Nur Her Riyadi Parnanto, MS 3 Sponge cake is close to a starter flour , eggs , sugar , ovalet , butter and milk powder .In making photographic sponge needed quality control .Quality control was being conducted in raw materials and an additional ingredient , production and products finally .In addition , the concept of a way of food production good ( cppb ) should be introduced in the process of making photographic sponge .Quality control of raw materials done analyze with some testing .Parameter the analysis used is water levels , mineral levels , fat content , levels of a protein , and carbohydrates. Implementation results quality control practices shows that process of making photographic sponge started with the process of mixing, printing, roasting, penggulungan and pengirisan.Quality control applied covering the specifications the raw material used, control every stage production process and control the final product. The result of chemical analysis of the chosen rolled sponge cake: chemical composition are 33,75% water, 0,32% ash, 14,01% protein, 6,17% protein, and 45,75% total carbohydrate. The total energy is 555,75 Kkal.The concept of cppb made aims to minimize the emergence of danger and keep the safety of photographic sponge produced. Namun di dalam prakteknya terdapat pula penamaan/ nomenklatur jabatan Direktur yang tidak diangkat melalui mekanisme RUPS dan hanya berdasarkan kontrak kerja saja seperti studi kasus PT PBP yang memiliki 1 (satu) orang TK Asing dengan jabatan Direksi yang diangkat berdasarkan RUPS dan 2 (dua) orang TK Asing dengan jabatan Sales Marketing Direktur dan Manufacturing Director berdasarkan Perjanjian Kerja. Bagaimana ketentuan dalam UUPT dan UUK mengenai jabatan dengan nomenklatur Direktur? apakah jabatan direktur pada perusahaan asing seperti jabatan Sales Marketing Direktur tidak bertentangan dengan UUPT? dan mengapa dalam RPTKA yang diajukan pada studi kasus PT Petrojaya Boral Plasterboard tidak disetujui oleh Kementerian Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi? penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif atau kepustakaan, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih mendalam mengenai Ijin Kerja Tenaga Asing untuk jabatan dengan nomenklatur Direktur ditinjau dari UUK dan UUPT. UUK ternyata tidak mengatur mengenai jabatan direksi hanya mengatur sebatas nomenklatur saja oleh karena itu perbedaan jabatan Direktur pada studi kasus PT PBP yaitu jika nomenklatur jabatan Direktur tidak diangkat berdasarkan RUPS maka tidak dapat mewakili perusahaan secara external. Akan tetapi penggunaan nomenklatur jabatan Direktur dalam perjanjian kerja tidak bertentangan dengan UUK dan UUPT. Adapun RPTKA yang diajukan oleh PT PBP tidak dapat disetujui oleh Kementerian Tenaga Kerja karena orang yang diangkat untuk menduduki jabatan sales marketing direktur dimaksud tidak melalui RUPS sesuai ketentuan UUPT bagitu pula sebaliknya nomenklatur jabatan Direksi yang diangkat berdasarkan RUPS akan tetapi nomenklatur jabatan tersebut tertutup bagi tenaga kerja asing sesuai Pasal 46 ayat (1) UUK juncto Kepmen Nomor 40 Tahun 2012 tentang jabatan-jabatan tertentu yang ii dilarang diduduki tenaga kerja asing maka akan ditolak oleh Kementerian Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi

No full textPerancangan Phase-Locked Loop Mobile WiMAX Pada Frekuensi 2,3 GHz Dengan Fractional-N PLL Gunawan Wibisono dan Feri Fajri Departemen Teknik Elektro Universitas Indonesia Abstrak Sinyal yang diterima pada receiver didemodulasikan dengan sebuah sinyal carrier RF yang akurat yang harus dibangkitkan pada receiver. Maka, pensintesa frekuensi dibutuhkan baik pada receiver maupun transmitter. Pensintesa frekuensi merupakan merupakan perangkat yang membangkitkan satu atau beberapa sumber frekuensi. Pada hampir seluruh aplikasi frekuensi radio (RF) menggunakan Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) sebagai pensintesa frekuensi dengan menggunakan integer-N PLL sederhana. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang dandisimulasikan pensintesa frekuensi yang digunakan untuk mobile worldwide interoperability for microwave access (WiMAX). Parameter PLL pensintesa frekuensi yang dirancang untuk mobile WiMAX mengacu pada standar WiMAX IEEE 802.16e. Penggunaan integer-N PLL sederhana memiliki kelemahan disebabkan spur serta harmonik-harmoniknya terletak pada frekuensi offset yang rendah serta kinerja derau fasa in-band yang buruk. Fractional-N PLL diusulkan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan menggunakan teknik penekanan spur untuk menurunkan derau fasa. Teknik delta-sigma modulator fractional-N dipilih untuk mereduksi derau fasa untuk sistem mobile WiMAX disebabkan waktu settling, tingkat spur, dan derau fasa yang kecil dapat dicapai dengan menggunakan teknik ini. