Bakgrunn: Demens er en fellesbetegnelse for forskjellige sykdommer eller skader i hjernen, sykdommen og symptomer ved sykdommen utvikler seg over tid og det er ikke noe en kan bli frisk av. Det en kan gjøre er å forebygge symptomene på best mulig vis, et av symptomene som ofte oppstår ved demens er aggresjon. Miljøterapeuten har bred kunnskap og kompetanse i det å forebygge, løse og redusere sosiale problemer. Likevel er det svært få med sosialarbeider bakgrunn på sykehjemmene. Regjeringen har laget en plan for rekruttering, kompetanse og fagutvikling.
Hensikt: Hensikten med denne studien er å belyse hvordan miljøterapeuten på sykehjem kan forebygge aggresjon hos dementpasienter, ved å belyse ulike tilnærminger, med fokus på strukturert miljøbehandling, fremdriftsplanen og aktiviteter. Og hvordan miljøterapeuten kan være en ressurs på sykehjemmene.
Metode: En systematisk litteraturstudie ble gjennomført for å identifisere, vurdere og analysere forskning på dette feltet. Relevant litteratur og forskningsartikler ble brukt for å samle inn data.
Konklusjon: For å forebygge aggresjon hos dementpasienter på sykehjem, kan miljøterapeuten integrere grunnlagene i strukturert miljøbehandling i de ulike tilnærmingene, å roe ned og de-eskalere situasjonen, se pasientens perspektiv og å konfrontere situasjonen. Opplæring i strukturert miljøbehandling kan være en effektiv metode å forebygge aggresjon på, men det krever tid og ressurser. Aktiviteter som fysisk aktivitet og kognitiv stimulering kan også bidra til å avlede aggresjon, når det blir brukt i miljøbehandling, men kan også være et forebyggende tiltak for seg selv.Abstract
Problem statement: How can the environmental therapist in nursing homes prevent aggressive behavior in patients with dementia?
Background: Dementia is a generic term for various diseases and injuries in the brain, the disease and symptoms of the disease develop over time and it is not something you can recover from. What you can do is prevent the symptoms in the best possible way, one of the symptoms that often occurs with dementia is aggression. Environmental therapists have broad knowledge and expertise in preventing, solving and reducing social problems. Nevertheless, there are very few with a social worker background in nursing homes. The government has created a plan for recruitment, competence and professional development.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to elucidate how the environmental therapist in nursing homes can prevent aggression in patients with dementia, by highlighting different approaches, focusing on structured environmental treatment, the progress plan, and activities. And how the environmental therapist can be a resource in nursing homes.
Method: A systematic literature review was conducted to identify, assess, and analyze research articles win this field. Relevant literature and research articles were used to collect data.
Conclusion: To prevent aggression in patients with dementia in nursing homes, the environmental therapist can integrate the foundations of structured environmental therapy in the different approaches, to calm down and de-escalate the situation, to see the patient’s perspective and to confront the situation. Training in structured environmental therapy can be effective way to prevent aggression, but it requires time and resources. Activities such as physical activity and cognitive stimulation can also help to deflect aggression, when used in environmental therapy, but can also be a preventative measure in their own right
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
