The goal of PDBe-KB is to place macromolecular structure data in their biological context by developing standardised data exchange formats and integrating functional annotations from the contributing partner resources into a knowledge graph that can provide valuable biological insights. Since we described PDBe-KB in 2019, there have been significant improvements in the variety of available annotation data sets and user functionality. Here, we provide an overview of the consortium, highlighting the addition of annotations such as predicted covalent binders, phosphorylation sites, effects of mutations on the protein structure and energetic local frustration. Efeito citotóxico do óxido nítrico e do taxol em células linfoblásticas leucêmicas: envolvimento do fator de transcrição NF-kB e papel da glutationa

Programa de Pós-Graduação em Farmacologia.O presente trabalho avaliou, através de técnicas moleculares, bioquímicas e farmacológicas, o efeito citotóxico do óxido nítrico (NO) e do taxol sobre células linfoblásticas leucêmicas. Foi investigado o envolvimento do NF-kB e a importância da glutationa na citotoxicidade causada pelo NO e pelo taxol. Os resultados obtidos, demonstraram que o efeito citotóxico do NO e do taxol sobre células leucêmicas linfoblásticas parecem atuar em vias muito semelhantes, ou seja, ambos apresentaram ações independentes de alterações no citoesqueleto, inibiram a atividade do NF-kB e depletaram os níveis de glutationa (GSH). Além disso, quando associados, apresentaram efeito citotóxico sinérgico. Sendo assim, concluímos que o NO e o taxol, além de diminuírem os níveis de glutationa intracelular, o que sensibiliza as células aos danos oxidativos e nitrosativos, também impedem o restabelecimento dos níveis normais de GSH intracelular, através da inibição da atividade do NF-kB
Performance enhancement of multiuser MIMO wireless communication systems
No full textThis paper describes a new approach to the problem of enhancing the performance of a multiuser multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) system for communication from one base station to many mobile stations in both frequency-flat and frequency-selective fading channels. This problem arises in space-division multiplexing systems with multiple users where many independent signal streams can be transmitted in the same frequency and time slot through the exploitation of multiple antennas at both the base and mobile stations, Our new approach is based on maximizing a lower bound for the product of signal-to-interference plus noise ratio (SINR) of a multiuser MIMO system. This provides a closed-form (noniterative) solution for the antenna weights for all the users, under the constraint of fixed transmit power. Our solution is shown by simulation to have better performance than previously proposed iterative or noniterative solutions. In addition, our solution requires significantly reduced complexity over a gradient search-based method that directly optimizes the product SINgs while still maintaining similar performance. Kehadiran orde baru di Indonesia bisa dikatakan sebagai awal pergeseran Indonesia dari masa tradisional menuju modern. Kebijakan Developmentalisme yang digulirkan orde baru tahun 1970-an, bukan tanpa dampak. Kebijakan orde baru ini membawa perubahan yang luar biasa. Bahkan masyarakat pegunungan juga merasakan dampak perubahan ini. KB, Revolusi Hijau, GKD (Gerakan Kembali ke Desa), dan formalisasi agama adalah proyek yang didengungkan orde baru. Orde baru memang sudah lengser pada reformasi 1998 lalu Namun, dampak kebijakan orde baru secara psikologis masih dirasakan oleh masyarakat pedesaan hingga kini.
Wong Tengger adalah sebuah komunitas yang berada di pegunungan Tengger. Mereka tidak luput dari program yang digulirkan orde baru. Dari beberapa proyek pemerintah yang paling menyisakan kepedihan bagi wong Tengger adalah kebijakan tentang formalisasi agama, revolusi hijau dan adanya kesehatan modern. Namun rupanya wong Tengger menanggapi lain tentang perubahan yang terjadi. Wong Tengger beranggapan bahwa, perubahan itu menyangkut identitas sosial mereka sebagai wong Tengger. Untuk mempertahankan identitas sosialnya, mereka harus mampu menegosiasikan dengan identitas yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah.
Penelitian ini hendak mengetahui pergumulan kebudayaan wong Tengger dalam merepresentasikan identitas sosialnya di tengah pergolakan perubahan sosial dan budaya modern. Mengetahui secara lebih rinci tentang penyebab perubahan yang terjadi di Tengger. Selain itu peneliti ingin mengetahui lebih jauh tentang kuasa yang membentuk identitas wong Tengger. Penelitian ini hendak melihat respon wong Tengger terhadap perubahan sosial yang terjadi di Indonesia. Selain itu, kepentingan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memaparkan strategi-strategi yang digunakan wong Tengger dalam menjaga identitas sosialnya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah etnografi. Peneliti memahami bahwa untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komperhensif tentang wong Tengger, etnografi adalah pendekatan yang tepat. Selain itu, dengan menggunakan etnografi peneliti bisa langsung berpartisispasi pada setiap kegiatan yang diadakan wong Tengger. Dengan demikian, peneliti bisa memahami karakteristik informan secara lebih mendalam dan mudah.
Peneliti banyak menggunakan teori identitas yang digagas oleh tokoh Psikoanalisis Pos-Strukturalis Jaques Lacan. Selain itu juga teori identitas dan identitas sosial yang digagas oleh Michael Hogg, Turner, Peter Burk, Manuel Castells dan lain sebagainya. Dalam praksis di lapangan dan penyajian data, peneliti banyak menggunakan teori-teori Cultural Studies. Dimana fakta lapangan disuguhkan dengan cara variatif dan berfihak.
Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh beberapa strategi wong Tengger untuk merepresentasikan identitas sosialnya. Diantara strategi itu adalah dengan cara sembunyi-sembunyi pergi ke danyangan(tempat ibadah wong Tengger), berbagi ruang spiritual, berguman di balik kamar, memanfaatkan peluang, bekerjasama bersama-sama dan lain sebagainya. Representasi ini tentunya tidak bisa berlaku tetap dari waktu ke waktu. Mereka melakukan representasi ini sesuai dengan ruang dan waktu yang melingkupinya. Secara sadar representasi ini dilakukan untuk melangsungkan keberadaan identitas mereka sebagai wong Tengger.
Strategi representasi yang dilakukan wong Tengger menghadapi perubahan sosial ini, oleh peneliti disebut sebagai identitas baru wong Tengger. Pembentukan identitas baru ini akan senantiasa dilakukan oleh wong Tengger. Mereka sadar betul bahwa, dengan berganti-ganti identitas ini, identitas mereka sebagai wong Tengger akan tetap terjaga. Keberbedaan mereka dalam mereprensentasikan diri sebagai wong Tengger, merupakan identitas sosial yang harus dipertahankan oleh wong Tengger.

