Determinan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2014-2019: Analisis Data Panel
Economic growth is an important factor in an economy since it is an indicator for a successful development of a country. Economic growth in Central Java from 2014 to 2019 tended to be slow, which could lead to increasing unemployment. The purpose of this study was to estimate the impact of fiscal decentralization, the number of poor people, and the number of workers on Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) in each municipality in Central Java from 2014 to 2019 using fixed effect model (FEM) approach. The results of this research showed that fiscal decentralization and the number of workers positively affected GDRP. Meanwhile, the number of poor people had a negative impact on GDRP. Based on this research, the author suggests that the government have to give attention to increase economic growth every year and creating sufficient employment opportunities for the public in order to reduce poverty
User Interface Aplikasi Datangin Customer Berbasis Mobile Dengan Metode Design Thinking
The development of technology today has greatly helped and facilitated human work. Almost everything can be associated with internet technology, especially in terms of business, such as on-demand services and marketplaces. PT. Come Solusi Bersama is a technology start-up company engaged in this business. So to simplify and expand the reach of its business, a mobile-based application is needed. With the Datangin Customer application, it will be easier for customers to order services/services that exist on Datangin. In making this mobile-based Datangin Customer application, of course, you have to go through the design stage. Both in terms of system and appearance design. Design thinking is especially useful when dealing with unclear or unknown problems, reframing problems in a human-centered way, brainstorming, using a hands-on approach to prototyping and testing, and trying different concepts and ideas. In this study, the author uses the Design Thinking method and tools in the form of Figma in solving existing problems. It is easier for customers to access the services available on Datangin, unlike before this application, and the interface is user-friendly, attractive, and interactive. Usability testing that the designed user interface can be accepted with a value of 83.33

Connecting the microscopic view of chemistry to real life experiences
[[abstract]]The researchers in this collection share a common interest in understanding the practices and processes of teaching and learning. They are especially interested in how learning opportunities are created and limited. Through interactional ethnography, each author represents these processes in action, in ways that are instructive for researchers new to this approach, as well as for teachers and teacher educators. They study teaching and learning as interactional events, situated in particular contexts, and related across time. Their studies illustrate how teaching and learning events are performed through discourse in social situations, which are meaningful and purposeful to the social groups involved. Complex, interrelated events are rendered through a variety of modes and methods of analysis and representation—including, in addition to interactional ethnography, conversation analysis, critical discourse analysis, and intertextual analysis.

Implementasi Strategi Pembelajaran Student Teams Achivement Division (STAD) pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Swasta Madani Marindal-1
This research aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the Student Teams Achivement Division (STAD) learning strategy to class VIII students at Madani Marindal-1 Private Middle School. This research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation, documentation and group discussions. Class VIII students were participants in this research. The data analysis method in this research was carried out from pre-field implementation to completion in the field. Data validation was carried out using source triangulation. The data analysis used uses Huberman's opinion, namely data reduction activities or making reports from start to finish which selects basic data found in the field, presents the data, examines incomplete data, and finally draws conclusions. From the results of observations and interviews conducted by the author, it is known that the application of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning strategy increases students' learning motivation
Life cycle assessment and environmental profile evaluation of lead-free piezoelectrics in comparison with lead zirconate titanate
© 2018 The Author(s) The prohibition of lead in many electronic components and devices due to its toxicity has reinvigorated the race to develop substitutes for lead zirconate titanate (PZT) based mainly on the potassium sodium niobate (KNN) and sodium bismuth titanate (NBT). However, before successful transition from laboratory to market, critical environmental assessment of all aspects of their fabrication and development must be carried out in comparison with PZT. Given the recent findings that KNN is not intrinsically ‘greener' than PZT, there is a tendency to see NBT as the solution to achieving environmentally lead-free piezoelectrics competitive with PZT. The lower energy consumed by NBT during synthesis results in a lower overall environmental profile compared to both PZT and KNN. However, bismuth and its oxide are mainly the by-product of lead smelting and comparison between NBT and PZT indicates that the environmental profile of bismuth oxide surpasses that of lead oxide across several key indicators, especially climate change, due to additional processing and refining steps which pose extra challenges in metallurgical recovery. Furthermore, bismuth compares unfavourably with lead due to its higher energy cost of recycling. The fact that roughly 90–95% of bismuth is derived as a by-product of lead smelting also constitutes a major concern for future upscaling. As such, NBT and KNN do not offer absolute competitive edge from an environmental perspective in comparison to PZT. The findings in this work have global practical implications for future Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) legislation for piezoelectric materials and demonstrate the need for a holistic approach to the development of sustainable functional materials
dampak, baik positif maupun negatif.
