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi, lembar
observasi, dan angket. Dalam penelitian ini, pertemuan dilaksanakan selama lima
kali yaitu satu pertemuan dilaksanakan untuk observasi awal dan empat kali
pertemuan lagi dengan menggunakan kepala bernomor struktur. Untuk uji
hipotesis menggunakan analisis inferensial yaitu rumus chi kuadrat dan analisis
deskripsi hasil angket untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi
motivasi belajar siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut diambil kesimpulan bahwa
Pembelajaran Berorientasi Aktifitas Siswa menggunakan Kepala Bernomor
Struktur berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar matematika siswa yaitu sebesar
32,22% dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar metematika itu
terbagi atas dua yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Helena Costarica (2021) : Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Monopoli Pada Materi Struktur Bumi di MTs Yasmi Duri
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan serta respon peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran monopoli pada materi struktur bumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan R&D (research and development) dengan mengadaptasi pengembangan oleh Sugiyono. Langkah penelitian ini dibatasi sampai dengan langkah ketujuh yaitu revisi produk akhir, hal ini dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu dan biaya. Adapun hasil validitas media pembelajaran monopoli pada materi struktur bumi dinyatakan valid berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli media dengan nilai rata-rata 86% dan ahli materi 76% dengan kategori seluruh penilaian dinyatakan sangat valid. Selain itu media pembelajaran monopoli pada materi struktur bumi dinyatakan sangat praktis untuk digunakan kepada peserta didik dalam pembelajaran, berdasarkan penilaian praktisi dengan nilai sebesar 91%. Berdasarkan respon peserta didik di MTs Yasmi Duri kelas VII-D sebanyak 10 peserta didik diperoleh nilai sebesar 82,5% dan dinyatakan sangat baik, ataupun respon peserta didik terkait dengan produk media pembelajaran monopoli pada materis struktur bumi sangat positif

No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
No full textWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
