La tutela penale dei beni di interesse numismatico
L'articolo analizza il concetto normativo di bene di interesse numismatico nelle particolarità che esso presenta rispetto al concetto generale di bene culturale. Le suddette particolarità traggono origine dal fatto che le monete, sin dall'antichità, si connotano non per la loro "unicità" (come di solito accade per gli altri beni culturali), ma per la loro "serialità". Di ciò il legislatore sembra prendere atto nella definizione di cose di interesse numismatico contenuta nell'art. 10, comma 4, lett. b) del Codice dei Beni Culturali, in forza della quale sono tali quelle monete che "in rapporto all'epoca, ai materiali di produzione, nonché al contesto di riferimento, abbiano carattere di rarità o di pregio". Partendo da questa definizione l'articolo si concentra sull'analisi degli orientamenti giurisprudenziali prevalenti che, forzando il dato normativo e facendo leva sull'interesse archeologico ravvisabile in ogni tipo di moneta ritrovata nel sottosuolo, hanno esteso la tutela penale delle cose di interesse numismatico anche a quelle prive di qualsiasi particolare pregio, così sostanzialmente applicando analogicamente in malam partem le norme incriminatrici previste dal Codice dei Beni Culturali. All'esito di tale analisi l'A. propone di ritornare ad una più equilibrata interpretazione delle norme in tema di protezione delle cose di interesse numismatico, dando atto di alcune timide e più recenti conferme di questo orientamento più garantista provenienti anche dalla giurisprudenza di legittimitàThe article analyzes the normative concept of good of numismatic interest in the particularities that it presents with respect to the general concept of cultural good. The aforementioned peculiarities derive from the fact that coins, since ancient times, have been characterized not by their "uniqueness" (as usually happens with other cultural heritage), but by their "seriality". The legislator seems to take note of this in the definition of things of numismatic interest contained in art. 10, paragraph 4, lett. b) of the Code of Cultural Heritage, by virtue of which coins of cultural interest are those that "in relation to the time, the production materials, as well as the context of reference, have a rarity or value". Starting from this definition, the article focuses on the analysis of the prevailing jurisprudential orientations which, by forcing the normative data and leveraging on the archaeological interest recognizable in every type of coin found in the subsoil, have extended the criminal protection of things of numismatic interest also to those without any particular merit, thus substantially applying analogously in malam partem the incriminating rules provided for by the Code of Cultural Heritage. Upon the outcome of this analysis, the Author proposes to return to a more balanced interpretation of the rules on the protection of things of numismatic interest, acknowledging some timid and more recent confirmations of this more guaranteeist orientation also deriving from the jurisprudence of legitimac
DESAIN ROBOT KESEHATAN UNTUK PEMINDAH PASIEN CORONAVIRUS (2019-nCoV) DI RUMAH SAKIT
Tenaga medis akan berkontak langsung terhadap pasien dalam keadaan tertentu, yaitu ketika memindahkan pasien dan merawat pasien secara langsung. Untuk mengatasi terjadinya kontak langsung antara pasien Covid-19 dengan tenaga medis, dimanfaatkan robot sebagai pemantauan jarak jauh untuk tenaga medis terhadap pasien Covid-19. Desain robot ini dapat menyelesaikan beberapa permasalahan yang tidak terselesaikan oleh robot-robot yang telah digunakan saat ini. Sehingga peneliti membuat desain robot kesehatan pemindah pasien yang dapat diakses secara jarak jauh menggunakan WiFi untuk mempermudah tenaga kesehatan dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya selama pandemi Covid-19.Dari beberapa studi literatur yang di dapat dari buku maupun jurnal, terdapat beberapa cara memindahkan pasien dalam keadaaan darurat. Cara yang baik diterapkan untuk perancangan desain robot mengangkat pasien yaitu Seat Carries (Two Rescuers). Dari hasil desain yang telah dibuat, didapatkan bahwa robot pemindah pasien memiliki kemampuan untuk meminimalisir tenaga medis dengan berkontak secara langsung dengan pasien. Desain robot pemindah pasien dirancang dengan dimensi yaitu memiliki panjang 922,40 mm, lebar 999,67 mm, dan tinggi 998,50 mm. Tenaga medis dapat memantau pasien secara jarak jauh menggunakan tablet samsung A8 yang telah terpasang aplikasi android yang terhubung ke raspberry. Selain itu, proses pemantauan pasien dilakukan secara aman karena robot bergerak dengan mengandalkan kamera logitech C922

