No full textBu çalışma, Filistinli tutukluların işgal hapishanelerinde baskıcı uygulamalara karşı verdikleri mücadeleyi ve meşru haklarını elde etmek için yürüttükleri direnişi ele almaktadır. Çalışma, Şeyh Ahmed Yasin'i Siyonist savaşa karşı direniş mücadelesinde tutuklu hareketinin bir modeli olarak tanıtmaktadır. Ayrıca, esaret altındaki ve dışındaki Siyonistlere karşı geliştirilen stratejileri sunmakta olup Filistin özgürlük mücadelesiyle uyumlu bir parça olması nedeniyle önem taşımaktadır.Çalışmanın amacı, Filistin'deki işgal hapishanelerinin tarihsel arka planını, Filistinli tutuklulara uygulanan politikalar ve hükümlerin açıklanmasını sağlamaktır. Bunun yanı sıra, insan hakları ve siyasi hakların elde edilmesi için kamuoyu ve uluslararası kamuoyuna hitap eden Filistinli tutukluların direniş biçimlerini tanıtmaktadır.Çalışma, Şeyh Ahmed Yasin'i, İsrailhapishanelerindeki mücadelesi ve serbest bırakıldıktan sonra Filistin mücadelesine iç ve dış dayanışma yoluyla verdiği etkili liderlik örneği olarak sunmaktadır. Siyonist politikanın onu ortadan kaldırma kararı, hedeflerine ulaşamamasının bir ifadesidir.Araştırmada tarihsel, betimleyici ve karşılaştırmalı yöntemler kullanılmıştır. Son olarak, çalışma Filistinli tutuklulara desteğin artırılmasını, tutukluları destekleyen yasal çerçevelerin etkinleştirilmesini, uluslararası denetimin güçlendirilmesini ve tutukluları destekleyen örgütlerin rolünün artırılmasını önermektedir. Anahtar kelimeler: Şeyh Ahmet Yasin, Filistin, İşgal Hapishaneleri, Filistinli Mahkûmlar, İntifada.This study addresses the struggle of Palestinian prisoners in the occupation's prisons against repressive practices and their resistance efforts to attain legitimate rights. The study introduces Sheikh Ahmed Yassin as a model of the prisoner movement in its struggle to confront the Zionist war. It presents an introduction to the strategies of resistance against the Zionists both inside and outside captivity. The significance of this study lies in its representation as an integral part of the Palestinian struggle for freedom. The study aims to clarify the historical background of the occupation's prisons in Palestine, as well as the policies and rulings applied to Palestinian prisoners. Furthermore, it explores the various forms of resistance employed by Palestinian prisoners in the occupation's prisons, which paved the way for addressing public and international opinion to secure humanitarian and political rights. The study highlights Sheikh Ahmed Yassin as an effective and influential prisoner and leader, whose struggle in Israeli detention centers and later as a freed prisoner galvanized internal and external solidarity in support of the Palestinian struggle and Palestinian prisoners. The Zionist policy's decision to assassinate him reflects its failure to achieve its objectives and its growing fears of his influence. The study adopts a historical, descriptive, and comparative inductive methodology. It concludes with recommendations to increase support for Palestinian prisoners, activate legal frameworks dedicated to prisoner support, enhance international oversight, and strengthen the role of organizations and institutions that advocate for Palestinian prisoners. U prvom dijelu uvodim osnovne informacije o redatelju i njegovim filmskim početcima. Zatim analiziram neke od značajnih stilskih odrednica njegovih filmova, poput tema vezanih za čovjekovo otuđenje, Slow Cinema estetike, zvučne slike, (ne)korištenja dijaloga, te utjecaj njegovih stilskih uzora. Nakon toga, u najopširnijem dijelu rada, analiziram tri njegova filma iz ranijeg i kasnijeg perioda stvaralaštva - Daleko, Tri majmuna i Zimski san. Analizom tražim poveznice između redateljevih tema i filmskih izražajnih sredstava koja koristi. U zaključku se osvrćem na analizu uz svoj kratki dojam o stvaralaštvu autora.In my Master thesis I am analyzing the film style of one the most influential Turkish directors, Nuri Bilge Ceylan. No full textAbstracts. - The Western and Eastern lowlands of Ceylon, although characterized by the same lithological topics, reveal geomorphic features without any analogy. The study of those features do reveal a close relationship between the topography and the climate pattern, the island being divided in a wet and a dry zone.
The only doubtful point in this sequence is the stability of the climate in the past. The author emphasizes the fact that the monsoon contrast in South Asia should have been active since miocene times.Résumé. - Les basses surfaces de l'Ouest et de l'Est de Ceylan, de composition lithologique semblable, présentent des modelés fort différents. Reinforcement of the distribution grids to improve the hosting capacity of distributed generation: Multi-objective framework
No full text© 2023 The Author(s)Excessive penetration of renewable energy resources into the distribution grid without additional preventive measures has led to several operational problems. However, most strategies developed to accommodate more renewable energy units suffered from other operational problems. Therefore, further efforts are needed to address the other key vulnerabilities of the grid in addition to maximizing the hosting capacity. In this regard, this study is devoted to a new multi-objective formulation to maximize the hosting capacity and minimize the total energy losses while satisfying the operational constraints and maximizing the energy transferred to off-peak hours. The Multi-Objective Advanced Gray Wolf Optimization (MOAGWO) algorithm is used as a solution tool. The proposed formulation and solution algorithm are tested on IEEE-33-bus and 69-bus medium voltage test systems. The impacts of energy storage systems, voltage regulators, and static var compensators on the hosting capacity and the objective functions are identified using several scenarios. The results showed that the optimal device type and locations depend on the level of DG penetration. Finally, a comparison according to two popular multi-objective performance indices showed that the quality of the Pareto front distribution obtained by MOAGWO was better than the ones obtained with the two other popular heuristic methods

No full textThis study aims to accomplish two tasks: First, it is argued that an ءethical transcendental philosophy̕ is possible with Levinas. Second, the concepts that bear this possibility to a philosophically acceptable level of cogency can be clarified. Philosopher̕s position in history of philosophy suggests a kind of ءexternality̕ in the sense that he is not within the realm of very tradition. Levinas̕ predisposition is rather to employ what he calls ءperi-phrases̕ that hinder the philosopher to settle in the existing structure of concepts (read as Greek language). This position can also be read as a resistance to dominating forms of knowledge. Levinas takes this attitude as an important point of resistance against Western metaphysics that puts the ontology at the center. Against this tradition, he celebrates both the ءencounter with the Other̕ as a pilot point in ethics, one that all rest of which follows from, and the priority of ءthe Good̕. In such a way, ءI̕ has been put into question in its gay independence without any reference to self contained totality, of the kind which is ءself intelligible̕. This attachment that is infinition, of infinity helps us experience not a totality, but ءotherwise than being̕. This attitute might resonate with the Kantian attempt displacing knowledge in order to make room for morality. However, a closer reading would notice that there is another agenda here, one that attempts to go to a status of pre-rationality, beyond rationality, so to speak an agenda that radicalizes the Kantian attempt. Derrida, a philosopher who showed that this attempt was just impossible, impossible in the sense that it was contaminated at the very beginning, skillfully benefits from the very inspiration Levinas has provided with.
