    Understanding The Net Benefit of Using a Food Delivery Application: Post Application of Platform Fee

    This research is conducted to find the factors that affect repurchase intentions in food delivery service applications. The methods used to gather data in this research are questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies, while methods used to analyze data would be the SEM-PLS using the SmartPLS 3.0 software and with the framework “The information systems success model” created by Delone and McLean. Three hundred forty-five responses from the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability, and the results show that the research data were valid. Based on the results, it is found that some of the variables show significant and insignificant effects. The variables quality information – use of the application, service quality – user satisfaction, system quality – use of the application, system quality – user satisfaction, use of application – net benefit, use of application – user satisfaction, and user satisfaction – net benefit has a significant outcome proofing that these relations between variables have a huge effect on repurchase intention. However, on the other hand, the relationship of variables quality information – user satisfaction, and service quality – use of application does not show a significant effect on their relation between variables

This study aims to evaluate the extent of the performance of the Management Section and Road Traffic Needs at the Department of Transportation in carrying out their duties and functions in the field of maintenance and maintenance of road traffic facilities in the city of Pekanbaru. In conducting this research, researchers used a type of descriptive survey, with the type of qualitative research, qualitative research are methods to explore and understand the meaning by a number of individuals or groups of people ascribed to social or humanitarian problems. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the performance of the Management Section and Road Traffic Needs in conducting procurement and maintenance could be assessed in the category of "Good Enough", this was suggested in its implementation that there were several obstacles which became an inhibiting factor to maximize the supply and maintenance of traffic. road traffic, as for the first obstacle is the lack of budget, and the second is the lack of awareness from the community to work together in maintaining road traffic facilities. So the authors hope to the Government to provide a budget that is in accordance with the needs in the field, and also to the community so that they can jointly maintain road traffic signs provided by the Government.     The problems described in this study are: (1) What is the character of the main character and the way the author describes the character of the main character in Islah Cinta novel by Dini Fitria ?, (2) What is the character of additional characters and how the characters describe the character of Islah Cinta Dini Fitria? The purpose of this study is to (1) describe, analyze and identify the character of the main character and the way the author describes the character of the main character in Islah Cinta novel early fitria, (2) describe, analyze and identify the character of additional characters and how the author describes the character of additional characters in Islah novels love early fitria works The theory used is (Aminuddin 2013). The research approach is qualitative type of library research (Library Research) method used descriptive. The source of the Islah Cinta novel research data by Dini Fitria, the publisher of PT. Falcon Jakarta 2017 the first print consists of 33 chapters and 401 pages. The results showed that the role of the characters in the novel Islah Cinta by Dini Fitria was divided into two, namely the main character played by Diva, Andrean and Mas Jay. Additional characters played by thirteen other characters. The character of the main character is obtained that Diva, Andrean and Mas Jay have a patient nature, generous, confident, caring, selfish, bragging, rude, loser, calm, responsible, quiet, helper. the character of an additional figure of 13 people has a persistent, confident, courageous, kind, polite, friendly, selfish, unethical, helpful, religious, caring, wise, polite, calm, talkative, calm, romantic, smiling, straightforward quick, irresponsible, authoritative. The way the author describes the character of the main character and the character of the additional characters can be seen from: seeing how other characters talk about him, showing how his behavior, seeing how other characters talk to him, seeing how the character reacts to other characters

    The rise of online gambling endorsement activities is one of the triggers for the growth of online gambling cases in Indonesia. Online gambling endorsements themselves are regulated in article 45 paragraph (2) of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. Based on this, the author raises the formulation of the problem regarding law enforcement regarding online gambling endorsements via the YouTube application, reviewed from Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions in the East Java Regional Police and efforts East Java Regional Police in Eradicating the Spread of Online Gambling Through the YouTube Application. Writing this thesis uses an empirical juridical method using a socio-legal approach and collecting data sourced from observations, interviews and documentation. In law enforcement carried out by the police, the police tend to use a preventive approach, which consists of inquiry, investigation, examination of evidence and witness statements, determination of suspects, detention, laboratory tests on evidence and filing.     Taxes are currently one of the biggest revenues for our country and we can no longer depend on Indonesia's natural resources because at some point natural resources will run out and cannot be renewed. Therefore, the government through the Directorate General of Taxes must continue to be active in increasing the number of taxpayers so that our state revenue continues to grow. One of the efforts of the Directorate General of Taxes in increasing the number of taxpayers is to conduct extensification in order to provide a Taxpayer Identification Number. Departing from this background, the author then wants to discuss it in his final project with the title "Implementation of Taxpayer Extensification in an Effort to Increase Tax Revenue at low tax office of Medan Polonia". In this research the author uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely a list of registered and new taxpayers from 2018 to 2020, taxpayers who are required to report Annual Tax Return, reporting Annual Tax Return and not reporting Annual Tax Return and also the target and realization of tax revenue at low tax office of Medan Polonia. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the extensification activities at low tax office of Medan Polonia showed very good results because the number of individual and corporate taxpayers from 2018 to 2020 continued to increase.Pajak pada saat ini merupakan salah satu penerimaan terbesar bagi negara kita dan kita tidak bisa lagi bergantung pada sumber daya alam Indonesia karena pada suatu saat sumber daya alam akan habis dan tidak dapat diperbaharui lagi. Maka dari itu pemerintah melalui Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) harus terus giat dalam menambah jumlah Wajib Pajak agar penerimaan negara kita terus bertambah. Salah satu upaya Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dalam menambah jumlah Wajib Pajak adalah melakukan Ekstensifikasi dalam rangka pemberian Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP). Berangkat dari latar belakang inilah penulis kemudian ingin membahasnya dalam tugas akhir dengan judul “Pelaksanaan Ekstensifikasi Wajib Pajak Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Penerimaan Pajak di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Polonia’’. Dalam penelitian penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu daftar Wajib Pajak terdaftar dan yang baru dari tahun 2018 s/d 2020, Wajib Pajak wajib SPT, lapor SPT dan tidak lapor SPT dan juga target dan realisasi penerimaan Pajak di KPP Pratama Medan Polonia. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan Ekstensifikasi di KPP Pratama Medan Polonia menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik dikarenakan jumlah Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi maupun Badan dari tahun 2018 s/d 2020 terus meningkat.66 halamanKertas Karya Diplom

    Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist a person in making decisions that are semi-structured. Many problems can be solved by using CMS, one of which is determining the feasibility of customers' credit recipients. In this study, PT. BPR Centradana bank Kapuas be taken as a reference author. During this time, decision-making, has many obstacles, one of which is the decision-making process is not effective (the use of a long time, quiet and wasted costs). There are several methods that can be used in building a CMS include the Technique for Order Preference by Similiarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). TOPSIS method not only takes into account the value closest to the positive ideal solution, but also take into account the value furthest away from the negative ideal solution to determine the selected alternative. This research forms using case studies, while the method used is the Research and Development. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Methods of application design using Prototype and application modeling tool that is used is a flowchart, and tests performed using black-box testing. The result of this research is a decision support system software creditworthiness on BPR Centradana Kapuas using TOPSIS method can help recommend prospective borrowers are credit worthy