Aspectos lingüísticos de la obra poética de Hugo de Urriés
En el presente estudio se ofrecen algunas calas en aspectos destacados de la lengua de Hugo de Urriés, un poeta aragonés del siglo XV cuya obra se conserva en nueve cancioneros manuscritos, en particular, en las tres compilaciones que recogen la gran mayoría de sus poemas, a saber, el Cancionero de Herberay des Essarts, el Cancionero de San Román o de Gallardo y el Cancionero de Vindel. El objetivo de este trabajo es el de hacer hincapié en los aspectos idiomáticos y expresivos de Urriés, demostrando que el usus scribendi de este poeta presenta rasgos idiosincrásicos peculiares y también cuantiosos caracteres léxicos y morfosintácticos propios del contexto lingüístico aragonés. Los ejemplos extraídos del corpus poético de Urriés son sobre todo aragonesismos, términos inusitados y vocablos relacionados con su poética. También se ponen en evidencia algunos usos ortográficos propios de Aragón que se han detectado en su obra en verso, los cuales a veces pueden depender de los copistas —sobre todo los que carecen de valor fonológico—, pero no dejan de ser interesantes porque vinculan aún más mosén Hugo al entorno lingüístico y cultural del aragonés. Además, algunos caracteres idiomáticos del corpus poético de Urriés se contrastan con los de los demás textos que tenemos de este autor: dos cartas autógrafas y el Prólogo a su traducción de Factorum et dictorum memorabilium libri IX de Publio Valerio Máximo. Para llevar a cabo el análisis de los elementos lingüísticos seleccionados, se ha establecido un conjunto de estudios y repertorios de referencia, que abarca obras lexicográficas dedicadas al castellano medieval y a la diacronía del español, ensayos de dialectología sobre el aragonés y —a pesar de sus límites—, el CORDE de la Real Academia.The present study examines some noteworthy linguistic aspects of Hugo de Urriés’ works. Urriés is an Aragonese 15th century poet whose verses are preserved in nine manuscript songbooks, in particular in the three collections that contain the majority of his poems: the Cancionero de Herberay des Essarts, the Cancionero de San Román or de Gallardo and the Cancionero de Vindel. The aim of this essay is to focus on Urriés’ idiomatic and expressive aspects in order to demonstrate that his usus scribendi shows idiosyncratic features and also a large number of Aragonese lexical and morphosyntactical characteristics. The selected examples from Urriés’ poetic corpus are above all aragonesismos, unusual terms and words related to his poetics. Moreover, this essay calls attention to some orthographical peculiarities typical of Aragon, which can be found in his lyric works and which may depend on copyists —especially those that have no phonetic value—; nevertheless, they are interesting because they strengthen the connection between Urriés and the Aragonese linguistic and cultural context. Furthermore, some features of Urriés’ poetic corpus are compared to those found in other texts by the same author: two autographic letters and the preface to his translation of Factorum et dictorum memorabilium libri IX by Publius Valerius Maximus. To carry out the analysis of the selected linguistic elements, a set of bibliographical references has been used. They include lexicographical works about mediaeval Castilian and Spanish diachronic evolution, essays on dialectology dealing with Aragonese and —notwithstanding its limits—, the CORDE of the Real Academia
Dal diritto sui beni comuni al diritto ai beni comuni
Il saggio analizza il tema dei beni comuni al fine di individuare gli strumenti di tutela in caso di lesione.
L’indagine si focalizza sul contesto storico politico in cui è nato il fermento degli intellettuali sui “beni comuni”, rilevando che è stato l’arretramento dello Stato nell’economia a costituire la spinta per la costruzione da parte della dottrina di una categoria di beni che garantisse la fruizione collettiva degli stessi, anche se non appartenenti ad un soggetto pubblico.
