Medication rules in the treatment of digestive system neoplasms of WANG Yan-hui
目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件,分析王彦晖教授治疗消化系统肿瘤的用药规律。方法:收集并筛选王教授于厦门燕来福国医堂治疗消化系统肿瘤病案,录入中医; 传承辅助平台软件,运用软件集成的数据分析方法,分析王教授治疗消化系统肿瘤的用药规律。结果:筛选出治疗消化系统肿瘤处方672首,分析得出其治疗消化; 系统肿瘤常用药物包括茯苓、陈皮、姜半夏、莪术、三棱、党参、白术、龙骨、牡蛎等,并演化出4首治疗消化系统肿瘤的新处方。结论:王教授治疗消化系统肿瘤; 以益气健脾、理气化痰、祛瘀散结为基本大法,扶正祛邪并重,同时根据闽南地区脾虚湿盛的致病特点重视健脾袪湿治法,并兼顾安神、止痛等治法以综合调理患者; 的机体状态。Objective: To study the medication rules in the treatment of digestive; system neoplasms of professor WANG Yan-hui using the traditional Chinese; medicine inheritance support system software (TCMISS, V2.5). Methods:; The prescriptions used by professor WANG Yan-hui in treating digestive; system neoplasms at the Yan-Lai-Fu Chinese Medicine Clinic were; collected as input data into TCMISS and were analyzed by software; integration method. Results: Totally of 672 prescriptions were selected; according to the collection standard in digestive system neoplasms; treatment. It was found that the most frequently used Chinese medicine; in these prescriptions including Tuckahoe, Pericarpium Citri; Reticulatae, Pinellia Tuber, Rhioxma Curcumae Aeruginosae, Rhizome of; Common Burreed, Root of Pilose Asiabell, Rhizome of Largehead; Atractylodes, Fossilizid, Oyster Shell, and so on. Furthermore, four new; prescriptions for treating digestive system neoplasms were created.; Conclusion: The core rules of professor WANG Yan-hui in treating; digestive system neoplasms were invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,; regulating qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm and dispelling stasis and; resolving hard mass, which means that strengthening vital qi and; eliminating pathogenic factor are equally emphasized in his; prescriptions. Academic and clinical experience of professor WANG Yan-hui in treatment for cancer with heavy prescription
文章总结了厦门大学医学院王彦晖教授治疗癌症的临床经验,突出了其善用重剂治疗癌症的特色。王彦晖教授认为,癌症本质上是实证,痰浊和瘀血贯穿于癌症病程的全过程,在癌症的病理病机中,痰瘀是相对不变的,而气滞、寒热、肺虚、脾虚、肾虚等病理病机则是可变的;癌症的治疗,王教授善用重剂,非常重视化痰散结和活血化瘀的治法,并注意处理好祛邪与扶正的关系、调理好寒热和气机升降出入的状态;王教授认为,应该重视中医药在癌症预防方面的独特作用。最后,文章以两个典型病案展示了王彦晖教授治疗癌症的学术特色。The academic and clinical experience of WANG Yan-hui, the professor of medical college of Xiamen University, treated the cancer with heavy prescription was introduced in this paper.Professor WANG Yan-hui thought that excess syndrome was the essential syndrome of cancer and the pathogenic effect of phlegm and blood stasis was throughout its whole process.In the pathological mechanism of cancer, phlegm and blood stasis were relatively invariable, on the contrary the others such as qi stagnation, coldness and heat, lung deficiency, spleen deficiency, kidney deficiency and so on were variable.In the treatment of cancer, heavy prescription was used by professor WANG, who paid attention to reduce phlegm and resolve masses, promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis, the balance of eliminating evil and strengthening the body resistance, the regulation of coldness and heat and the ascent, descent, going out and in of qi.Professor WANG thought that the distinctive effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer should be valued.Finally, two typical cases were selected for showing the academic characteristic of professor WANG in the treatment of cancer.厦门市重大科技计划项目(No.3502Z20100006)~

Investigation of the diagnosis and treatment thought of professor WANG Yan-hui in preventing and treating tumor by using traditional Chinese medicine

Analysis on the clinical experience of WANG Yan-hui in the treatment of tumor by syndrome differentiation based on Xiang thinking
王彦晖教授从事肿瘤中医治疗30余年,积累了丰富的临床诊疗经验。认为中医辨证论治思维的关键在于病机指导下的象症辨证。气滞、痰湿、瘀血等病理产物贯穿; 肿瘤病机的始终。病理产物必须除之而后快,而正气和脏腑的调理是祛邪的保障。病机的轻重缓急,应以象的变化为凭证。病机不变,象不变,临床上即应守方用药; 。王教授在临证中强调据象诊断、据象治疗、据象的变化反馈调整处方用药的中医诊疗思想颇具特色。Professor WANG Yan-hui has accumulated a wealth of clinical experience; in the treatment of tumor for more than 30 years. He thinks that the key; point of treatment based on syndrome differentiation is according to; Xiang thinking that under the guidance of pathogenesis. Qi stagnation,; phlegm-damp, static blood and other pathological products are always; complicated throughout the tumor pathogenesis. The pathological products; must be wiped out, while the regulation of vital qi and zang-fu viscera; is the insurance for eliminating pathogen. The order of priority of; pathogenesis should be according to the changes of Xiang. As the; pathogenesis and Xiang remains unchanged, the prescription of clinical; medication should be keeping the same. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
