CV Telaga Kencana Palembang is one of the companies engaged in the timber industry. The company addresses in Jl. K.H.A. Azhari 55, Palembang. The author uses several methods to get data from companies such as observation, interviews, and literature. The analysis of object in this final report is a calculation of the cost of production by using Activity Based Costing. Based on the data that author get that report the cost of production of products two doors dresser, oshin tables, and Taulet Palembang in 2015, the authors found some problems, such as cost of raw materials and factory overhead costs is not taken away, and the cost of depreciation of fixed assets is not taken into account in determining the cost of production so that the cost of production by companies is greater than the cost of production according to the Activity Based Costing. The problem faced by the company can be examined by identifying and classifying charges based on the activities undertaken in connection with the production process. To overcome existing problems, the author tries to give some suggestions that might be beneficial for the company, among other companies should use Activity Based Costing in the calculation of production costs

Oil production rising rapidly from oil fields, refineries and depots - oil depot in Indonesia. It makes participation of oil tankers becomes more vital than ever. Loading and discharging equipment on the tanker must always be in good condition in order to support the process of loading and discharging. Optimization of loading and discharging must be supported by good communication between the ship at the loading or discharging port. This research is focused on the process of loading and discharging at MT. Patra Tanker 3 which is frequently delays due to human factors and factors of equipment and efforts to optimize the loading and discharging activities. The research methodology that author use is a descriptive qualitative method. The author presents the data according to the results of the observation as authors did the sea project, interviews with the officers of MT. Patra Tanker 3 and literature study that the author obtained from books, internet and literature relating to loading and discharging process of oil product. Based on the research that the author carried out, it can be seen that the constraints that occur when loading and discharging process in MT. Patra Tanker 3 are the lack of understanding, knowledge and awareness of the crew about the dangers and how the loading and unloading procedures in accordance with the standards as well as safe. In addition the process of loading and discharging at MT. Patra Tanker 3 are constrained by a cargo pump is not functioning optimally. From these problems, it’s necessary to give the entire crew training regarding the loading and discharging process in accordance with the procedures and also the operation of loading and discharging equipment is right and how to taking care of the loading and discharging equipment. Besides, the ship’s crew also had to check periodically for loading and discharging equipment.

Inflation targeting and the changing transmission mechanism of monetary policy in India
Full text linkWe examine shifts in the conduct of monetary policy in India, before and after the adoption of inflation targeting (IT), while also accounting for the impact of COVID-19. Unlike existing studies that pre-date COVID-19, we employ a unified framework using a time-varying BVAR model with data spanning 1998 to 2024. We find that, prior to IT, contractionary monetary policy had a limited impact on inflation with presence of a price puzzle. In contrast, the IT period exhibits improved monetary policy transmission, with policy shocks exerting a stronger influence on inflation with the price puzzle disappearing, reflecting enhanced policy credibility. However, this effect weakens during the COVID-19 years. Interestingly, monetary policy had greater influence on the output gap and exchange rate in the pre-IT period, with diminished effects during IT and COVID-19 period. These findings underscore the effectiveness of inflation targeting in improving the transmission of monetary policy in India, though it shows limitations during COVID-19

regulated by the law, both criminal and civil aspects, as well as on dispute issues
of industrial Business. Offering of cash payments and custody of money (de
aanbod van Gerede betaling gevolgd door CONSIGNATIE) are the final stage of
the judicial process that uses industrial Business throughout the civil law since it
has been not regulated in Act No. 2 of 2004 on the Settlement of Industrial
Business. In this case, the author has completed successfully the research
components for the final project in the Advocate office of Arqom, Dony & Co.,
who lifted the research title: Offering of Cash Payments and Custody of Payment
Money for Disputes of Industrial Business.
This study was conducted using data from library research, legislation in
force relating to the settlement of industrial Business and the practice of fieldwork
which is conducted in the Advocate office of Arqom, Dony & Co. During the
field work practices, the author helps to do offer cash payment application and
custody of money in the Industrial Business Court of Yogyakarta. In such a case
occurred due to the plaintiff did not heed the court decision which has a fixed
decision (in kracht van gewijsde) to receive a cash payment from the defendant.
Offering of cash payment and custody of money from the defendant to carry court
decision which has a fixed decision. After the bidding process of cash payments
and custody of money are completed then the defendant is free from existing
obligation under the cassation decision No. 225K/Pdt.Sus/2011 which is
reinforced by the decision of a judicial review No. 23PK/Pdt.Sus/2012
