KONSTITUSIONALITAS HAK ASASI MANUSIA DI INDONESIA- STUDI ATAS INKONSISTENSI PENGATURAN DAN PENEGAKANNYA
No full textReformasi 1998 menandai transformasi fundamental dalam sistem ketatanegaraan Indonesia, ditandai dengan terintegrasinya Bab XA tentang Hak Asasi Manusia ke dalam UUD 1945. Meskipun kerangka konstitusional hak asasi manusia Indonesia maju dan progresif, terdapat kesenjangan yang signifikan antara janji konstitusional dan realitas implementasinya. Studi ini menganalisis inkonsistensi dalam pengaturan dan penegakan hak asasi manusia di Indonesia melalui pendekatan hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inkonsistensi terjadi pada tataran regulasi, di mana beberapa undang-undang, seperti Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) dan UU Penodaan Agama, justru mengikis jaminan hak asasi manusia dalam konstitusi. Pada tataran penegakan hukum, pendekatan legalistik-formalistik yang dilakukan oleh para pejabat seringkali mengabaikan perspektif hak asasi manusia, sehingga melanggengkan ketidakadilan. Kelompok rentan seperti minoritas agama, komunitas LGBTQ+, dan pembela hak asasi manusia menjadi korban dari perlindungan hukum ini. Peran Mahkamah Konstitusi dan Komisi Nasional Hak Asasi Manusia (Komnas HAM) dalam mencatat inkonsistensi ini juga dinilai kurang optimal akibat keterbatasan kewenangan, putusan yang tidak konsisten, dan lemahnya koordinasi antarlembaga. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa rekonstruksi sistemik—melalui penguatan kelembagaan, transformasi budaya hukum, dan integrasi penilaian dampak hak asasi manusia—diperlukan untuk mewujudkan konstitusionalitas hak asasi manusia yang efektif dan konsisten
Perahu Pinisi Sebagai Inspirasi Penciptaan Karya Seni Logam

Perahu pinisi merupakan kapal layar yang dibuat oleh masya rakat pesisir Sulawesi Selatan tepatnya di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Menurut sejarahnya, perahu pinisi tercipta dari serpihan kapal pangeran Sawerigading yang karam diperairan Bulukumba setelah ia menjemput sang kekasih yaitu Wacudai yang berada di daratan Cina. Dalam proses eksplorasi penulis melakukan riset langsung ke lokasi pembuatan perahu sehingga penulis dapat mengambil sudut pandang yang dinilai memiliki nilai estetik. Dimana penulis setelah mencari tau dengan pengharapan setelah terciptanya karya seni logam yang mengeksplor bentuk perahu pinisi ini dapat menjadi inspirasi dalam pembuatan karya-karya seni rupa lainnya dan banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat sekitar bahwa Indonesia memilki sebuah sejarah perairan yang sangat dikenal oleh dunia. Metode penciptaan ini menggunakan skema penciptaan yang terdiri dari Eksplorasi, Analisis Data, Perancangan dan Perwujudan Karya.Perwujudan karya dengan metode ini menghasilkan sebuah karya seni relief logam yang menggunakan media tembaga dan kuningan. Karya ini menceritakan tentang bentuk prahu pinisi yang merupakan warisan budaya tak benda yang berasal dari Kabupaten Bulukumba Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Karya ini diharapkan sebagai media edukasi dan informasi terkait warisan budaya kemaritiman Indonesia
ABSTRAK
Pinisi boat is a sailing ship made by the coastal community of South Sulawesi, precisely in Bulukumba Regency. Historically, the pinisi boat was created from the wreckage of the Sawerigading prince's ship that sank in the waters of Bulukumba after he picked up his lover, Wacudai, who was in mainland China. In the exploration process, the author conducted direct research to the location of the boat so that the author could take a point of view that was considered to have aesthetic value. Where the author after finding out with the hope that after the creation of a metal artwork that explores the shape of this Pinisi boat can be an inspiration in making other works of art and is widely known by the surrounding community that Indonesia has a history of waters that are well known to the world. This method of creation uses a creation scheme consisting of Exploration, Data Analysis, Design and Realisation of Work. The realisation of the work with this method produces a metal relief artwork using copper and brass media. This work tells about the shape of the pinisi boat which is an intangible cultural heritage originating from Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi Province. This work is expected to be a medium of education and information related to Indonesia's maritime cultural heritage.