The presence of orde baru in Indonesia can be called as Betty, the first moving Indonesia from tradisional to modern era. The policy of Developmentalisme that orde baru had landed in year 1970, means impactless. This policey has brought the out standing changes. What is mountain society also impacted by this changes. KB, Revolusi Hijau, GKD (back to vilage movement), and the formalization of religion is ones of project extended by orde baru. Orde baru has been fallen in reformation 1998 several years ago. But, the impact orde baru's policy can be felling by vilage society up to now.
Wong Tengger is a community which live in Tengger mountains. They can’t free from orde baru programs. From many project of orde baru government, the formalization of religi, Revolusi Hijau, modern health are a policys which is leave the suffering to wong Tengger. But wong Tengger assumpt other with those changes. Wong Tengger assumpt that those changes are correlated to their social identity as wong Tengger. For defending their social identity, they have to be able to negosiate with the identity of government construct.
This reasearch going to know the struggle of wong Tengger culture to representate their sosial identity in the moving social change and modern culture. Knowing more detil about the causes of change in Tengger. Beside that, researcher want to know more depth about the power which had constructed by wong Tengger. This research want to look at wong Tengger's respon with social change in Indonesia. Beside that, interest this research is to know and descript wong Tengger strategy to care their social identity.
This research use qualitative methode. The approach which used in this reaserch is ethnograpy approach. Researcher understand, to know more comprehensif about wong Tengger, ethnograpy is a compatable approach. Beside that, with ethnograpy approach researcher can partisipate with wong Tengger activity in everyday. Hopefully, researcher can understand the informan caracteristic indeep and comperhensif.

And also, researcher using identity theory and social identity theory which opini of Michael Hogg, Turner, Peter Burk, Manuel Castells and so on.
