segi finansial. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan guru untuk menyejahterakan finansial yakni
dengan memulai membuka usaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif,
menggunakan metode wawancara dalam memperoleh dan menggali data.Tujuan penelitian ini
adalah bagimana kiat-kiat usaha guru dalam mencapai kesejahteraan hidup.Adapun jenis
wawancara yakni wawancara bebas terpimpin yaitu terjadi komunikasi antara responden dan
pewawancara melalui instrumen pertanyaan yang telah dibuat sebelumnya dengan responden sesuai
kriteria. Adapun hasil penelitian ini upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam mendirikan usaha meliputi
1). Memiliki niat/kemauan yang tinggi, 2). Memilih bidang usaha yang diminati sembari membaca
peluang pasar, 3). Menentukan modal, 4). Action, 5). Menciptakan dan menjalin kepercayaan
konsumen 6). Menambah relasi, 7). Memiliki keunikan/image branding, 8). Menjaga kredibilitas,
9). Mengatur biaya operasional, 10). Memercayai sisi spiritual

Get PDFPermasalahan dalam dunia perguruan tinggi masih kerap ditemui salah satunya masih sering dijumpai pengangguran terdidik, untuk menyikapi ini pemerintah menghadirkan solusi berupa Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka di mana program ini diharapkan menjadi jawaban atas masalah tersebut. Namun, realitasnya belum semua perguruan tinggi dapat melaksanakan program ini. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui implementasi program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka khususnya pada perguruan tinggi Islam di Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan bersifat kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian diambil dari narasumber dan informan asal Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur (UMKT) dan UIN Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda (UINSI). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi adapun uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik serta reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa konstruksi kurikulum kedua perguruan tinggi memiliki perbedaan mulai dari struktural hingga bentuk rancangan program. UMKT melaksanakan program ini dengan sepenuhnya mengikuti arahan Kemdikbud, sedangkan UINSI melakukan improvisasi. Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka yang terlaksana di UMKT berupa Kampus Mengajar, Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat, serta Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka. Adapun UINSI memprogramkan pelaksanaan Pertukaran Mahasiswa, Kewirausahaan, Asistensi Mengajar, dan Membangun Desa/Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik. Hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pada kedua perguruan tinggi ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal.
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini kedua perguruan tinggi baik UMKT maupun UINSI telah menerapkan program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dengan bentuk pelaksanaan yang berbeda. UMKT melaksanakan program ini sejak pertama kali pemberitahuan pelaksanaan program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka. Adapun UINSI baru merealisasikan program ini saat mahasiswi angkatan 2021 memasuki semester lima. Pelaksanaan program di luar perguruan tinggi UMKT bisa diikuti sejak semester tiga dengan memilih program yang diminati, pelaksanaan di UINSI akan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Pembelajaran Model Blok, yakni mulai dari semester lima hingga tujuh telah diatur program-program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka yang dapat diikuti oleh mahasiswa

The inability of some individuals in Indonesia to accept these differences leads to negative multiculturalism. In pesantren, this will be more sensitive because the students have a diversity of backgrounds both in terms of culture, ethnicity, ethnicity, language, and regions which are then united in the same place. Multicultural education is defined as education that teaches differences and the vitality of cultural diversity and ethnicity related to equality, justice, openness, and recognition of differences. This study aims to determine the inculcation of the value of multicultural education, especially at the Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School, Temboro. This research is a descriptive qualitative using a phenomenological approach, which is a study that aims to objectively reveal facts, symptoms, and events related to the phenomenon of planting and values of multicultural education at the Al-Fataah Islamic Boarding School, Temboro. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
