Educação permanente em saúde: estratégia problematizadora com vistas à sistematização da assistência de enfermagem no centro de atenção psicossocial do Rio de Janeiro
No full textEstudo vinculado ao Mestrado Profissional de Ensino na Saúde-Formação Docente Interdisciplinar para o SUS (MPES/UFF), na linha de Educação Permanente em Saúde e tem como objetivo geral elaborar material educativo-gerencial facilitador de espaço de Educação Permanente em Saúde sobre Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial III na zona sul do município do Rio de Janeiro, a partir dos objetivos específicos: identificar o processo de assistência de enfermagem em saúde mental do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial III na zona sul do município do Rio de Janeiro e; propor, junto à equipe de enfermagem, espaço de Educação Permanente em Saúde com vistas à Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial III. Trata-se de pesquisa Convergente Assistencial, descritivo-exploratória, de abordagem qualitativa. Os instrumentos de coleta de dados foram: questionário eletrônico semi-estruturado e oficinas digitais utilizando o Arco de Maguerez. A pesquisa foi aprovada pelos comitês de ética em pesquisa da Secretaria Municipal do Rio de Janeiro e pelo Hospital Universitário Antônio Pedro. Para análise dos dados do questionário utilizou-se Bardin e geraram duas categorias denominadas: CATEGORIA A - Quando percebo minhas potencialidades: Interseção entre EPS e SAE em Saúde Mental no CAPS III e CATEGORIA B - Quando não reconheço em mim o conhecimento: Barreiras a EPS e a SAE em Saúde Mental no CAPS III. Tais categorias foram disparadoras nas oficinas para aplicação do Arco de Maguerez e permitiram ser analisadas a partir do referencial da Política Nacional de Educação Permanente em Saúde à luz da teoria da educação de Donald Schön. Este estudo gerou 2 produtos principais denominados: “e-book: Guia para SAE em CAPS III/RJ” e o “Regimento Interno de Enfermagem para CAPS III - Maria do Socorro Santos” que foram registrados no educaps junto à equipe de enfermagem da unidade. Conclui-se que a enfermagem deve expandir seu papel profissional em saúde mental, acurar sua noção de acolhimento, escuta terapêutica e trabalho interdisciplinar, através de conhecimento reflexivo. Para isso, é necessário que seja
auxiliada e estimulada na criação e manutenção desses espaços de reflexão, para que possa avançar, objetivando a reconstrução da vida e o redirecionamento do foco de atenção da doença para o indivíduo em sofrimento mental. Desta forma, este estudo permitiu iniciar o processo de alteração no processo de trabalho de enfermagem da unidade a partir da problematização e reflexão dos limites e possibilidades para a SAE em CAPS III, além de destacar a necessidade de estímulo à qualificação permanente, de forma ampliada e aprofundada, para o empoderamento dos trabalhadores, como ferramenta para ação assertiva e entrosamento no cuidado sistemático de enfermagem e manutenção dos espaços de educação permanente.Study linked to the Professional Master's Degree in Health Education-Interdisciplinary
Teacher Training for SUS (MPES / UFF), in the line of Permanent Education in Health and its
general objective is to develop educational-managerial material that facilitates the space of
Permanent Education in Health on Systematization of Health Nursing Assistance in the
Psychosocial Care Center III in the south of the city of Rio de Janeiro, based on the specific
objectives: to identify the mental health nursing care process of the Psychosocial Care Center
III in the south of the city of Rio de Janeiro and; propose, together with the nursing team, a
space for Permanent Health Education with a view to the Systematization of Nursing
Assistance in the Psychosocial Care Center III. This is a Convergent Assistive research,
descriptive and exploratory, with a qualitative approach. The instruments for data collection
were: semi-structured electronic questionnaire and digital workshops using the Arco de
Maguerez. The research was approved by the research ethics committees of the Municipal
Secretariat of Rio de Janeiro and the Hospital Universitário Antônio Pedro. For the analysis of
the questionnaire data, Bardin was used and they generated two categories named:
CATEGORY A- When I realize my potentialities: Intersection between EPS and SAE in
Mental Health at CAPS III and CATEGORY B- When I do not recognize knowledge in me:
Barriers to EPS and SAE in Mental Health at CAPS III. Such categories were triggering in the
workshops for the application of the Arco de Maguerez and allowed to be analyzed from the
framework of the National Policy of Permanent Education in Health in the light of Donald
Schön's theory of education. This study generated 2 main products called: “Guide for SAE in
CAPS III / RJ” and the “Internal Nursing Regiment for CAPS III-Maria do Socorro Santos”
that were registered in educaps with the unit's nursing team. It is concluded that nursing must
expand its professional role in mental health, refine its notion of reception, therapeutic
listening and interdisciplinary work, through reflective knowledge. For this, it is necessary
that it be assisted and stimulated in the creation and maintenance of these spaces for
reflection, so that they can move forward, aiming at the reconstruction of life and redirecting
the focus of the disease's attention to the individual in mental suffering. In this way, this study
allowed to start the process of change in the nursing work process of the unit from the
problematization and reflection of the limits and possibilities for SAE in CAPS III, in addition
to highlighting the need to encourage permanent qualification, in an expanded way and
deepened, for the empowerment of workers, as a tool for assertive action and integration in
the systematic nursing care and maintenance of permanent education spaces.167 f
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