In particolare, l’autore, prendendo atto dell’esigenza, avvertita anche nella letteratura d’oltreoceano, di evitare che i beni comuni fossero assorbiti nella logica dominicale classica della proprietà individuale, scorge nei diritti della personalità la chiave per sciogliere - ad ordinamento vigente - il nodo della tutela in modo coerente con l’interesse del soggetto leso.The paper analyses “commons” in order to identify the instruments of protection in case of injury.
The research focuses on the historical and political context in which the discussion of “commons” has arisen, demonstrating that the reduction in the State’s ownership and stake in the economy has pushed the intellectual community into creating a category capable of guarantying the people the use of these goods, even though they do not belong to a public subject.
In particular, the author, taking into account the need - recognized in national and international literature - to avoid using the traditional model of individual property to solve legal problems, argues that “commons” are a further aspect of personal rights, already protected by existing legislation

This paper surveys card-image public access catalogues (CIPACs) – online library catalogues based on databases of digitised catalogue cards and more or less sophisticated mechanisms for browsing or searching. Solutions of this kind have been implemented by a number of libraries in various countries since the mid-1990s, mainly as inexpensive alternatives to a full retrospective conversion of their old catalogues. The article presents a Web page dedicated to CIPACs, identifies and describes four main categories of interface software for such catalogues, and provides a comparative overview of 50 CIPACs in 11 countries, looking at aspects such as geographical distribution, growth and size, software, number of catalogues, processing and index creation, navigation, image formats, and other features
Small Scale Biogas Production in a Dairy Farming at Kaligondo Sub-district, Banyuwangi, East Java
A biogas production in a dairy farming is an anaerobic digester that generates biogas from cow waste. The group of dairy farmers, Sumber Lumintu and Susu Segar Kita, has developed a small scale biogas plant at a commercial dairy farm at Kaligondo sub-district, Banyuwangi, East Java. The purpose of this projet which funded by Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia is to encourage green technology and zero waste concepts on dairy farming as well as to mitigate adverse effects on the environment due to unsystematic management of cows waste disposal.  The biogas produced is used as biogas rice cooker, biogas lamp, and liquid fertilizer. The output of biogas digester is connected to the biogas reservoir in order to supply cooking appliances for dairy products. A biogas plant in a dairy farming is one of the green technology applications because it not only produces renewable gas whereas minimizes greenhouse gas emissions and environmental pollution. Furthermore, the residual solid waste produced at the end of the process can be dried or be liquidated to be used as organic fertilizer

insanlık tarihinin başından modern çağa, savaşların kökeninde çoğunlukla kişisel
ihtirasların olduğunu vurgular. Yazar, savaş karşıtı söylemi inşa etmek için Troya
İçinde Vurdular Beni piyesini araçsallaştırır. Araçsallaştırmayı didaktizme düşme
tehlikesine kapılmadan yapan yazarın eserde estetik bir dil, anlatım ve söylemi
öncelikli tuttuğu belirgin biçimde hissedilir. Yazar, Truva Savaşı’ndan ve bu savaşa

his work, to build anti-war discourse. The author does not endanger didactism in
doing so. It is clearly felt that the work prioritizes aesthetic language, narration
and discourse. The author argues that from the beginning of the history of mankind,
from the beginning of the Trojan War and from those who witnessed or participated
in the war, the actual purpose of the wars is very different. As in the mythological
narratives, the visible reason for the emergence of the Trojan War in the play named
Troya İçinde Vurdular Beni is Paris’s abduction of Helena. However, the author, who
wants to develop an anti-war discourse with his work, strengthens his argument by
trying to reflect that the real cause of war in the play is very different. In his work, the
author comparatively reflects the views of mythological gods, state administrators,
war mongers and ordinary citizens on war. It also handles the tremors caused by war
in societies strikingly. It is implicitly pointed out that there are similarities between the
Trojan Wars and the Gallipoli Wars in many ways. In previous studies, the anti-war
rhetoric in this piece of Dilmen is indirectly mentioned. This study evaluates which
arguments are used in constructing anti-war rhetoric in the fictional text in Troya
İçinde Vurdular Beni play example and what method is followed
