학위논문(석사) - 한국과학기술원 : 기계공학전공, 2005.2, [ ix, 78 p. ]Semiconductor manufacturing includes dynamic process variation such as machine failure, hot-run, and an operation time variation. The dynamic process variation is one of major causes of throughput decrease, degradation of wafer quality, and inefficient utilization of raw material. Wafer processing by integrated single-wafer processing tools has become a prevalent manufacturing methodology in recent semiconductor industry. This thesis presents two effective methods that can manage the dynamic process variation of the integrated single-wafer processing tools for performance improvement of the tools, and the presented methods are integrated into the simulator of the tools.
One method manages contingency such as machine failure and hot-run. Wafers under processes can be continuously progressed despite of an occurrence of the contingency by this method. The other method manages an operation time variation caused by noise and APC (Advanced Process Control). This method is to regulate a pre-calculated schedule, which makes it possible for the schedule to be executed despite an environment where an operation time varies. The two presented methods are integrated into execution system of the simulator. The execution system of the simulator is a module component that acts such as line-MES (Manufacturing Execution System) in real semiconductor manufacturing.
The execution system including the presented methods is evaluated through simulations. Operable wafers under processes are progressed after an occurrence of machine failure and hot-run. A pre-calculated schedule including a schedule from an advanced scheduling algorithm is executed by regulating the schedule, when an operation time varies. The number of a rescheduling decreases considerably.
The presented methods that manage dynamic process variation can increase throughput of the tools, quality of wafers, and utilization efficiency of raw material. The improvement of performances is verified through the simulations. ...한국과학기술원 : 기계공학전공

One is the influence of doping concentration and oxygen partial pressure on superconducting properties of metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD)-processed YBCO films with Ce doping. The other is fabrication of c-axis oriented YBCO films on biaxially textured Cu substrates using Cu-free MOCVD process.
The influence of nanosized secondary particles, such as those produced via rare-earth doping for example, on magnetic field induced flux motion in (YBCO) coated conductors (CC) has been investigated. In chapter 2-1, we investigated the influence of Ce doping on nanosized secondary phase formation in YBCO films. Ce doped YBCO films on single crystals were prepared via the MOCVD process. For the first time, a secondary phase was observed in the Ce doped YBCO film, while the pure YBCO film contained only a secondary phase. As Ce doping concentration increased to 3 wt%, a secondary phase developed. This was due to the low solubility limit of Ce for Y in the MOCVD YBCO film. Additionally, outgrowths on the Ce doped YBCO film surfaces and defect structures, such as -axis grains were examined.
Oxygen partial pressure is known to be a key parameter in terms of affecting the critical current density (\It{J_c}) of YBCO films. In chapter 2-2, the effects of oxygen partial pressure on the microstructure and \It{J_c} of a 1 wt% Ce doped YBCO film were examined. Ce doped YBCO films were deposited at oxygen partial pressures of 1.9, 2.5, 5.0, and 10.0 Torr using the MOCVD method. Due to the enhanced migration of surface adatoms under a reduced oxygen partial pressure, the 1 wt% Ce doped YBCO film had a stoichiometric, dense surface. In addition, the zero-field \It{J_c} (at 77K) of the 1 wt% Ce doped YBCO film deposited at a reduced oxygen partial pressure increased. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. A Case of Pure Red Cell Aplasia Associated with Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma
Pure red cell aplasia is a bone marrow failure characterized by a progressive normocytic anemia and reticulocytopenia without leucopenia and thrombocytopenia. It is associated with various hematologic diseases. However, pure red cell aplasia with angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma has rarely been reported. Here we describe a 43-year-old woman with pure red cell aplasia associated with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma. She had severe anemia (hemoglobin 6.9 g/dL) and a low reticulocyte count (0.2%). Direct and indirect Coombs' tests were positive. A CT scan of the abdomen revealed marked hepatosplenomegaly and small multiple lymphadenopathies. A bone marrow biopsy revealed focal infiltration of abnormal lymphoid cells and absence of red cell precursors. Splenic biopsy was compatible with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma. Ultimately, diagnosis of pure red cell aplasia associated with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma was made. After initiating CHOP therapy, the patient achieved complete remission, which was accompanied, shortly thereafter, by a rise in hemoglobin levels which finally returned to normal
Unusual Involvement of IgG4-Related Sclerosing Disease in Lacrimal and Submandibular Glands and Extraocular Muscles
Chronic sclerosing sialadenitis, also known as Kuttner tumor, is a chronic inflammatory disease of the salivary glands that is reported in a few cases in medical literature. Recent reports suggest that certain aspects of sclerosing diseases, including chronic sclerosing sialadenitis or dacryoadenitis, should be classified under immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4)-related sclerosing disease based on immunohistochemical studies. This study reports an unusual case of IgG4-related sclerosing disease appearing simultaneously in the lacrimal glands, submandibular glands, and extraocular muscles. A 56-year-old male presented with complaints of bilateral eyelid swelling and proptosis that began two years ago. Computed tomography confirmed that bilateral submandibular enlargements also existed five years ago in the subject. Orbital computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed bilateral lacrimal gland enlargement and thickening of extraocular muscles. Typical findings of chronic sclerosing dacryoadenitis were revealed upon pathologic exam of the right lacrimal gland. Immunostaining revealed numerous IgG4-positive plasma cells. Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
