PENGENDALIAN USAHA PERTAMBANGAN MINERAL DI KAWASAN HUTAN LINDUNG
Pelaksanaan pemerintahan yang berasaskan good governance bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi masyarakat. Seperti yang telah ditetapkan pada Konstitusi RI mengamanatkan adanya ha katas lingkungan yang baik dan sehat. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah harus saling berkoordinasi untuk mewujudkannya. Tidak terkecuali dalam pelaksanaan pemberian izin usaha pertambangan mineral berupa emas di kawasan hutan lindung serta pengawasan yang tidak boleh saling tumpang tindih antar lembaga negara dan harus sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dalam undang-undang. Namun dalam praktiknya, dengan banyaknya kasus lingkungan yang menyebar di berbagai kawasan maka dari itu diperlukan pengawasan agar dapat mencapai dan memenuhi hak dari setiap warga negara untuk mendapatkan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat, serta tidak menimbulkan kerusakan dan pencemaran lingkungan yang berdampak pada terganggunya keseimbangan ekosistem hutan dan merugikan bagi masyarakat di daerah sekitar area pertambangan. Penegakan hukum lingkungan selain pengawasan juga diperlukan, agar penguasa pertambangan tidak melakukan kegiatan pertambangan dengan sesukanya sendiri
Legalitas Badan Usaha Milik Desa Dalam Pemanfaatan Sumber Daya Air Melalui Pola Kolaborasi Pentahelix Pasca Terbitnya UU Cipta Kerja
Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat di wilayah perdesaan adalah melalui upaya pemanfaatan sumber daya air yang dikelola oleh warga desa. Beberapa desa dinilai memiliki potensi alam berupa melimpahnya sumber daya air yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai upaya peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Pengembangan potensi sumber daya air tidak hanya dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan, namun juga dapat melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDesa) sehingga warga desa dapat merasakan langsung dampak yang optimal, selain itu dengan menggunakan konsep kolaborasi Pentahelix yaitu melalui kelima unsur yang diantaranya Akademisi, praktisi/bisnis, Komunitas, Pemerintah dan Media yang saling bersinergi diharapkan dapat menunjang dan meningkatkan nilai jual dari hasil pengelolaan sumber daya air yang tersedia. Terlebih pengaturan BUMDesa yang diatur pada Undang-Undang No. 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa (UU Desa) yang kemudian dipertegas terkait statusnya pada Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja (UU Cipta Kerja) dan peraturan perundang-undangan turunannya sehingga menjadi acuan bahwa BUMDesa dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat desa melalui pengelolaan sumber daya air. Pemahaman akan aspek hukum terkait perizinan dan mekanisme pengelolaan perlu diberikan kepada perangkat desa, pengurus BUMDesa dan masyarakat setempat dengan tujuan agar tidak akan terjadi problematika hukum serta menguatkan kolaborasi multipihak melalui konsep Pentahelix
Determinants of Employee Performance at the Bekasi Jaya
The Bekasi Jaya Village Office Employee Performance Impacted by Work Discipline and Work Motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine whether work motivation and work discipline have an impact on the productivity of employees at the Bekasi Jaya Village Office. The author takes a quantitative method in this investigation. This study was carried out with a saturation sampling strategy. There are up to 41 respondents from the total population who were included in the sample. method of gathering data through the distribution of questionnaires. IBM SPSS 26 is the design utilized in this investigation. The study\u27s findings indicate that: (1) work motivation affects employee performance positively and partially, 4,110 > 1,685 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) work discipline affects employee performance positively and partially, 2,708 > 1,685 with a significant value of 0.010 < 0.05; and (3) work motivation and work discipline together, either simultaneously or jointly, affect employee performance, 61,872 > 3,245 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Future studies are advised to increase the sample size and incorporate additional factors including work experience, leadership, and work environment in order to predict employee success at the Bekasi Jaya Village Office. in order to get additional data regarding the elements that affect employee performance.The Bekasi Jaya Village Office Employee Performance Impacted by Work Discipline and Work Motivation. This proceeding contains articles on the various ideas of the academic community presented at The 3rd International Conference on Community Engagement and Education for Sustainable Development (ICCEESD 2022) organized by the Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia on 7th-8th December 2022. ICCEESD is a biannual forum for sharing, benchmarking, and discussing HEI’s activities in developing Education for Sustainable Development towards community engagement. Education for Sustainability as a teaching strategy for resolving community challenges through formal, informal, or non-formal education is expected to benefit from various community service best practices by academics, researchers, and students. The 3rd ICCEESD has “Strengthening Education for Sustainability Towards Better Community Engagement” as its theme this year. It is expected that the 3rd ICCEESD will provide a forum for the presenters and participants to exchange best practices, policies, and conceptual implementation of Education for Sustainability towards better community engagement and explore ideas to address community needs.