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem dalam keadaan stabil, dikarenakan nilai phase margin yang melebihi 45 derajat. Settling time dan derau fasa yang diperoleh dengan rancangan ini senilai 6,997 µs, dan -114 dBc/Hz. No full textThis essay examines the role of the dominant Malay intelligentsia in imagining Malaysia, using as platform for discussion two contemporary teen novels by Gunawan Mahmood: This Land (originally published in Malay as Tanah Ini in 1996; out in English translation in 2002) and Namaku Ayoko (My Name is Ayoko; 1994). The chosen author and texts are little known outside of the Malay literary world, which alters not the fact that Gunawan is a multiple award-winning, state-affiliated writer who, like many of his Malay-Muslim contemporaries and predecessors, believes that “those with knowledge ought to write” and “literature should educate, awaken and inspire society” (in Mahmood, 1993:x). Gunawan is an ‘intellectual’ insofar as he participates in the production and distribution of knowledge, as someone who professes a vocation for the art of “representing, embodying, articulating a message, a view, an attitude, philosophy or opinion to, as well as for, a public” (Said, 1996:11). Get PDFABSTRAK: Gaya kata dan gaya kalimat merupakan unsur penting dalam sebuah karya sastra khususnya cerpen. Penggunaan gaya kata dan gaya kalimat dalam karya sastra membuat pembaca memahami maksud dan tujuan penggarang dalam menulis karya sastra. Selain itu penggunaan diksi dan gaya kalimat digunakan agar pembaca mampu memahami unsur-unsur berkaitan dengan ciri khas penggarang. Terlebih dalam menggunakan aspek lokalitas dalam menulis cerita pendek. Selaras dengan pernyataan tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk gaya kata dan gaya kalimat yang digunakan penggarang dalam menyampaikan lokalitas Jawa pada cerpen-cerpen karya Gunawan Tri Atdmojo. Serta mendeskripsikan gaya kata dan gaya kalimat dalam menyampaikan aspek lokalitas Jawa yang dominan digunakan dalam cerpen cerpen karya Gunawan Triadtmojo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa teknik refrensial. Refrensi yang digunakan yaitu pendapat para ahli, serta penelitian yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik baca dan catat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan data tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kata yang dominan digunakan oleh penggarang dalam menyampaikan lokalitas Jawa adalah gaya kata kolokial. Gaya kalimat yang dominan digunakan dalam menyampaikan lokalitas Jawa adalah kalimat deklaratif.KATA KUNCI: Leksikal; Gramatikal; Lokalitas Jawa; Cerpen; Gunawan Tri Atdmojo The Author's Style In Delivering Java Locality: Stilistics Of Short Stories By Gunawan Tri Atdmojo. ABSTRACT: Word style and sentence style are important elements in a literary work, especially short stories. The use of word style and sentence style in literary works makes the reader understand the intent and purpose of the author in writing literary works. In addition, the use of diction and sentence style is used so that the reader is able to understand the elements related to the characteristics of the author. Especially in using the locality aspect in writing short stories. In line with this statement, this study aims to describe the form of word style and sentence style used by the author in conveying Javanese locality in the short stories by Gunawan Tri Atdmojo. As well as describing the style of words and sentence styles in conveying aspects of Javanese locality which are dominantly used in short stories by Gunawan Triadtmojo. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data analysis technique used is a referential technique. The references used are the opinions of experts, as well as research relevant to this research. Data collection techniques used reading and note-taking techniques. This research produces written data. The results showed that the dominant style of words used by the author in writing short stories was colloquial. Get PDFThis study aims to estimate the volume of commercial trees at PT. Limbang Ganeca based on Stratified Random Sampling carried out on the RKL VII area of the HPH with an area of 16,101 hectares with a forested area of 15,215 hectares. The area of the study area is 76.08 hectares which is divided into strata based on the slope class and stand density. Based on the results of stratification of topographic maps and vegetation maps, there is a combination of slope I class, slope II class, slope class III and three forest stratum with a combination of 9 forest strata. From this combination the diameter at breast height is measured to assess the volume of the tree.Based on the results of data analysis, slope class factors can be used in estimating volume, while stand density and interaction factors for these two factors cannot be used in estimating tree volume. From the results of measuring the diameter at breast height and calculating tree volume, the average volume of the area was 109,9898 m3 / hectare or around 108,309 to 111,487 m3 / hectare. While the overall volume of the RKL VII area ranges from 1,647,950,462 to 1,696,304,584 m3

in tax service. There were some tasks performed during the internship related to
accounting and tax, such as fill in Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP), pay tax to the Bank,
report tax to KPP Pratama Tigaraksa, make recapitulation of PPh Pasal 21, PPh
Pasal 23, PPh Pasal 25, and PPh Pasal 4 (2), scan SSP, make recapitulation of petty
cash, input employees data, input purchases.
There were some problems during the internship. When the author input purchases,
tax invoice number was not visible. When the author input employees data, there
were no complete attachment such as KTP, Kartu Keluarga, and NPWP. When the
author made recapitulation of PPh, the documents were not complete such as Bukti
Penerimaan Surat, Bukti Penerimaan Negara and SSP. The solutions are ask for the
incomplete documents.
The suggestion for KKP Edy Gunawan are the company should be more careful in
checking the completeness of documents that will be required, the company is also
more thorough in checking whether the defective documents
