Metode Simulated Annealing untuk Optimasi Penjadwalan Ujian Perguruan Tinggi
Penjadwalan ujian (timetabling) merupakan penugasan mata kuliah yang diujikan yang diikuti oleh mahasiswa pada slot waktu dan ruang yang tersedia dengan melibatkan batasan tertentu. Simulated annealing merupakan salah satu metode heuristic yang dapat digunakan sebagai metode pencarian dan memberikan solusi yang dapat diterima (objective function) dengan hasil yang baik. Pada penelitian ini membahas tentang penjadwalan ujian pada perguruan tinggi menggunakan metode simulated annealing dengan menggunakan lima variabel data yaitu mata kuliah yang diujikan (X1), mahasiswa (X2), slot waktu yang terdiri dari hari (X3) dan waktu periode (X4) dan variabel ruang (X5). Penelitian ini memiliki dua objective function yang akan dihasilkan, pertama adalah penugasan mata kuliah yang diujikan yang diikuti oleh mahasiswa pada slot hari dan waktu yang tersedia, kedua penugasan hasil optimasi objective function 1 pada ruang yang tersedia. Objective function dihitungdengan memperhatikan batasan yang terlibat untuk menghasilkan solusi yang optimal. Penelitian ini melakukan uji coba terhadap metode simulated annealing dengan menghasilkan rata-rata varian sebesar 84,994% data dapat mencapai solusi dengan standar deviasi sebesar 1.0267. Pada penelitian ini diberikan metode solusi dalam penggunaan ruang pencarian yang tersisa untuk dapat digunakan kembali oleh data yang belum teralokasikan
Algoritma C4.5 Berbasis Forward Selection Untuk Klasifikasi Bidang Minat Studi Mahasiswa Teknik Informatika
Pada fakultas ilmu komputer di sebuah Universitas terdapat program studi sarjana Teknik Informatika yang dibagi menjadi dua bidang minat yaitu sistem cerdas dan rekayasa perangkat lunak design. Untuk pemilihan bidang minat, mahasiswa kesulitan menentukan bidang minat mereka. Dalam menangani hal ini, perlu adanya gagasan yang dapat merekomendasikan mahasiswa untuk memilih bidang minat mereka. Pada kasus ini, diperlukan metode atau algoritma yang tepat berdasarkan kriteria data yang akan digunakan sebagai variabel. Metode atau algoritma yang akan dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah algoritma C4.5 berbasis forward selection. Algoritma C4.5 merupakan Algoritma Klasifikasi dari cabang ilmu Data mining. Metode klasifikasi akan memberi keputusan berdasarkan atribut data yang dipilih. Hasil dari klasifikasi pemilihan bidang minat menggunakan data yang sudah seimbang dan atribut yang telah di seleksi beberapa fiturnya serta dilakukan iterasi pada cross validation sehingga menghasilkan akurasi yang tepat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan dua metode, pengujian hanya menggunakan Algoritma C4.5 menghasilkan akurasi 84.33% dan untuk algoritma C4.5 berbasis forward selection menghasilkan akurasi 85.00%. Terdapat peningkatan akurasi dengan penambahan fitur seleksi. Kata kunci: Data Mining, Klasifikasi, Algortima C4.5; feature selection, bidang minat Abstract At the faculty of computer science at a university there is an undergraduate program of Informatics Engineering which is divided into two areas of interest, namely intelligent systems and software engineering design. For the selection of areas of interest, students have difficulty determining their areas of interest. In dealing with this, it is necessary to have ideas that can recommend students to choose their area of interest. In this case, an appropriate method or algorithm is needed based on the data criteria to be used as a variable. The method or algorithm that will be used in this research is the C4.5 algorithm based on forward selection. The C4.5 algorithm is a classification algorithm from the branch of data mining. The classification method will make decisions based on the selected data attributes. The results of the classification of the selection of areas of interest use balanced data and attributes that have been selected for several features and cross validation iteration is carried out to produce the right accuracy. Based on the results of testing with two methods, testing using only the C4.5 algorithm produces an accuracy of 84.33% and for the C4.5 algorithm based on forward selection it produces an accuracy of 85.00%. Perkembangan bisnis di bidang properti saat ini sedang berkembang pesat. Kegiatan yang umum penyebaran brosur, pemesanan (booking), pembayaran, histori pemesanan hingga pelunasan properti, serta penanganan komplain oleh pelanggan masih dilakukan secara manual. Banyak perusahaan properti yang masih menggunakan pendekatan tradisional dalam dalam menjalankan bisnis mereka [1]. Demikian juga dengan PT. Pradinata Global Masa Group yang beralamat di Kantor Pemasaran Grand Permata Jl. Al Barokah, Rowosari, Tembalang, Semarang yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perumahan dan konstruksi. Saat ini banyak perusahaan properti masih menggunakan pendekatan tradisional dalam mempromosikan dan menjual properti mereka Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat terutama dalam bidang perangkat lunak dan dapat membantu dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Perkembangan teknologi berbasis android dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media yang mendukung proses promosi dan penjualan properti dinilai menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien [2].Penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah dengan membangun perangkat lunak berbasis android yang melakukan promosi dan penjualan properti. Pada aplikasi terdapat fitur melihat properti yang tersedia, melakukan pemesanan, pembayaran DP dan komplain pelanggan terhadap proses pembangunan properti yang dibeli.

Simulated annealing merupakan salah satu metode heuristic yang dapat digunakan sebagai metode pencarian dan memberikan solusi yang dapat diterima (objective function) dengan hasil yang baik. Pada penelitian ini membahas tentang penjadwalan mata kuliah pada perguruan tinggi menggunakan metode simulated annealing dengan menggunakan lima variabel data yaitu dosen (X1), mata kuliah (X2), slot waktu yang terdiri dari hari (X3) dan waktu periode (X4) dan variabel ruang (X5). Penelitian ini memiliki dua objective function yang akan dihasilkan, pertama adalah penugasan dosen pada mata kuliah yang akan diampu, kedua penugasan mata kulia beserta dosen pada slot waktu dan ruang yang tersedia. Objective function dihitung dengan memperhatikan constraint yang terlibat untuk menghasilkan solusi yang optimal. Penelitian ini melakukan uji coba terhadap metode simulated annealing dengan menghasilkan ratarata varian sebesar 77,79% data dapat mencapai solusi dengan standar deviasi sebesar 3.93. Pada penelitian ini diberikan metode solusi dalam penggunaan ruang pencarian yang tersisa untuk dapat digunakan kembali oleh data yang belum teralokasikan.

Course scheduling (timetabling) an assignment of courses and lecturers in the available time slots involving certain restrictions. Simulated annealing is a heuristic method can be used as search method and provide acceptable solutions (objective function) with good results. In this study discusses the scheduling of courses at the college using simulated annealing using five variables data that lecturers (X1), courses (X2), the time slot is comprised of the day (X3) and the time period (X4) and class room (X5). This study has two objective functions to be generated, the first is the assignment of a lecturer on courses that will be of teaching, second lecturers and their assignment course on the time slot and the room available. The objective function is calculated by taking into account the restrictions involved to produce the optimal solution. This study tests the simulated annealing method with an varian average of 77.79 % of the data variance can reach a solution with a standard deviation of 3.93. In this study, given the method of solution in the use of the remaining search space to be reused by the data
that is unallocated.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