ANALISIS KENDALA DARI HASIL EVALUASI EUCS: UPAYA MENGANTISIPASI POTENSI KEKURANGAN PADA PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI DI MASA DEPAN
No full textThis research aims to analyze the constraints that arise from the EUCS (End-User Computing Satisfaction) evaluation results and to propose measures to anticipate potential shortcomings in future information system development. In the context of ongoing digital transformation, information system plays an increasingly important role in supporting organizational success. However, constraints from EUCS evaluation results are often overlooked, which can negatively impact the quality of information system development. Through an in-depth analysis of the identified constraints, this research uses the narrative review method to identify constraints that could potentially recur in the future. Furthermore, this research proposes steps that can be taken to anticipate potential shortcomings in future information system development. The author found the obstacles that tend to recur are the completeness of information (content), information that is not up to date (accuracy), monotonous appearance (format), the use of systems that are not easy to learn (ease of use), and long response time (timeliness). So, in the future, this can be a concern when designing an information systemPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kendala-kendala yang muncul dari hasil evaluasi EUCS (End-User Computing Satisfaction) dan mengusulkan langkah-langkah untuk mengantisipasi potensi kekurangan pada pengembangan sistem informasi di masa depan. Dalam konteks transformasi digital yang sedang berlangsung, sistem informasi memainkan peran yang semakin penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan organisasi. Namun, kendala-kendala dari hasil evaluasi EUCS sering kali terabaikan, yang dapat berdampak negatif pada kualitas pengembangan sistem informasi. Melalui analisis mendalam terhadap kendala-kendala yang diidentifikasi, penelitian ini menggunakan metode narrative review untuk mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang berpotensi terulang kembali di masa depan. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini mengusulkan langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil untuk mengantisipasi potensi kekurangan pada pengembangan sistem informasi di masa depan. Penulis mendapati bahwa kendala-kendala yang akan cenderung muncul kembali adalah kelengkapan informasi (content), informasi yang kurang up to date (accuracy), tampilan yang monoton (format), penggunaan sistem yang tidak mudah untuk dipelajari (ease of use), dan respose time yang lama (timeliness). As well as to find out the legal consequences that may arise if the witness does not maintain the confidentiality of the contents of the Notary Deed.
The type of research used in this research is normative research. The results of the study show the position and responsibilities of witnesses in making notarial deeds according to UUJN. Namely the Legitimacy of an Authentic Deed through Formal Requirements, The position of a witness for a Notary deed is of course different from the position of a witness in general who is a witness who hears and/or sees an event that has occurred. civil liability, because this is in accordance with the elements in Article 1365 of the Indonesian Civil Code, with liability that obliges to compensate for losses suffered by one or several parties who feel aggrieved by the act. Pemetaan di Desa Pancana berbasis QR Code
No full textPancana is a village located in Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency, South Sulawesi Province. Pancana Village is located on the beach facing the Makassar Strait and has 3 hamlets, namely Cenrapole, Kaworo and Pancana Hamlets. Pancana Village has a population of 3755 with details of Cenrapole Hamlet as many as 1107, Kaworo as many as 1190 and Pancana as many as 1458. There are two tours in Pancana village, namely Fishing Tours and Awu-Awu Beach. One component of Smart Village is Smart Governance which is defined as the ability of the government to make good decisions through the support of information technology and governance. The Smart Governance component consists of public services, village information systems and village fund management. The activities carried out include the village information system, where the village information system is part of the implementation of e-government. Therefore, as a KKN student, the author wants to carry out an activity entitled Mapping in Pancana Village Based on QR Code where administrative maps and tourist point maps will be integrated with the QR Code so that they are directly connected to google maps and the village website. Map making using Arcgis software. With this activity, it is expected to be able to realize Pancana Village which is Smart Governance by highlighting the technology side so that it can make it easier for anyone who wants to access information about Pancana Village
